The quality management is the way to the new economic and high efficient technologies. The problem of investigation is the design of the intellectual model for quality management in the automatic control systems. The object is the automatic control system used in machinery and other fields. The goal is to increase the economic efficiency and the profit. The method is modeling. The quality management model was realized on the base of the intellectual methods and the artificial neural networks. The model of the intellectual quality management was developed. The model is used for studying and training of the quality management methods.

Systems of Electronic Document Management in Russian Education. Pros and Cons 俄语教育中的电子公文管理系统。利与弊

Systems of electronic document management are wide spread in Russia. However, each university tries to use its own version or specific program for it. As a result, there are many bugs in these systems. Nevertheless, each of these systems has its own benefits for document management. Each document can simultaneously be revised by different people, it helps intensify the process of working with it. Usually the system does not allow losing any document or signature. Such systems help to improve quality management in Russian universities.

Issues of Replacement Blocks Quality Assessment for Stochastic Information Security 随机信息安全替换块质量评估问题

The article is devoted to the issues of building and quality assessment of replacement block or S-box, which is one of the main blocks of cryptographic transformation. The principles of S-box designing are considered, examples of their using in modern block ciphers are given. The issues of assessing the statistical safety of S-boxes, in particular, the criteria used for the analysis of S-blocks are investigated. The structure of the program system for the study of the statistical properties of S-boxes is proposed. The results of the S-boxes analysis for the main modern cryptographic algorithms are given. Assumptions about the possibility of mathematical apparatus using for the statistical properties of S-boxes analyzing are made.

Recognition and classification are the main tasks of machine learning with a wide range of applications: determining handwritten numbers, identifying objects in video recordings, diagnostics using MRI scanning, and much more. Currently, one of the most common applications of neural network technology is face recognition in photographs or in video. For example, corporations such as Facebook are currently using neural network technologies to identify a user's friends by their faces in general photos. The paper discusses the development of face recognition applications using neural network technologies. The developed system has a relatively small size and works with a sufficiently high accuracy.

Anti-plagiarism System “Antiplagiat HEI”. Implementation into Russian Education Quality Improvement “反抄袭HEI”系统。俄语教育质量改进的实施

There are many systems of quality online control, especially in the field of students' papers. The anti-plagiarism system “Antiplagiat HEI” is quite different to them due to inclusion of Russian Citation Index materials and databases. This system takes into account vast majority of Russian scientific publications. As a result, students have no possibility to use previously published works and papers. This system tends to stimulate them in preparing their papers by their own.

The experience of “Online and offline copyrighting” discipline transformation from traditional offline education format to E-Learning in Saint-Petersburg Electrotechnical university “LETI” is represented. The article provides general statistics on the course (number of students, hours of video, home works), the final indicators of the course effectiveness and assessment by students according to the survey results. There are described the features of the course development, homework checks, etc. Particular attention is paid to the comparison of fulltime classes and webinars, we highlight the pros and cons of a distance course. Special focus is made on perspectives of implementation of this distant course within the CDIO approach to engineers' education.

Metod of Foresight Modeling in Electronic Space Projects 电子空间项目预见性建模方法

In the projects of space electronics, because of its constant complication, the existing methods of the Foresight involving qualified specialist designers of electronic equipment as experts, no longer provide guaranteed solutions for ensuring important reliability indicators. In this paper, the authors propose to select computer programs and carry out comprehensive modeling to increase the efficiency of the expert panels at the stage of technical design of space electronic equipment. Thus, experts receive complete information about the physical processes in future electronic equipment. Considering this information, they make decisions on the use of these or other advanced technologies, and can also more reasonably express their proposals on synthesized approaches to creating electronic equipment for long periods of its use in space. This method should be referred to as the Foresight Modeling method. This paper describes the basics of the theory of this method and gives an example of an algorithm for the Foresight Modeling of thermal processes in the design of an electronic power supply system. Taking into account the resource of this system, experts can more accurately judge the long-term existence of new-generation spacecraft.

Development of Tasks on Computer Science According to the Concept of Developmental Learning of L.V. Zankov 从赞科夫的发展性学习概念看计算机科学任务的发展

The article deals with the teaching of computer science to elementary school students in accordance with the concept of developmental learning of L.V. Zankov. It was created in the 60's of the XX century, when the course of computer science was absent in school. Currently, there is no computer science textbook developed by the team continuing the idea of L.V. Zankov. For this reason, teachers have to either refuse to teach this subject or choose their own textbooks and manuals. The article presents the basic didactic principles on which the system of developing education is based. On the basis of these principles, as well as the analysis of existing computer science textbooks for elementary school, the developed tasks on various computer science topics in the context of the developing education system are presented.

Comparative Analysis of Feature Extraction Algorithms in Investigation of Products Sales Data 产品销售数据调查中特征提取算法的比较分析

The problem of determining the significant characteristics in the observations of the studied objects is considered. A comparative analysis of feature extraction algorithms is carried out, including correlation methods, methods using chi-square criterion, recursive feature exclusion methods and algorithms based on an ensemble of forests of random decision trees (algorithmic descriptions have been formalized according to the subject area). The results of the algorithms - the group of the most important goods characteristics - are additionally analyzed, namely, the selected features are compared: which signs (characteristics of the goods) were chosen by all algorithms and which were not (are there any intersections among the results).
