Analitical Model of Fabry-Perot Resonator Filled with Stratified Gyrotropic Material for Microwave and Optical Communication Systems 微波和光通信系统中层状陀螺材料填充法布里-珀罗谐振腔的解析模型

In this paper Fabry-Perot resonator filled by stratified ferrite material is studied. The accurate analytical model for analysis of such a resonator is development for the first time. The model is based on the translation matrix method. It also is shown analytically that resonance characteristics are edges of stopbands of corresponding symmetric anisotropic structure. The numerical calculations and the possible practical applications are presented also.

Statistical Synthesis of the Principle of Rational organization of a Complex Technical System 复杂技术系统合理组织原理的统计综合

The article presents the formulation of the problem of determining the optimal solution belonging to the domain of admissible solutions and optimizing the efficiency vector, determining the optimal vector of constraints in which the principle of rational organization is satisfied. The principle of rational organization in multicriteria problems is stated. The multi-criteria problem of making design decisions on the basis of statistical synthesis of the principle of rational organization of a complex technical system is considered.

The method of statistical synthesis of algorithms for constructing training samples of neural network support of UAV’s control process is developed. The statistical evaluation of UAV’s effectiveness by means of probability of achievement of the purpose on condition of the maximum and minimum of criterion of regularity is presented. The algorithm for generating control actions according to the target environment is implemented in the form ofa trained onboard neural network.

Ku/Ka-Band Antenna Terminals for Satellite Communications 卫星通信用Ku/ ka波段天线终端

Options of Ku- and Ka-band antenna terminals for satellite communication are considered. Most of the time, the terminal should operate in the Ka-band, and when hydrometeors appear and the signal level drops down below the threshold, the modem automatically switches the system to the Ku-band, ensuring continuity of communication. Three options of antenna terminals are compared. It is shown that at present, the best option in terms of cost, switching time of frequency band, quality of radiation characteristics, and reliability is the antenna terminal consisting of two single-band reflector antennas of Ku- and Ka-bands.

Control System for Assessing Reliability Functioning of the Complex Radio Electronic Equipment Using Machine Learning Methods 基于机器学习方法的复杂无线电电子设备可靠性功能评估控制系统

We propose a novel application of machine learning methods to predict the state of complex structured radio electronic systems. The model for collecting data about the functioning of a radio electronic system based on an integrated monitoring system of its components states is proposed and justified. The proposed model made possible to adapt one of the most widespread methods of machine learning, gradient boosting, on a sample of historical data, from the General Designer stand and embedded control system, to solve the problem of forecasting the state of the whole system. Operating experience showed that component failures are extremely rare. Therefore, the distribution of statistics of failures of the past break-in elements was considered according to Poisson’s law, and the elements introduced for the first time according to Weibull’s law with different coefficients, the prediction of such coefficients based on historic data is just the result of the machine learning algorithm

Relative Mutual Positioning Using Smartphones 使用智能手机的相对相互定位

Recent android smartphones allow access to raw measurements of global navigation satellite systems (GNSS, such as GLONASS, GPS, Beidou, Galileo). In the paper trajectory filtering of joint raw GNSS measurements received from pair of smartphones fixed on drivers’ panel within car’s cabin and in pedestrian’s hands is considered. An adaptive trajectory filtering algorithm is presented. Its estimations were compared with ones from high-precision GNSS receivers in real-time kinematics mode.

The proposed research presents an analysis of MIMO system performance for two models: max- and minsemicorrelated channels. Closed form analytical expressions for finite signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) diversity gain which is the practically valuable indicator of MIMO system reliability were derived. The values of SNR which put the system into asymptotically full-diversity-gain and degeneration regimes are obtained for both models. The influence of such factors as signal constellation size, MIMO system geometry, one-step correlation coefficient on the SNRs are described. The results demonstrate the achievable efficiency of the system in terms of diversity and hence reliability, and under what conditions it is achieved.

Potential Accuracy in Estimating Surface Roughness Heights for a Safe Helicopter Landing System 直升机安全着陆系统表面粗糙度高度估计的潜在精度

One of the main causes of helicopter crashes is the unreliable methods of ensuring safe landing on unprepared terrain in adverse weather and poor visibility conditions both in the day and night. Most helicopters are equipped with satellite navigation systems and airborne altimeters, which provide the pilot with precise coordinate information while flying and landing. However, such systems do not provide information about the state of the landing site surface, including the location of possible unknown objects. On the other hand, an interferometric radar remote sensing approach enables visualization of the landing site surface and processes signals scattered from surface terrain elements and unknown objects. The article discusses the effect of various parameters of the landing site irradiation on the quality of the resulting picture when using the method of interferometric shooting from the helicopter. In particular, the dependence of the potential accuracy of estimating the heights of dangerous irregularities during landing of an aircraft on an unprepared landing site is considered.

Most helicopters are equipped with satellite navigation systems and airborne altimeters, which provide the pilot with precise coordinate information while flying and landing. However, such systems do not provide information about the state of the landing site surface, including the location of possible unknown objects. On the other hand, an interferometric radar remote sensing approach enables visualization of the landing site surface and processes signals scattered from surface terrain elements and unknown objects. The article discusses the effect of various parameters of the landing site irradiation on the quality of the resulting picture when using the method of interferometric shooting from the helicopter.
