The article considers the conceptual provisions of business planning on the example of oil industry companies as a modern effective tool for corporate financial management. In the conditions of high volatility and non-linearity of the macroeconomic environment of oil industry companies, a business plan allows you to determine the acceptable range of changes in key financial indicators for the coming years in order to quickly respond to the company's management and ensure planned strategic goals and strategies. On the example of the oil production business block, the main indicators that should be taken into account when drawing up a business plan are systematized, and a financial plan has been developed taking into account scenarios for changing macroeconomic parameters and deflators.

The article examines, through a political analysis, the reasons that determine the need for corrective actions in the implementation of the state information policy of Russia in the current foreign policy situation, as well as the countermeasures taken by the Russian Federation in relation to the broadcast of intrusive anti-Russian propaganda by American and Western European media corporations. The author emphasizes the fact that in order to ensure the access of the European audience to a high-quality objective information product, it is necessary to strengthen the work on activation in the field of cooperation with the institutions of the information environment of the eastern partner states for the purpose of mutual exploitation of information platforms, and to rid the Russian mass consumer of information from external insults and threats to block channels with such content, offering as alternatives are domestic Internet resources that exclude information of this kind.

At the moment, education is the most important factor in the economic development of any country, therefore in Russia guided by the interests of strategic development it special attention is paid to it both by society and by the state. The analysis of the research, demonstrating the interrelation between the efficiency of human resources management and economic results of the enterprise has been conducted. Causal relationship between human resource management and productivity is shown. Contradictions in the formation of human and labor resources are revealed. The defining role of human capital in the structure of intangible resources. The procedure of substantiation of the choice of HR-practices that involves the construction of a generalized cognitive model of the impact of intangible resources on productivity was formed. The structure of the system of labor productivity management is developed. The structure of the blocks of imitation model on the basis of econometric research data, the procedure of selection of the most important HR-factors is proposed. The possibility of substantiating the choice of control actions based on modeling results is shown. Causal scheme of labor productivity management through intangible resources of industrial enterprise is proposed. A set of econometric models built on the basis of generalization of empirical research and statistical data of specific enterprises was used to develop the model.

One of the instruments of industrial policy are industrial parks that combine the interests of business and territorial entities, integrating various types of business in the free territories of industrial complexes and/or territorial entities, providing not only an increase in the efficiency of industries, but also solving social issues by creating new jobs, increasing budget revenues. One of the most important issues of creating such integration associations is the organization of an industrial park management company. The article discusses the problematic issues of choosing the functionality of a management organization depending on the type of individual entrepreneur. The performance indicators of randomly selected operating sole proprietors are considered, a comparative analysis of these indicators is given depending on the type of sole proprietor with the linking of the main functionality of the managing organization (coordinator, landlord, investor, complex manager). The performance indicators of the industrial park are proposed.

Under the influence of the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic and the geopolitical crisis of 2022, the hospitality industry and tourism in Russia, as well as around the world, are changing their ideology and technological processes while the consumer-oriented marketing concept remains unchanged. The problem is that the hospitality industry, which includes many customer-oriented industries, is one of the most affected in 2020–2021. Due to the global uncertainty, the prospects and timing of its recovery to the pre-pandemic level cannot be predicted by most experts. At the same time, the business processes currently observed, indicating positive dynamics, allow us to speak about the effectiveness of public and private efforts undertaken to meet the social needs of post-teen society in recreation, new experiences and travel. The article examines the changes taking place in the Russian hospitality and tourism sector, analyzes trends and innovations that need to be implemented at the present time, and also makes a number of assumptions about the prospects for the development of the industry and the industry in the near and medium term.

Analyzing the active side of the subjects of the commercial secret regime, the following main directions can be distinguished in it: establishment of the commercial secret regime; operation (use and use) of the commercial secret regime; change of the commercial secret regime; termination of the commercial secret regime.
