Purpose – This research aimed to analyze determinant factors influencing impulsive buying behavior of fashion products in E-Commerce.Methodology – Research instruments and quantitative data analysis were adopted for predetermined testing. The data was gathered using documentation instruments and the distribution of online questionnaires. The foundation for selecting the sample was oriented towards a non-probability sampling method using a purposive sampling formula. This research comprised a sample of 200 consumers who made buying of fashion products through E-Commerce.Findings – The results showed that celebrity endorser, fashion involvement, and shopping lifestyle positively and significantly affected impulsive buying. Meanwhile, sales promotion had a positive and insignificant effect on impulsive buying.Originality – The interaction between shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement formed very high impulsive buying patterns on E-Commerce. These two concepts were interrelated and strengthened each other. Consumers with a shopping lifestyle driven by high fashion involvement might be prone to impulsive buying, specifically when there was a stimulus related to fashion preferences and trends.

Purpose – This study aimed to analyze the effect of service quality on student satisfaction as well as formulate quality improvement strategies for State University-Public Service Agency (SU-PSA) in Indonesia. Methodology – The respondents included 290 students from 17 SU-PSA, and the Structural Equation Modeling and Smart PLS were used to analyze data and calculate Community Satisfaction Index (CSI). Results – The results showed that three dimensions (tangibles, responsiveness, and empathy) had a significant effect on student satisfaction at SU-PSA, and two dimensions (reliability and assurance) had no significant impact. Furthermore, tangibles specifically exerted the most significant effect. These results contributed to SU-PSA management in quality improvement strategies and formulating policies for enhancing service completion time for student and addressing complaints, suggestions, and feedback. Improvement quality of educational staff regarding responsiveness and efficiency in serving student could be achieved through training, development, and public awareness efforts. Moreover, CSI provided by SU-PSA in Indonesia fell within the “Good” category.Originality – This study provided valuable insights for enhancing service quality of SU-PSA using the SERVQUAL method, while also accommodating the nine elements of CSI in the context of Higher Education.

Data were collected in 2021, from archival reviews and semi-structured interviews with eighteen change leaders, from six organizations. The data coded and analyzed using NVIVO to find out the common pattern on how the leaders managing changes in three sectors.Findings - The research identify five common building blocks of change: identifying rooms for improvement, organizing change agents, mobilizing support, executing change, and sustaining the change results.Originality - Leadership development is identified as the most effective strategies for sustaining change and transformation initiatives in all three sectors. As this research is conducted in Indonesian institutional setting, the further studies are needed to investigate whether the five building blocks of change are universally applicable.
