One of the main objectives of research in marketing both in the goods and services industry is customer loyalty. Research on college marketing also focuses on alumni loyalty. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of co-creation and experience value on student loyalty in private universities. The survey was conducted on 278 alumni from 5 (five) private universities in Palembang who were randomly selected. Data was collected by distributing the google form through the alumni unit at each university and alumni groups. Data analysis was carried out by using the structural equation model partial least square approach (SEM-PLS) with the SmartPLS3 application program. The results showed that co-creation had a positive and significant effect on the value of experience and alumni loyalty. Students who gain experience value during their lectures are those who have the opportunity to interact and play an active role on campus. High interaction shows a strong level of co-creation for students and shows a better experience value, thus impacting alumni loyalty. Alumni intend to recommend their alma mater to others and care more about their alma mater. Alumni should be given space to be able to build their campus through strong alumni ties. Alumni who have concern for the alma mater are those who have a lot of experience during their studies

The company changes its business model to respond to changes in its business environment. In the banknotes printing industry in Indonesia, the business model used to date is Perum Peruri as a banknote printing service provider, while Bank Indonesia is both a consumer and a banknote paper provider. Bank Indonesia has planned to change the banknotes printing business model from printing services to finished banknotes or end-to-end processes. This study aimed to analyze the constraints while implementing the finished banknotes business model by Perum Peruri. Nine obstacles were identified based on the literature researched and discussions with five experts from the banknotes printing industry, Bank Indonesia as a consumer and regulator, the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises, and the Indonesian Printing Security Association. Interpretive structural modeling analysis is used to measure the strength of the relationship between constraints, develop hierarchical levels, classify and rank each of these constraints. It was found that limited working capital, dependence on supplies of banknotes from abroad, the complexity of procuring banknotes, and barriers to accessing banking, were the main obstacles. The solution is that Perum Peruri must improve its capabilities and get support from Bank Indonesia and the Ministry of SOEs.

The Covid-19 pandemic has stagnated the majority of economic sectors, especially MSMEs. This situation is because most MSMEs enterprise cannot develop and end up in bankruptcy which makes MSMEs enterprise change their sales strategy through a digitalization scheme. Even so, the Covid-19 pandemic has indirectly led to new changes in the Indonesian business system. This change is the shift of offline businesses to digital businesses, also known as the digital entrepreneurship phenomenon. Social media and the marketplace can be a concept to make it easier for MSMEs enterprise to get more comprehensive marketing access. This research aims to initiate the ideal e-marketing adoption model for small micro-enterprises in Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative exploration approach with primary data obtained from observations and interviews. The sampling technique is a snowball, where the sample is obtained gradually from one respondent to another. The flow of research analysis is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. This program includes two categories, including (1) startup training and development and (2) scaleup training and development. The government can carry out the management of this program online single submission to minimize errors and monitor the program's progress. This program is expected to be a role model based on ta'awun mutual relations so that the process of empowering MSME actors is optimal and supported by the use of appropriate technology.

The high growth of the human population accompanied by technological developments has created problems for the environment. The importance of environmental sustainability is becoming increasingly apparent to people which also causes a change in purchasing conduct. This change needs to be anticipated by marketing, one of which is green marketing. This study aims to determine the impact of the green marketing function, which involves green activities, green images, and corporate communication, on purchase intention through the corporate image. Findings. Based on the questionnaire filled out by 163 respondents and analysed using the structural equation modelling, it was found that there was no effect of the green marketing function on purchase intention, but there was an indirect effect between the marketing function on purchase intention and corporate image as the mediating variable. These results indicate that there is full mediation the independent variable can not influence the dependent variable without mediating variable.

This study aims to examine the effect of environmental uncertainty and managers' personnel value on environmental disclosure. This study uses a saturated sampling of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and the respondents are all managers’ levels. The total sample of this study is 161 manufacturing companies. The respondents got the questionnaires via email, and 64 respondents completed them. These can be processed using the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square. Findings. The result shows that environmental uncertainty and managers' personnel value have a positive effect on environmental disclosure. Furthermore, this result shows that the manager's personnel value is the most dominant influence of environmental disclosure. These research findings add to the literature, especially about environmental disclosure, and support contingency theory and structuration theory. The findings can give information especially environmental disclosure for the manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The policymaker should concern about environmental disclosure for companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The limitation of this research is the low response from the respondents of the research. Another limitation is related to R- Square's results, which still need further research.

Indonesian scientific publications on Scopus show encouraging increase by being listed as number 1 in Southeast Asia. However, fewer literary contribution by private university compared to those made by state university. Thus this study investigates which factors will impact publication performance of private university lecturers. Using multiple linear regression analysis of 226 data, it is found that motivation, self-efficacy, research skills, research time, and training are proven to have positive impact on publication performance. Findings. Teaching workload was found to have significant negative impact, while supporting resources were the only variable that had no impact on publication performance. This research has contribution towards institutional policies in encouraging lecturers to produce scientific publications by strengthening the influencing factors.
