Role of Employee Performance During Covid-19: Do Motivation and Commitment Matter? 员工表现在Covid-19中的作用:动机和承诺重要吗?

Purpose – This study tries to analyze the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance with the mediating variables of work motivation and organizational commitment in during the Covid-19 pandemic.Methodology – Structural Equation Model was built to capture the relationship between variables using purposive sampling, with the sample criteria being lecturers who have worked in both public and private tertiary institutions with a minimum work period of 2 years. When the questionnaire was distributed, the respondent was working through working-from-home scheme. In order to fulfil requirement from SEM model, 150 respondents were taken, and 128 questionnaire that can be used in estimation process.Findings – The results showed that work motivation and organizational commitment had no effect on employee performance, nor were they mediating variables on job satisfaction. This weak relationship proves that the pandemic is a difficult time for workers. Furthermore, satisfaction from a well-completed job is objectively beneficial, but the feeling appears confined to a task without high motivation and commitment.Originality – In case of pandemic time, Work motivation and Organizational commitment fail as a Mediating effect that connects job satisfaction to employee performance. Here’s proves that negative impact of the working-from-home policy is unavoidable.

Risk Management in Private Companies and Public Sector Organizations: A Preliminary Comparative Study 私营公司和公共部门组织的风险管理:初步比较研究

Purpose – The effectiveness of risk management in an organization depends largely on its organizational culture as revealed in its governance structure and organizational process. The research question of this study is how to develop strategy to improve the effectiveness of risk management under the constraints of a given organizational culture. The objective of this study is to show that there are fundamental differences and similarities between the governance structure and organizational process that significantly influence the effectiveness of risk management in private companies and the one in public sector organizations.Methodology – To achieve the objective, legal documents of major public and private organizations are reviewed and key resource persons working for the organizations are interviewed.Findings – This paper reports preliminary results that identify several important dimensions of governance structure and organizational process in both sectors that crucially influence the effectiveness of risk management.  Originality – Studies on the similarities and differences between public and private organizations in implementing risk management have been very rare. Very few studies explicitly address the effectiveness of risk management in the perspective of the comparative study.  This study has never been carried out before, at least in the Indonesian context.

Effect of Transformational Leadership, Servant Leadership, and Spiritual Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior 变革型领导、服务型领导和精神型领导对组织公民行为的影响

Purpose - Universities are unique institutions that require different leadership styles to achieve their goals. Therefore, this research examines the effect of transformational, servant, and spiritual leadership on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of lecturers. Methodology - The research adopted a quantitative approach, using a questionnaire with a Likert scale to collect data. Purposive sampling was utilized to obtain 120 participants. The SEM-PLS analysis was employed to test the research hypothesis.   Findings - The results showed that transformational leadership did not have a significant impact on OCB. Meanwhile, both servant and spiritual leadership had a positive effect on OCB. Among the three leadership styles, spiritual leadership was effective in universities, specifically in developing organizational behavior.Originality - Previous research on leadership in educational institutions only focuses on one or a few leadership styles. The current research is unique because it examines the influence of three leadership styles on OCB in universities. The variables in the proposed model are new constructs that necessitate further investigation in order to gain a better understanding of their relationship with OCB.

Purpose – This study aimed to analyze the effect of Credible Online Reviews, Brand Equity Dimension, and Customer Satisfaction on the Bio Beauty Lab’s customers’ repurchase intention.Methodology –This is a quantitative study conducted on 229 Bio Beauty Lab customers living in Jabodetabek determined using non-purposive sampling. The data collected from the respondents through questionnaire distribution were analyzed using PLS-SEM.Findings – Credible online reviews positively affect brand awareness and perceived value, but do not impact brand personality, organizational associations, and perceived value. Brand awareness, perceived value, brand personality, organizational associations, and perceived quality positively affect customer satisfaction. Additionally, satisfaction affects the Bio Beauty Lab customers' repurchase intention.Originality – This study provides a newer and deeper understanding of credible online reviews and brand equity by focusing on the importance of customer satisfaction and repurchase intention.

The Importance of Green Consumer Behavior as an Environmental Concern in Fast Food Restaurants 绿色消费者行为对快餐店环境问题的重要性

Purpose – This research aims to determine how green consumers behave when making purchases at fast food restaurants.Methodology – This study relies on primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to fast-food restaurant patrons in Malang Raya. The study included a total of 100 respondents and was descriptively evaluated.Findings – Compared to other product features, the product attributes connected with the eco-friendly program for fast-food restaurants gained a low average score. On the other hand, consumers' awareness of the importance of keeping the environment clean is strong. When selecting to buy at a fast food restaurant, customers demonstrate inconsistency by initially assessing their necessities. Green consumer behavior is only shown when consumer needs have been fulfilled. Environmental care actions are also shown by consumers after consuming, where consumers are responsible for waste or residual consumption through waste sorting and clean culture application.Originality – This study presents the behavioral responses of green consumers to various purchase considerations to provide another reference in making purchases at fast food restaurants.

Organization Citizenship Behavior: The Role of Spiritual Leadership, Self Efficacy, Locus of Control and Job Satisfaction 组织公民行为:精神领导、自我效能、控制点与工作满意度的作用

Purpose – This research aimed to investigate and analyze the direct and indirect impact of spiritual leadership, self-efficacy, locus of control, and the job satisfaction of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) employees on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).Methodology – This quantitative research was conducted involving data from 61 employees through questionnaires. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model SMART PLS 3.0.Findings – The findings demonstrated that OCB is significantly positively influenced by spiritual leadership, self-efficacy, locus of control, and job satisfaction. Meanwhile, job satisfaction is significantly positively impacted by spiritual leadership, self-efficacy, locus of control, and OCB. This parameter also mediated the relationship between self-efficacy and locus of control with OCB.Originality – This research examined OCB, which has a broad and significant impact on company performance. It also provided better comprehension concerning the relationship of spiritual leadership, self-efficacy, locus of control, and job satisfaction on this indicator.
目的:本研究旨在调查和分析PT. Effect of Fear of COVID-19 on Destination Image, Tourist Satisfaction, and Revisit Intention: Protection Motivation Theory Perspective COVID-19恐惧对目的地形象、游客满意度和再游意愿的影响:保护动机理论视角

Purpose – This study examines the effect of fear of COVID-19, tourist satisfaction, and destination image on the revisit intention.Methodology – Data was collected through social media surveys to 370 total domestic tourist respondents. Then, the data was processed with IBM SPSS version 26 to describe demographics and SmartPLS 3.2.9 to test structural equation modelling between variables.Findings – This study showed that the fear of COVID-19 significantly affected destination image, tourist satisfaction and revisit intention.Novelty – This study has presented that health risks (COVID-19) are not a problem for domestic tourists when travelling. Thus, the threat of COVID-19 does not affect tourists' perceptions of destination image, tourist satisfaction, and revisit intention.

Smartphone Technology for Household Management 智能手机家居管理技术

Purpose – Technology adoption is commonplace in household management to, among others, save time and effort in completing household chores today. This is marked by the burgeoning use of various household tools for cooking, washing, and the use of cell phones. This study aimed to analyze the behavior of household technology users and its effect on household management productivity. Methodology – In this study, the method used was qualitative, with a survey-descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews with 19 purposively selected informants, observation, and documentation study and then analyzed in stages, i.e., reduction, display, analysis, and conclusion drawing.Findings – The results showed that the use of technology in household management boosted housewives’ productivity, which in turn affected the roles of other family members. Furthermore, it was also confirmed that most housewives could use technology to form happy, peaceful, and prosperous families. Based on these findings, the use of technology has a favorable influence on how housewives execute their duties in managing households, particularly with regard to the object under investigation.Originality – This research develops the role of women in household management supported by the use of technology.

The Effect of Competence, Motivation, Work Environment and Work Facilities on The Expenditure Treasurer Performance 胜任力、动机、工作环境和工作设施对支出司库绩效的影响

Purpose – This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of competence, motivation, as well as work environment and facilities on the performance of the expenditure treasurer at the APBN management unit in North Kalimantan Province. Methodology – The participants were 213 expenditure treasurers which were selected by the simple random sampling technique. Furthermore, the number of samples was determined by using the Yamane formula and a total of 139 respondents were obtained. The data collection technique used questionnaires, namely the Guttman, Likert, and Rating Scales. In addition, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS For Windows. Findings – The results showed competence, motivation, as well as work environment and facilities had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the expenditure treasurer. Therefore, each of the work units managing the State Budget in North Kalimantan Province needs to pay more attention to the factors that affect performance. Originality – This study provides a new perspective on the effect of competence, motivation, as well as work environment and facilities on expenditure treasurer performance, which has never been carried out in previous literature.
目的-本研究旨在确定和分析能力、动机以及工作环境和设施对北加里曼丹省APBN管理单位支出财务主管绩效的影响。研究方法:采用简单随机抽样的方法,选取213名支出司库。此外,使用Yamane公式确定样本数量,共获得139名受访者。数据收集技术采用问卷调查,即Guttman, Likert和评定量表。此外,利用SPSS For Windows软件对数据进行多元线性回归分析。调查结果显示,能力、动机、工作环境和设施对支出司库的绩效有积极而显著的影响。因此,北加里曼丹省的每个管理国家预算的单位都需要更加关注影响绩效的因素。原创性-本研究提供了能力、动机以及工作环境和设施对支出司库绩效的影响的新视角,这在以前的文献中从未进行过。

Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility on Economic Value Added: The Role of the Supply Chain Management Environment at LQ45 Indonesia 企业社会责任对经济增加值的影响:供应链管理环境在LQ45印度尼西亚的作用

Purpose – This research examined the effect and strategy of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) on EVA (Economic Value Added) using the SCME mechanism. Methodology – Population data sets were derived from the index LQ45 for the period of August 2022 and compared to the previous six years. Furthermore, a purposive sampling technique was applied to conduct a regression analysis, while mediation used the Hayes process version 4.2, Model 8. The data set was compiled using information from IDX, Bloomberg, and Eikon platforms (Thomson Reuters).Findings – The results highlighted four key conclusions, as follows: High CSR index companies observed a rise in EVA; SCME mediates the effects of CSR on EVA; Company size considerably modifies the effect of CSR on EVA; Company size significantly modifies the effect of CSR on SCME.Originality – This research represents a novel attempt to investigate the relationship between CSR and EVA, the company size dimension's mediative role, and the SCME mediating role in Indonesia's LQ45 Index. The results present intriguing management, policy, and literature implications.
