The purpose of this research is to know the ability of children's art through the medium of flour plasticine in the OKVIKHA PAUD of Bengkulu City to know with the use of medium flour plasticine can improve the art ability in PAUD OKVIKHA Bengkulu city. Class action Research (PTK) focused on the classroom situation, or commonly known as the Classroom Action research procedure used in cycle-shaped cycles. The main subject in the study was the PAUD OKVIKHA child of Bengkulu City group B amounting to 15 people. Data collection techniques using observation methods and documentation. Data analysis is done in a qualitatively qualitative-quantitative setting with the one used to determine the increased process expressed in a predicate, whereas quantitative data analysis was used to determine the increase in results by using percentages. This study aims to prove whether the application of the think pair share learning model in social studies learning can improve cooperation skills and student learning outcomes. The research design used was classroom action research with two learning cycles. The research subjects in this study were fourth grade students of SD Negeri 170 Bengkulu Utara which consisted of 34 students. The research was conducted for two months starting from September 2019 to November 2019. The results showed that the application of the think pair share learning model was proven to be able to improve student cooperation skills in learning, where in the initial test the percentage level of student cooperation skills was 41.18%, increasing in the first cycle of 64.71% and an increase in the second cycle of 88.24%. The application of the learning model is also proven to be able to improve student learning outcomes in social studies learning, where in the initial test the classical completeness level was 35.29%, increased in cycle I to 58.82% and in cycle II increased to 82.35%. This research aims to find out the results of science study of grade IV students of Srikaton State 3 Srikaton District Musi Rawas after the study model of Children's Learning in Science based on local wisdom. This research method uses experimental research methods with pre-test and post-test group experiment designs. Sampling is taken from the population, considering that there is only one class, the total sampling is 23 students. The instrument used is a question of description that amounts to 8 questions. Data collection is taken with test techniques. The data is analyzed using the "z" test formula. Based on the hypothetical test results obtained zhitung = 3.35 and ztabel with a significant level of α = 0.05 in obtained ztabel = 1.64, then zhitung 3.35 > ztabel 1.64 which means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. So it can be concluded that the results of science study of grade IV students of Srikaton State Elementary School after the completion of the children's learning in science model based on local wisdom are significantly complete. The research design used was classroom action research with two learning cycles. The results showed that the word card learning media was proven to be able to increase student learning motivation in Indonesian language learning, where in the initial test the percentage of student learning motivation was 40%, increasing in cycle I by 60% and increased in cycle II by 85%. This study aims to determine the implementation of total integrated quality management in an effort to improve the quality of learning at SDN 010 Bengkulu Utara. This research is a school action research (School Action Research), because the research was conducted to solve the problem of the learning process in schools. This research will be conducted at SDN 010 North Bengkulu, Bengkulu Province. The research was conducted from January to March 2019. The research subjects were the entire board of teachers, employees and students from grades I to 6 at SDN 010 Bengkulu Utara. The results of the research are the implementation of total integrated quality management can improve the quality of learning at SDN 010 Bengkulu Utara, this can be seen from the final increase in the quality of learning in the planning program by 90%, implementation 95.85%, evaluation 87.5%, monitoring 93.75% and teacher performance increased 87.5%. Conclusion, Integrated total quality management is an activity that is interrelated between components with one another to form a network of functions, especially in classroom learning, and is proven to improve the quality of learning. This study aims to improve the motivation and learning outcomes of Social Studies students in grade IV SDI Watujara Ende. This research includes Classroom Action Research (CAR) by applying two cycles. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, questionnaires, tests, interviews, documentation, and field notes. The collected data were analyzed descriptively qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The results showed that the carousel feedback learning model can improve motivation and learning outcomes. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of students' motivation to achieve high and very high categories, which is 75% in the first cycle to 83% in the second cycle. Student learning outcomes have also increased, seen from the percentage of classical completeness that is 75% in the first cycle to 92% in the second cycle. Conclusions, that after applying carousel feedback learning can increase motivation and social studies learning outcomes of students. Keywords: Carousel Feedback, Motivation, Learning Outcomes

This study aims to: 1) improve the quality of the fifth grade science learning process at SDN 98 Rejang Lebong by applying the 5 Phase Learning Cycle learning model; 2) improve student learning outcomes in fifth grade science learning at SDN 98 Rejang Lebong by applying the 5 Phase Learning Cycle learning model. Classroom Action Research (CAR) consists of 2 cycles. Stages in each cycle consist of stages of planning, implementation, observation / observation, and reflection. The research subjects were fifth grade students of SDN 98 Rejang Lebong in the 2017/2018 school year. Data collection is done through observation sheets and test sheets. The test is used to determine the level of success of students in the learning process, obtained that in the first cycle student learning outcomes obtained an average of 6.75 and the percentage of classical learning completeness 50%. In cycle II there were no weaknesses that occurred in the first cycle. Results learning in the second cycle obtained an average of 8.21 with a percentage of classical learning completeness of 87.5%. This fulfills the completeness criteria, which is 85% of students get a value of ,07.0 and the learning process is said to be completed individually if students get a value of ≥7.
