In this paper, we study the physical mechanisms of the biological aging phenomenon of complex systems of living nature. While theoretical approaches to the search for diagnostic criteria for various diseases of the human body have been developed to a sufficient extent, in studies of age-related changes in living systems, questions remain, primarily related to the search for ways to describe the physical aspects of the phenomenon of biological aging most fully. We show that the correlations and effects of statistical memory, established within the framework of the Memory Functions Formalism, can serve as markers of age-related changes in the neuromuscular system and visual-motor coordination of a person. The dynamometric signals of representatives of older age groups are characterized by a shorter lifetime of statistical memory and an increase in the scale of fluctuations compared to the signals of young volunteers. In addition, age-related changes lead to an obvious deformation and stratification of the spatiotemporal structures of signals in the phase space and a change in their spectral behavior. The results obtained will be of interest to data sciences, complex systems physics and gerontology.

This article considers ways to build an algorithm for annotating Russian-language texts from social media. Annotation will be defined as the estimation of the emotional coloring of the text. The article addresses both classical basic methods of statistical learning and modern methods of deep learning based on transfer learning and transformers. The main problem in solving the problem of determining the sentiment of Russian-language texts is the lack of a large corpus of labeled data, which severely limits the training of the model. In conclusion, a model that combines the transformer model and gradient boosting will be developed. The relevance of this work is to create a model with low memory consumption and thematic independence of posts, trained on a small amount of data, which can be used to analyze the textual content of posts in social media.

Agricultural sustainability is essential in the moderate Republic of Tatarstan region to improve land agriculture production and preserve natural resources, which must adapt to the increasing population with the expansion of newly reclaimed land. The purpose of this study is to assess agricultural sustainability conditions and possibilities by assimilating economic viability and biophysical viability into a sustainable agricultural structure. In determining the suitability classes, topographic features such as slope, aspect, and elevation, as well as soil texture, pH, and soil depth, were applied as criteria. Weighted overlay analysis was applied to merge various thematic layers to find suitable areas for crop production. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) model is used to determine the weights for all features. The highest weights were acquired for elevation (0.201) and soil (0.223), and the lowest weights were calculated for aspect (0.045). The findings showed that assimilating the AHP method with GIS technology is a practical way to accurately analyze the suitability of land for the production of a particular crop and reduce the harmful environmental effects of farming methods. This research finding has implications for developing a management plan for sustainable agriculture, which will increase crop productivity in a sustainable way. It can assist in maintaining the ecosystem to enhance the potential for agricultural production and independent village economies throughout the district as well as the Tatarstan region.

This paper presents the diffraction characteristics of multilayer diffraction structures formed by the holographic method in photopolymerization compositions with a high concentration of nematic liquid crystals, when controlled by external electrical action. The results demonstrate the possibility to use multilayer holographic diffraction structures as a basic element for electrically controlled optical spectral filters for wavelength-division multiplexing communication networks.

The article explores the adaptation of digital image compression methods based on machine learning to the case of video data compression. The generalized image compression method applies digital image generation and segmentation, pyramid-based digital image coding, and interpolation on hierarchically organized arrays of pixels based on machine learning. Image compression uses artificial convolutional neural networks and generative adversarial neural networks, super-resolution artificial neural network algorithms and autoencoders to implement the basic steps. The proposed generalization approach uses interframe dependencies to reduce information redundancy through a video frame approximator based on machine learning. Approximation can significantly reduce the entropy and variance of the encoded data, which results in a reduction in the size of data. The results of computational experiments on real video sequences prove the high efficiency of the approach proposed in this paper to generalize digital image coding methods based on machine learning for the case of video compression.

Intraoperative neuromonitoring is increasingly used in surgical interventions as a way to reduce the amount of nerve damage during surgical interventions. The safety of intraoperative neurological function can now be assessed in real time using non-stop monitoring. In operations on the head and neck, there is a risk of damage to the functionally important motor nerve branches: the facial nerve, the vagus nerve, the accessory nerve and the hyoid. The vagus nerve. These complications are not uncommon in surgery and often have a negative impact on the subsequent quality of life of the patient and limit his ability to work. The most common surgical procedure is for thyroid diseases, in which the recurrent laryngeal nerve is at risk of being affected and has great functional importance in the formation of the voice. The anatomical localisation of CAH is variable and, in addition, it can be a difficult pathological process to detect. A common practice in endocrine surgery is to visually search for CAH during surgery [1], but detection is not always possible. Repeated manipulation greatly increases the risk of motor nerve damage [2]. Motor numbness (temporary, transient) or numbness (permanent, permanent) can occur depending on the degree of postoperative damage. The risk of unintentional damage to the motor nerves during surgery depends on the skills and experience of the surgeon, knowledge of surgical anatomy and the underlying embryology of the surgical organ. The number of surgeons using neurophysiological monitoring to achieve Optimal Neurological Interventions is steadily increasing. Indeed, in many neurosurgical and cranial based surgeries the use of monitoring is considered standard. over the last 30 years. Technologies facilitating the routine use of these valuable techniques monitoring has been significantly improved. Future developments such as wireless connection to main monitoring unit/amplifier averaging computer can reduce the effect of 60 electrical cycles interference in the operating room. Monitoring should be used when practically necessary. Ultimately, if you can get better results. There are many reasons for using neurophysiological monitoring which makes its use justified.

The paper proposes approaches for the classification of high-resolution hyperspectral images in the problem of classification of soil species classification. A spectral-spatial convolutional neural network with compensation for illumination variations is used as a classifier. The effectiveness of the proposed approach in the problem of classification of hyperspectral images of soils obtained by a scanning type hyperspectrometer is shown. A multiclass neural network is compared with an ensemble in which the results of a multiclass neural network are refined by several binary classifiers. It is shown that the use of normalization of illumination inhomogeneity and the use of an ensemble of convolutional spatial-spectral neural networks can significantly increase the accuracy of soil type classification.

Given that the presence of correlations in traffic can have a significant impact on the values of service quality parameters, which must be taken into account in the design of services, especially services that are critically dependent on these parameters, the need to develop methods and algorithms for processing correlated traffic increases. This paper presents a theoretical method for decorrelation of network traffic for the purpose of reducing latency in the transmission and processing of video traffic in fog computing. An algorithm and implementation concept for implementing the decorrelation is also given. The method is based on the use of Haar wavelets.
