The study aims to determine the effects of work motivation, work discipline, and work motivation and discipline on teachers’ performance at public elementary school (SDN) of Sungai Menang District. This research uses quantitative methods, data collection using documentation and questionnaires. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression formulas using SPSS (Statistical Product and Services Solution) version 20.0 for windows. The study shows that: 1) There is an effect of work motivation on teacher performance in SDN Sungai Menang District. This can be seen from the results of the t value of 43.228 compared to the value of t table with a probability of 0.05 of 1.67155 in which the value of t count ≥ t table; 2) There is an effect of work discipline on teacher performance in SDN Sungai Menang District. This can be seen from the results of the t value of 41.797 ≥ the t table value of 1.67155 so that t count ≥ t table; and 3) There is an effect of work motivation and work discipline on teacher performance in SDN Sungai Menang District. The data showed a significance level of 0.000
本研究旨在探讨双溪梅南区公立小学教师工作动机、工作纪律、工作动机与纪律对教师绩效的影响。本研究采用定量方法，资料收集采用文献资料法和问卷调查法。使用SPSS (Statistical Product and Services Solution) 20.0版本进行数据分析，采用多元线性回归公式。研究表明:1)工作动机对双溪门南区教师绩效存在影响。这可以从t值43.228与t表值的比较结果中看出，其中t计数≥t表值的概率为0.05 = 1.67155;2) Sungai Menang区SDN教师工作纪律对教师绩效有影响。这可以从结果中看出，t值为41.797≥t表值为1.67155使t计数≥t表;(3)工作动机和工作纪律对双溪门南区教师绩效有影响。数据显示显著性水平为0.000 <概率值α 0.05，决定系数/ R2为0.981，显著贡献量为98.1%。

This article aimed to determine and describe the role of the principal in implementing the 2013 curriculum learning in SMP Negeri 6 Unggul Sekayu, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This research was descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed through four steps comprising data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that principal in implementing the 2013 Curriculum; 1) mapped the quality of learning through the 2013 Curriculum Implementation program, increasing the ability to teach teachers and creating a conducive school climate; 2) determined the 2013 curriculum implementation programs through vision and mission of the school; 3) improved the teaching quality of teachers; and 4) created conducive school climate.

The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the effect of work motivation and professional competence of teachers on the performance of junior high school teachers in Kedaton subdistrict, observation highway, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The research population of junior high school teachers in Kedaton Peninajian Raya Subdistrict, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency is 100 teachers. The sampling technique was simple random sampling with a total of 50 teachers. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The results show 1) there is a significant effect of work motivation on teacher performance, 2) there is a significant effect of teacher professional competence on teacher performance, 3) there is a significant influence between work motivation and teacher professional competence on teacher performance.
