This study aims to identify and describe the aspects that are supervised by the head of Madrasah in an effort to help improve teacher professionalism, approaches to academic supervision, academic supervision techniques, describe the steps of academic supervision, describe the problems faced in supervision. academics by the principal in an effort to help efforts to help improve teacher professionalism at MAN 1 Musi Banyuasin in teaching. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using interview analysis techniques, observation and documentation. The results show that it shows that the teachers are already good at teaching but must be even more active in using ICT in information and communication technology in learning to improve their professionalism as professional teachers. Either with professional improvement training or training held by the Ministry of Religion or the head of madrasah. Because a teacher who is said to be a professional is a teacher who meets standard requirements in terms of academics, competence, profession, and performance as a teacher.

With the issuance of Circular Letter of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 4 of 2020, all schools conduct distance learning, both online and offline. The purpose of this research was to find out the implementation of online learning in Tirta Kencana Elementary School in Makarti Jaya sub-district. The type of research was qualitative research with the case study method. Data collection were interviews, observations, and documentation. From the results of the research, it can be concluded that the implementation of online learning in Tirta Kencana Elementary School went well, starting from planning, implementing, evaluating, preparing media, teaching materials, and learning resources. In the implementation, lack of signals, frequent power outages and did not have an android handphone. The solution to that problem is that teachers do offline learning for students who are constrained when learning online.

The aim of this article was to describe the educational value contained in Tere Liye's Selena novel, to determine the character of the characters in Tere Liye's Selena novel, and to determine the implications of educational value and character of Tere Liye's Selena's novel on literary learning in High school. The article was library research and using documentation as collecting data. The data source of this research was the novel Selena by Tere Liye. Data collection techniques in this study by means of direct observation and external documentation. The results of the analysis prove that in Tere Lie's novel Selena there are 12 aspects of religious values, moral values, 28 aspects, social values, 10 aspects and 2 social values. Selena novel by Tere Liye is suitable to be read and used as reading material in literature learning in high school.
