How to selecting sample data set from a DAS automatically is a critical problem for machine learning. In this paper, it is illustrated that measurement data included enough information for modeling through comparing the information extropy of a continuous system with its sampling system. Based on maximum entropy principle, an equipartitional method has been discussed which can be used to collect a small data set as a training sample set from a DAS. Then, an application of this method which be used in an ethylene oxide reactor's modeling has been given. The sample set obtained by this way has a uniform distribution as good as distributing of boundary data points. This application illustrates that this way was effectively for selecting a sample set.And combined with a RBF-BP cascaded artificial neural network, it got a satisfactory prediction result.

This paper describes Open Rainbow, a low cost cloud computing testbed with the characteristic of protection of private data through localization of data and global sign-on, compares and analysis the cost of different cloud computing platforms. It demonstrates the utilities of Rainbow by the experiments of data processing time of rainbow, comparison between rainbow and grid, global-scale performance of rainbow, and then brings forward measures of optimizing the services of rainbow. The experiments with the real data provided by the practical project, the regional-economy-based modeling and optimization of collaborative logistics system in manufacturing enterprise, shows that Rainbow can address the requirements of the researchers in the developing countries that are eager to narrow the digital divide in cloud computing.

Mutual interactions of different network equipment, topology configurations, transmission protocols and cooperation and competition among the network users inevitably cause the network traffic flow which is controlled by several driving factors to appear non-stationary and complicated behavior. Because of its non-stationary property it can not easily use traditional way to analyze the complicated network traffic. A new method of non-stationary network traffic based on superstatistics theory is discussed in the paper. According to the superstatistics theory, the complex dynamic system may have a large fluctuation of intensive quantities on large time scales which cause the system to behave as non-stationary which is also the characteristic of network traffic.

In this paper, the author investigated the evolutionary game systems between migrant workers and enterprises. The results showed that the system would converge to the two steady state of "neither of investment" and " Both investment"; if the discount phenomenon of "training vouchers" is not effectively contained, the increasing training subsidies of government would reduce the investing initiatives of migrant workers and business; the improvement of training level would be conducive to the promotion of migrant workers and business groups in training investment; the continuous improvement of incentive levels of enterprises would be conducive to enhancing initiatives of migrant workers and businesses to invest in training.

This paper proposes a shape recognition method for detecting convex polygons (CVPs) in image planes, which is characterized by using Hough transformation (HT) and designing a set classifier. HT is used to extract the sides of a CVP by searching the peaks of accumulators in the Hough Parametric Space (HPS). A total set of the intersection points formed by all sides of CVP and their extending lines can be established based on the peaks in HPS, which includes a subset only containing the vertex of CVP. Based on the gradient distribution of the elements in the subset, the classifier for extracting the subset is designed. Compared with conventional method, the detection method has advantage of detecting the CVP shape with discontinuity and broken edges, and thus worthy of being promoted.

Facing the problem of punching-teeth process accuracy is not high in hardware manufacturing field,this paper discusses image signal collection, pre-processing, object orientation system structure and working thesis of juicer cutter plate in punching-teeth process, based on image real time processing technology. Through CCD collection image information,image mode matching,using maximum intra-class variance heredity method and Roberts edge detection operator, this experiment realizes image threshold segmentation and edge detection. Finally, with analysis, calculating and processing,the object location of punching-teeth is true and accurate.

Genetic algorithm (GA) is used widely to many fields. Coding is one of difficult issues of GA research. Floating point presentation (FPR) is of the advantage of higher precision and convenience of searching in great space. FPR is superior to other codes in function optimization and restriction optimization. But, the noises were neglected by researches which were generated by FPR in genetic environment. This paper is based on wavelet decomposition, the noises are mapped to Haar basis, algorithm is made with denoising mutation, the algorithm is implemented by programming. The results of the research and the experiments indicate which the method is superior to other algorithms, is reliable in theory, and is feasible in technique.

This article analyzes the threats of peasant's livelihood after losing land, and delimits the connotation of lost-land peasant's sustainable livelihood, finally, rebuilds the compensations of land expropriation based on sustainable livelihood. They are agricultural land prices/the payment of employment and development and the price of social security. It calculates the agricultural land prices by using income capitalization approach; counts the payment of employment and development based on urban residents with equivalent education level; and determines the value of social security by establishing the lost-land peasants' special account.

in this paper, we first have compared the virtual reality substation simulation with the traditional substation simulation in visualization. We know that the virtual reality substation simulation is necessary. Because the traditional substation simulation has the low efficiency in creating the virtual reality substation simulation, this paper gives the new mode which it is based on the components and the virtual reality simulation engine is the kernel. As the same time, it gives the frame construction of the virtual reality simulation engine and illustrates the functions of components in the frame construction. And it realizes the virtual reality simulation engine with the usage of common object model technology. The results show that it can improve the development efficiency of the virtual reality substation simulation.
