Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh observasi penulis terhadap usaha mikro “Windu Sari Putri” yang memproduksi cistik dan jinten, dan kondisi dimana volume produksinya yang besar namun kurang terorganisir dengan baik di berbagai aspek terutama produksi. Artikel penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan perubahan yang terjadi setelah pemberlakuan standard operating procedure (SOP) sebagai sarana pengatur proses produksi, selain SOP beberapa program kerja untuk menata ulang tata letak, prosedur kebersihan, dan mengganti peralatan juga dilaksanakan untuk memaksimalkan pengaplikasian SOP. SOP yang dirumuskan akan mengatur proses produksi dari penyiapan produksi, pembuatan adonan, penggilingan dan pengirisan adonan, pembakaran kayu, penggorengan adonan, dan pengemasan. Penelitian ini hanya akan fokus kepada pemberlakuan SOP dalam mengatur proses produksi internal dalam usaha dan pengaruhnya terhadap keberlangsungan usaha. Capaian dari penelitian ini adalah penurunan durasi produksi dan peningkatan produktivitas dalam proses produksi serta kesadaran yang meningkat terhadap kebersihan produksi.

Es Noni is a home-based ice cream business that is still being classified as a small business as it needs a better development process to increase its sales. Therefore, Es Noni has several problems formulated from this case that needs to be solved. First, the production quantity of the ice cream was limited due to the absence of, no suitable freezer to store all of the production demand. Next, there was only one place to sell the ice cream continuously and they didn’t have a large, compatible cooling box that has enough space to store all of the sellable ice creams. Whereas the last problem is Es Noni never records its sales on a daily basis and their way of distributing the revenue is still incorrect. With all of the problems that Es Noni had, the author wanted to help in solving these problems. The author purchased most of the required equipment to increase the amount of production and sales. Moreover, the author discovered other sales methods to expand the ice cream’s market, alongside giving them the knowledge on how to write an accounting report correctly regarding their cash flow and product inventory to minimize the occurrence of adverse errors.

As time goes, Small Medium Enterprise (SME) has grown so fast, especially at Cianjur. Culinary is well-known as biggest contributor for the SME at Cianjur. PKM is a program that support economic growth at Cianjur, which also raise awareness and sales. There are 4 factors that elevate the SME at Cianjur, which is operation, marketing, financing, and human resource management. This research focus on marketing. This research exists to support the growth of Tahu Walik Si Montogh to become a great business. The rise of Tahu Walik Si Montogh can be achieved by choosing the right segmentation, positioning, and target, which based on consumer behaviour in Cianjur. Branding strategy for Tahu Walik Si Montogh use stimulus response approach, and persuasive communication technique that is also based on segmentation, positioning, and target, which has been defined previously and can be the base of marketing strategy for Tahu Walik Si Montogh. These two strategies are also supported by increasing the product diversification to attract customer in Cianjur.

The Village Owned Enterprises (BUMK) Hendro Mulyo was established by the Government of Tempuran Village, Trimurjo District, Central Lampung Regency. Although it is strategically located, BUMK has not been able to explore business potential following the conditions of the local community. The purpose of this community service activity is to explore the potential of the village as a form of BUMK business and make a Budget Plan for BUMK businesses. The result of community service activities is that BUMK management has established a business form and can plan their business budget.

This activity aims to improve the efficiency and productivity of potato donut products produced by partners, as well as the income earned from selling potato donuts. The method used is product diversification, modification of the production process, addition of distribution channels, manufacturing of recording systems, IUMK registration, and manufacturing of Donatela Donuts Potato SMEs brands. Donut potatoes are not like ordinary donuts because this product is potato-based which makes the donut's texture more tender and savory. Previously the partner's production methods were still traditional, namely manually by hand which according to the team was less efficient. The considerable motivation of the team succeeded in increasing the partners' desire to modify the production process which could increase efficiency and business productivity. The achievement of this activity is to have an automatic stirring machine or mixer that is useful for increasing the efficiency and productivity of potato donut products. In addition, it also diversifies its products into the size of potato donuts. Increased efficiency and productivity are considered important for the team because they can save production time and can increase sales levels. From the modification of production processes and product diversification by partners, the monthly net income of partners increased by 10%. In addition, the team also proposed a strategy for using business cards along with business logos to partners to expand the sales market. With the use of this strategy, the number of customers of potato donuts owned by partners has also increased.

Community Development Program initiated by Universitas Prasetiya Mulya aims to improve community welfare through the assistance and business development of the partners. In 2019, the Community program was taking place in Cianjur, West Java. One of the business partner assisted and developed in the Community Development 2019 program is the Basreng chips business owned by Kang Wendy. Kang Wendy sells and market the product under a brand called AW Basreng. Kang Wendy encounters some challenges in developing his business due to lack of knowledge and skill in managing a good business. However, the Basreng chips business has the potential to develop and can be sustainable because of the characteristic the Basreng flavor developed by Kang Wendy. Within the 45 days, Kang Wendy and the builder team had made some improvements in the area of operational management, marketing, human resources, and finance. With regards to the improvement, Kang Wendy's most successfully achievement is accelerating the production process time and expanding product marketing through online marketing. The writing of this article aims to provide an overview of the problems that arise in MSME businesses and the corrective steps that can be taken to develop a Basreng business in Cianjur, West Java.

The Directorate General of Tax (DGT) developed various applications to facilitate taxpayers in carrying out tax obligations through e-filing. There are still many taxpayers who do not understand e-filing so come to the tax office to report the tax return. Yet by utilizing e-filing, time and cost can be more productive. UMKM is a new potential in increasing tax contributions. The government through several regulations is aiming at efforts to increase taxation from the UMKM sector. One of them is the reduction of UMKM tax rates from 1% to 0.5%. The problem of understanding and awareness of taxpayers is the key to the success of these efforts. A special strategy is needed to educate the UMKM community. This is a form of mutual responsibility between the people and the government. Some obstacles in taxation socialization include filling e-filing for tax reporting purposes. Difficulties were found in the field in providing socialization material to UMKMs related to tax obligations. Jigsaw type Cooperative Learning in e-filing filling is an effort to increase the taxation potential of the UMKM sector, as well as evidence of government responsibility in public services.

The society of a nation has a vertical relationship to the quality of the nation. The high interest in reading someone's book influences one's insight, mentality, and behavior. The Indonesian nation is a nation with a low literacy level even though it has been 70 years since Indonesia became an independent country. There are many factors why Indonesian society's literacy has a low percentage. These problems must immediately get serious attention not only from the government but from all of us. How does the discourse about "interest in reading" be carried out for all people when we still have a limited number of books read? So the book donation movement is in an effort to build a culture of literacy and literacy in Indonesia and in Banten in particular. When the state of literacy becomes a culture in Indonesia, it is not impossible that our nation will be an advanced nation.

Pada tanggal 7 Juni 2018 telah diterbitkan Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah Nomor 07/D.D5/KK 2018 tentang Struktur Kurikulum Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK)/ Madrasah Aliyah Kejurusan (MAK) sebagai bentuk revisi terbaru dari Struktur Kurikulum 2013. Sejak diterbitkannya revisi atas K13 telah membawa banyak perubahan dalam struktur kurikulum SMK kejuruan bisnis dan manajemen dengan jurusan akuntansi dan lembaga keuangan. Salah satunya adalah munculnya mata pelajaran “praktikum akuntansi jasa, dagang dan manufaktur” yang diajarkan pada kelas XI dan XII. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh tim MGMP Akuntansi Provinsi Sumatera Barat adalah materi akuntansi manufaktur yang merupakan bagian dari mata pelajaran “praktikum akuntansi jasa, dagang dan manufaktur” adalah hal baru sehingga membutuhkan peningkatan pemahaman dalam materi akuntansi manufaktur terutama praktek penyusunan laporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur sebagai bentuk peningkatan profesionalisme guru dalam mengajarkan materi ini terutama untuk siswa kelas XII tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Tim pelaksana meyakini bahwa metode drill and practiceadalah metode yang paling tepat digunakan sebagai metode pembelajaran untuk mata pelajaran “praktikum akuntansi manufaktur”. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui dua pendekatan yakni capacity buildingyang memfokuskan pada konsep penting penyusunan laporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur dan workshopyang menggunakan modul komprehensif sebagai praktik pembelajaran dengan metode drill and practice. Pada akhir kegiatan peserta dapat memahami 81.26% konsep penting penyusunan laporan keuangan manufakturdan mampu menyelesaikan 65.00% kasus penyusunan laporan keuangan manufaktur. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan ini telah dapat meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dalam mengajar mata pelajaran “praktikum akuntansi manufaktur”

This community service program aims to reports the result of community service concerning the implementation of diseases prevention through health educationin Sapan to decrease morbidity.The method usage for the research is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques usage through observation, interviews, counseling and literature review related to the subject matter.The problem that were found from the research are : 1) The high rates of morbidity in Sapan Desa Sumbersari Kecamatan Ciparay Kabupaten Bandung, 2) The Lack of public knowledge about PHBS and public awareness will throw garbage in its place, 3) The unavailability of trash cans around the road.The suggestion given were: 1) The community needs to know and be aware of infectious and non-infectious disease and the application of PHBS, 2) Puskesmas needs to improve socialization and health education for the community, 3) The local goverment provides a trash cans on the roadside and garbage banks in each hamlet.
