Article history: Received: August 10, 2020 Received in revised format: November 15 2020 Accepted: November 27, 2020 Available online: December 1, 2020 The increasing level of the number of carbon dioxide will raise temperature on the earth and causes global climate changes. Paris agreement has responded global warming by doing mitigation, and Indonesian Government has ratified the suggestion. This research aims to determine the rice cultivation technology system which effectively could absorb the carbon dioxide into the form of biomass and C-organic in the earth. Applying the quasi-experiment by three types of technological systems – and it was conducted in farming area of Sukakarya District, Bekasi Regency, Indonesia – the research proved the T2 (IPAT-TS planting system) – in which it applies a minimum spacing of 30 cm × 30 cm and a maximum of 50 cm × 50 cm, in aerobic soil conditions – yields the highest number of biomass straw, C-Organic, and harvest dry grain and economically gives the highest profit margin. Therefore, the research recommends the adoption of T2 as mass common farming practice especially in entisolic soil types. © 2021 by the authors; licensee Growing Science, Canada

Knowledge management is vitally important with business and one of the competitive advantages. The aim of the study is to find out the relationship between the knowledge management process and employees’ commitment in the digital marketing companies. Through the mix-method research, the research result pointed out that four dimensions of knowledge management process; i.e., Knowledge Acquisition, Knowledge Conversion, Knowledge Application, and Knowledge Protection, positively impact on the employee's commitment. Some managerial implications for the digital marketing businesses were proposed to improve the employee commitment based the knowledge management process. © 2021 by the authors; licensee Growing Science, Canada

Article history: Received: November 18, 2020 Received in revised format: November 28 2020 Accepted: December 27, 2020 Available online: December 28, 2020 The aim of the study is to investigate the impact of business model innovation (BMI) on firm performance. The sample of the study consisted of 120 managers from Alban Al-youm Company in Jordan, a leading dairy company. Data were collected using a questionnaire administered to managers. Eightyseven questionnaires were retrieved valid for the purpose of data analysis. BMI was measured using three components: value creation, value proposition and value capture innovations while company performance was assessed via self-rated questions about operational measures of performance. The results accepted the hypotheses that all dimensions of BMI had significant effects on company performance. That being so, the study contributed to the literature on BMI on company performance in the absence of such studies that use samples for Arab countries, particularly, from Jordan in one of the most vital industries, which is a dairy industry. © 2021 by the authors; licensee Growing Science, Canada
