This study aims to determine the capital market analysis in Islamic economic research at the Majapahit Islamic University and the effect of the capital market on student investment at the Majapahit Islamic University. The method used is a quantitative method. The method used in describing the data is through the collection of questionnaire data and observation. The results show that the capital market has an important role in increasing economic growth. Investment is one form that is sold in the capital market. Currently, the capital market is showing a lot of progress, especially with the presence of a sharia-based capital market. IDX has also collaborated with universities, one of which is GI BEI UNIVERSITAS ISLAM MAJAPAHIT as an effort to introduce the existence of the market to the younger generation. Students can start investing in several sectors, one of which is the capital market, in order to have better conditions in the future

Nutrition and nutrition of pregnant women is an important thing that must be met during pregnancy. The risk to the health of the fetus being conceived and the mother who is pregnant will be reduced if pregnant women get balanced nutrition and nutrition. Pregnant women who are malnourished can lead to premature birth, fetal death, abnormalities of the baby's central nervous system, as well as abnormal development, congenital defects, anemia in infants, low birth weight, and newborns with low health status.The problem that often arises today is the lack of knowledge of pregnant women about the importance of fulfilling nutrition / nutrition for pregnant women. Due to the lack of information and education of pregnant women. This study, designed a system for fulfilling the nutritional value of food for pregnant women using the Android-based COOPER method. Aims to make it easier for pregnant women to find information about nutritional intake through the selection of food menus.The author uses the Cooper method, because this method is very suitable for calculating the number of calories needed by pregnant women. The Cooper method calculates the number of calories by processing the ideal weight of pregnant women, the activities of pregnant women, and the number of hours of sleep pregnant women according to Poedysmoro (2005).To solve the problems above, it is necessary to design an Android-based information system application for the fulfillment of the nutritional value of pregnant women's food which is expected to help the role of the community, making it easier for pregnant women to find information about nutritional intake through the selection of food menus. In its business activities, Perumnas sells houses to the public with cash payment methods or through Home Ownership Credit (KPR). The Perumnas Branch can serve every consumer who comes to Perumnas Branch to seek information about the amount of monthly installment payments if the consumer applies the mortgage system with the down payment that the consumer has and the shortfall that must be paid. In carrying out this activity, the Perumnas Branch still uses the Microsoft Excel application.The problem that often arises at this time is the calculation of KPR between Perumnas Semarang Branch I and Perumnas Semarang Branch II which is quite different, making it less effective for companies. Based on this description, the author tries to provide a solution that is able to overcome these problems by designing a website-based mortgage calculation simulation system at Perum Perumnas Regional V with the aim of making it easier for consumers and marketing or sales parties to find information about mortgage calculations.Making this simulation system, the author uses the HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript and MySQL programming languages as the database. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian terhadap stres kerja perawat di rumah sakit jiwa Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Penelitian ini menggunakan sample sebanyak 30 perawat. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan data analisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa kepribadian mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap stress kerja perawat di rumah sakit jiwa Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Kesimpulan tersebut didasarkan pada uji signifikansi dengan nilai t-statistics -4,389> 1.96. Sehingga, hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penilitian ini dapat diterima. Paper ini berusaha membahas permasalahan ketenagakerjaan dan pengangguran. Masalah pengangguran perlu dikurangi dan menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan dalam rangka meningkatkan dan mempercepat pertumbuhan ekonomi negara ini. Dengan menciptakan pasar tenaga kerja adalah kunci kemudahan dalam berbisnis. Implementasi kebijakan di Indonesia sejauh ini tidak memberikan kemudahan bagi swasta dan dunia dalam menjalankan bisnisnya. Sejumlah hal yang menjadi kendala yaitu perizinan yang panjang, biaya yang mahal dan waktu pemrosesan yang lama karena hal tersebut dapat mengganggu penciptaan lapangan pekerjaan yang berkualitas. Aspek kelembagaan adalah elemen kunci yang perlu diperbaiki dalam upaya menurunkan pengangguran. Keberhasilan dalam bisnis pariwisata yang paling mudah diamati adalah bertambahnya jumlah kedatangan wisatawan. Pertambahan jumlah wisatawan dapat terwujud jika wisatawan yang telah berkunjung merasa puas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas, aksesibilitas, dan daya tarik wisata terhadap kepuasan wisatawan Pantai Sawarna Kabupaten Lebak.Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan populasi seluruh wisatawan yang pernah berkunjung ke Pantai Sawarna yang berusia minimal 17 tahun. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah insidential sampling, jumlah sampel sebanyak 160 sampel.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah fasilitas, aksesibilitas, dan daya tarik wisata secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan.

Ogan Komering Ilir Regency is a natural rubber producing district in South Sumatra Province. Rubber marketing system in the Ogan Komering Ilir through the middleman and auction system. Marketing through the auction system is considered to be better and more profitable for rubber farmers than marketing through middlemen. Where the middleman system often tends to harm farmers, thus hindering the economy of rubber farmers. The purpose of this research is to formulate a rubber marketing strategy through an auction system which is expected to improve the mechanism of the rubber marketing system and ultimately be able to improve the economy of rubber farmers. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative, data collection is done by observation and interviews. Hail research shows that it has potential and opportunities as a good place for transactions that are more profitable for farmers. Through the auction system, rubber farmers are interested in being willing and able to produce good quality rubber, so that the selling price of rubber is higher

Rubber marketing system in the Ogan Komering Ilir through the middleman and auction system. Marketing through the auction system is considered to be better and more profitable for rubber farmers than marketing through middlemen. Where the middleman system often tends to harm farmers, thus hindering the economy of rubber farmers. The purpose of this research is to formulate a rubber marketing strategy through an auction system which is expected to improve the mechanism of the rubber marketing system and ultimately be able to improve the economy of rubber farmers. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative, data collection is done by observation and interviews. Hail research shows that it has potential and opportunities as a good place for transactions that are more profitable for farmers. Suatu perusahaan selalu dituntut agar memiliki nilai perusahaan yang tinggi agar para investor tertarik dalam menanamkan sahamnya pada perusahaan tersebut, ada beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan diantaranya yaitu nilai return on equity dan debt to equity ratio. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh return on equity terhadap nilai perusahaan dan debt to equity ratio terhadap nilai perusahaan dan secara simultan antara return on equity dan debt to equity ratio terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor logam dan sejenisnya yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2015 – 2019.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Dengan jumlah populasi dan sampel sebanyak 7 perusahaan dengan 5 periode pengamatan, adapun jumlah data yang digunakan sebanyak 35 data dari perkalian 7 perbankan x 5 tahun periode pengamatan.Hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama (H1) nilai signifikansi = 0.014 lebih kecil dari 0.05 dan nilai -thitung>-ttabel dan thitung -2.589 dengan ttabel = -2,034 maka Ha diterima H0 ditolak. Hasil pengujian hipotesis kedua (H2) nilai signifikansi = 0.691 lebih besar dari 0.05 atau nilai sig>0.05 dan thitung = 0.402 dengan ttabel = 2,034 atau thitungFtabel maka Ha diterima H0 ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa return on equity berpengaruh terhadap price book value dan debt to equity ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap price book value dan secara simultan antara return on equity dan debt to equity ratio secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap price book value

Kepuasan konsumen didalam menghapati persaingan yang semakin ketat, di mana banyak produsen yang terlibat dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen, menyebabkan setiap perusahaan harus menempatkan orientasi pada kepuasan konsumen sebagai tujuan utama. Hal ini tercermin dari semakin banyaknya perusahaan yang meyertakan komitmennya terhadap kepuasan konsumen dalam penyertaan. Kunci utama memenangkan persaingan adalah memberikan nilai dan kepuasan kepada konsumen melalui penyampaian produk dan jasa berkualitas dengan harga bersaing. Dunia pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat, hal ini bisa dilihat dari banyaknya sekolah menengah kejuruan yang dibuka, persaingan dalam mendapatkan siswa terus terjadi, disatu sisi masyarakat semakin banyak pilihan namun disisi lain banyak sekolah menengah kejuruan yang mengenyampingkan kualitas, bagi sekolah menengah kejuruan yang merasa berkualitas dan berpengalaman memasang biaya yang cukup mahal namun kemudian persoalan kesulitan mendapat siswa menjadi masalah baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis Kualitas Pelayanan, Responden penenlitian ini menggunakan 100 sampel responden, alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode analisis PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil analisis penelitian ini yaitu pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga, promosi terhadap pengambilan keputusan diterima.
