FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI UPAH MINIMUM REGIONAL DI PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH

Minimum wage is the minimum standard in the form of money used by employers to pay workers' salaries after doing their work. A minimum wage is a form of effort to improve people's standard of living with less or low incomes. The goal is to earn wages to meet the needs to improve a person's standard of living. The level of wages of workers needs to be improved so that the quality of life of workers and their families can also increase. Wages can be given based on the amount of time spent working and units of goods that workers can afford to distribute. Thus, if the minimum wage level given is higher, then the higher the community's income so that the level of welfare also increases. This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth, inflation, and living needs on the regional minimum wage of 6 cities in Central Java Province. Using Central Java BPS data and regression panel data with REM approach. The result is (1) Economic Growth has no significant effect on the Regional Minimum Wage in 6 Cities of Central Java Province in 2010-2019, (2) Inflation has no significant effect on the Regional Minimum Wage in 6 Cities of Central Java Province in 2010-2019, (3) Living Needs positively and significantly on the Regional Minimum Wage in 6 Cities of Central Java Province in 2010-2019,   (4) Economic Growth, Inflation, and Living Needs together have a significant effect on the Regional Minimum Wage in 6 Cities of Central Java Province 2010-2019

ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PROFITABILITAS BANK UMUM SWASTA NASIONAL DEVISA 分析影响国家外汇公共银行盈利能力的因素

This research was conducted with the aim to find out in part the Influence of Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), and Net Interest Margin (NIM) partially on profitability (ROA) on Private Foreign Exchange Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research uses quantitative research methods with descriptive types of research. The population in the study was 28 private banks with a sample of 7 foreign exchange banks with a five-year research period ranging from 2017  - 2020. The sample selection technique uses the purposive sampling method. The results of the t test showed that LDR and NIM had a significant effect on ROA. The NPL has no significant effect on ROA. The F test results concluded that LDR, NPL, and NIM simultaneously had a significant effect on ROA
本研究的目的是找出部分影响的贷款存款比率(LDR),不良贷款(NPL)和净息差(NIM)部分对盈利能力(ROA)在印尼证券交易所上市的私人外汇银行。本研究采用定量研究方法和描述性研究。研究对象为28家私人银行,样本为7家外汇银行,研究周期为5年,从2017年到2020年。样本选择技术采用目的抽样法。t检验结果显示,LDR和NIM对ROA有显著影响。不良资产对净资产收益率无显著影响。F检验结果表明,LDR、NPL和NIM同时对ROA有显著影响

PENGARUH PERALIHAN BIAYA DAN PROMOSI TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN INDOSAT DI SUKABUMI 成本和促销对苏卡步的INDOSAT客户忠诚度的转变

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Peralihan Biaya dan Promosi Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Studi Kasus Pada pelanggan Indosat Di Sukabumi) Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 sampel. Sedangkan teknik pengujian kualitas instrumen meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik uji asumsi klasik menggunakan uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t (parsial), dan uji f (simultan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel peralihan biaya (x1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (y) yang dibuktikan dengan koefesien korelasi variabel peralihan biaya (x1) dengan nilai uji rhitung sebesar 0,801 > rtabel 0,641, adapun variabel promosi (x2) memilik rhitung sebesar 0,801 yang nilainya lebih besar dari rtabel 0,641. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara promosi (x2) terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (y). berdasarkan uji f menunjukan bahwa nilai probabilitas < 0,05, maka dapat dikatakan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara bersama-sama antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Artinya terdapat pengaruh positif antara peralihan biaya (x1) dan promosi (x2) terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (y). Kesimpulan penelitian berdasarkan perhitungan di atas maka terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara peralihan biaya dan promosi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara bersama-sama peralihan biaya dan promosi mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Sukabumi.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work conflict and work stress through organizational commitment on employee performance at PT Dasa Windu Agung. The research method used by the author is descriptive. This research was conducted at PT Dasa Windu Agung. The research sample is the employees of PT Dasa Windu Agung as many as 84 people. Data analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with SmartPLS (Smart Prtial Least Square) software version 3.0. The results showed that work conflict and work stress were directly and positively related to organizational commitment, then organizational commitment had a positive effect on employee performance. The results of this study also indicate that work conflict and work stress have a positive effect on employee performance through organizational commitment.

ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN PENGARUH LOKASI USAHA TERHADAP PENJUALAN PADA PASAR KELAPA DUA DAN PASAR THUMBURUNI FAKFAK 比较市场市场对2号椰子市场和THUMBURUNI市场销售的影响

This study aims to determine how influential the business location factor on sales in determining the selection of the right market location in Fakfak Regency and to compare the effect of business location at Thumburuni Market and Kelapa Dua Market on sales volume in Fakfak Regency. The population in this study was 50% of the number of traders in the coconut market, with a sample of 70 traders. The data collected in the form of primary data (questionnaires) and secondary (literature studies, both books, journals, and similar research) so as to strengthen this research. The data analysis method in this study used simple linear regression analysis. And from the results of testing using SPSS, the Anova table obtained an F number of 30,518 with a significance level (probability number) of 0.000. Because the number 0.000 <0.05, the regression model is feasible to use to predict the effect of business location on sales. It is known that the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.310. This means that the contribution of the influence of location to sales volume is 31%, while the remaining 69% is influenced by other variables, namely variables that are not included in this model. So, it can be said that the influence of the business location variable on sales volume is quite significant

The purpose of this research is to find out capital market investment opportunities in the era of financial technology in Indonesia. This research uses quantitative methods and literature review where this research is a collection of data and previous research on global financial technology. The data collection techniques and instruments in the study used surveys and questionnaires by 40 respondents. The results of the study revealed that investment opportunities in the era of financial technology in Indonesia are quite large. In the era of financial technology and with a large number of internet users in Indonesia, it opens up a huge opportunity for people, especially the younger generation to invest and benefit for a brighter future. Therefore, with the investment, the interest of the younger generation who are technologically literate can make the business invest in advanced and developing capital markets

The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the benefits of Integrated marketing communication through Instagram social media in creating brand awareness, images, and good relationships with consumers in the applied business. In this case, the researchers focused on using the integration of Instagram marketing and effective social media communication. This research used qualitative approach with descriptive methods through interviews and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the use of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) through social media has an influence in determining brand awareness, brand image, and deep relationships with customers. IMC through Instagram can help companies manage the message of a product to create brand awareness in customers

In the last few decades, many well-known companies and business media have discussed the topic of employee engagement. Employee engagement has a major effect on employee performance in a company or institution. The topic of engagement is still rarely found in the realm of education. In the realm of education, in this case universities, educators are an important element as one of the determinants of ensuring the success of an educational process. This study was conducted to analyze the factors that influence simultaneously and or partially on the engagement of educators (lecturers) in the Study Program of Marketing Management in Jakarta State Polytechnic. The factors used in this research are leadership, work environment, compensation, training, and teamwork. The method used is quantitative research conducted by distributing valid questionnaires to 21 educators of the Study Program of Marketing Management. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software version 25.0 test tool. The results showed that only teamwork variable had a significant effect on the engagement of educators. Meanwhile, the variables of leadership, training, work environment, compensation, and teamwork simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the engagement of educators

This study aims to analyze the largest potential positive abnormal return present in PT. Kalbe Farma during the Covid-19 pandemic. The event study method was used in this study to study indonesia's capital market reactions during the observation period. The observation period was carried out when covid-19 was detected in Indonesia from March 2020 to February 2021 or one month after the implementation of the first covid-19 vaccination in Indonesia. Secondary data used in this study is in the form of daily stock closing stock price data, and daily JCI. The results of the study found that there was an abnormal positive return with the largest value on March 31, 2020 with an abnormal positive return value of 0.12013 and January 11, 2021 with a value of 0.15726

The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of service quality, product quality, company image and promotion on saving interest both partially and simultaneously. This research includes a type of quantitative research. The data used is primary data with a sample of 82 samples. The sampling technique in this study used the Simple Random Sampling technique. The study used multiple linear regression analysis and test methods with the help of SPSS 25. The  results showed that the quality of service variables had a significant effect on saving interest, product quality had no significant effect on saving interest, company image had a significant effect on saving interest and promotion had a significant effect on saving interest. In addition, the results of the study also explained  that the quality of service, product quality, company image and promotion together affect the interest in saving members
本研究的目的是找出服务质量、产品质量、公司形象和促销是否对储蓄利息有部分和同时的影响。本研究包括一种定量研究。使用的数据为原始数据,样本为82个样本。本研究的抽样技术采用简单随机抽样技术。本研究采用多元线性回归分析和SPSS 25的检验方法。结果表明,服务质量变量对储蓄利息有显著影响,产品质量变量对储蓄利息无显著影响,公司形象变量对储蓄利息有显著影响,促销变量对储蓄利息有显著影响。此外,研究结果还解释了服务质量、产品质量、公司形象和促销活动共同影响会员的储蓄兴趣
