The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of product quality, price and promotion variables on sales in Indoriva Online at PT. Multisukses Energi. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 86 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique, that is, part of the population is sampled, using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The method used in this study using quantitative methods, namely multiple linear regression on product quality, price and promotion. The types and sources of data used in this study are primary data. From the results of the analysis of product quality, price and promotion obtained a significant value of t count > from t table, then the hypothesis in this study is declared accepted. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that product quality, price and promotion have a positive and significant effect on sales

This study aims to test work safety on work productivity, to test occupational health on work productivity, to test the work environment on work productivity, this research was conducted at PT. Bima Arjuna Prakasa Padang. Sampling method using a total sampling saturation of 56 samples. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, and t test. The results of the study indicate that work safety has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Occupational Health has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Rural Bank Lengayang Branch Kambang as many as 43 people. The data collected by the total sampling method and the sampling results obtained were 43 samples. The analytical technique used is descriptive analysis (TCR). The results showed that religiosity had a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT. Data that used in this research is collect from consumers who used Padang cement products at PT. Sumber Niaga Interindo by total sampling method in selecting the sample. There are 32 sample of consumers who used cement products at PT. Sumber Niaga Interindo. Data processing use multiple linear regression method. The results of this research shows that quality of product has no positive and significant influence to purchasing decisions with a t-count value smaller than t-table -0.649 <2.048, price has no positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions with a t-count value smaller than t-table 1.403< 2.048. The Field Work Practice II (PKL) conducted by the practitioner aims to solve the problems that exist in the Reasoning Field Organization. Problem solving is carried out using the Mezzo (organization/community) level Intervention method which has several stages in general: 1) Assessment Stage 2) Planning Stage 3) Intervention or Program Implementation Stage 4) Evaluation Stage. Practitioners as social workers have roles in this regard, namely: 1) Providing assistance to clients starting from the assessment stage to the evaluation stage 2) as facilitators, in terms of facilitating clients 3) as consultants for clients if there is a decision making. The subject of this research is the Management of the Medan Reasoning Organization. Data collection was carried out starting from observation, interview, and documentation techniques. In the assessment stage, there are tools used to assist clients in finding the root of the problem, namely using the Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) Method, an approach to the learning process and interacting with the community and society. The implementation of program activities will change, although not significantly. Practitioners and clients will go through an evaluation stage where this stage will provide an assessment of the activities and programs that are being implemented.

This study aims to determine the effect of country of origin, brand image and product design on purchasing decisions of Nike brand sports shoes for students of Smkn 1 Painan. The type of research used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Respondents in this study were 91 people with a total sampling technique. This research is motivated by the background that business development from the beginning of the month has increased gradually, until the month of Ramadan and holidays arrives, but after the holidays there is also a gradual decline, this is influenced by various factors, including: People's purchasing power decreased due to the Covid-19 pandemic which affected economic development, Promotion of SME companies to be stagnant because the T-shirt model was a little not up to date, The company's reputation was also disrupted by the covid-19 pandemic, customers/buyers wanted to always be the latest models, while the production of House of Plain T-shirts was a bit monotonous in models and colors. Based on this information, that Instagram can be the most strategic social media to become a marketing medium, Instagram content can be said to be very important because it can influence someone's behavior or interests. This study aims to determine the influence of instagram social media and company reputation partially on the buying interest of consumers of House of Polos T-shirts. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and uses a causal associative method using a quantitative approach. The population studied was 100 respondents. The data collected is in the form of secondary and primary data. Data analysis in this study used Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS software version 24. The results of the study show that the product variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, the price variable has a positive and insignificant effect on curtomer loyalty, the promotion variable has a positif and significant effect customer loyalty, the place variable has a positif and significant effect customer loyalty, the person variable has a positif and notsignificant effect. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of E-commerce and Social Media on MSME Sales in Cibolang Village in the Pandemic Era.
