The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT Linknet Tangerang Branch both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. Sampling techniques using the formula slovin and obtained samples in this study amounted to 76 respondents. Data analysis using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis tests, The results of this study are work disciplines have a significant effect on employee performance with regression equation Y = 19,248 + 0.792X1, correlation values of 0.852 meaning that both variables have very strong relationship levels. The hypothesis test obtained t calculates > t table or (13,976>1.9930). Thus H01 is rejected and H11 accepted means that there is a significant influence between work disciplines on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with regression equation Y = 28.831 + 0.894X2 correlation value of 0.560 meaning that both variables have a strong relationship rate. The hypothesis test obtained t calculates > t table or (9.104 >1.9930). Thus H02 is rejected and H12 accepted means that there is a significant influence between work motivation and employee performance. Work discipline and work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance with regression equation Y = 10.611 + 0.602X1 + 0.448X2. The coefficient of determination is 81.6% while the remaining 18.4% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained the value F calculated > F table or (162,086>3,122). Thus H03 was rejected and H13 accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous significant influence between work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT Linknet Tangerang Branch

PSAK No. 71 is the merger of IFRS 9 whose implementation is calculated on January 1, 2020. PSAK 71 as a new regulation will have a significant impact on banking in Indonesia, especially in calculating CKPN. PSAK 71 introduces a new method, namely the expected loss which is forward-looking. In addition to being forward-looking, this new standard requires reporting entities to include information from past events and current conditions in the expected credit loss (ECL) measurement. This means that banks must provide CKPN in the credit or loan category, which are current, doubtful, or bad. The problem in this study is that students prefer public high schools and vocational schools due to various factors than other private schools, especially in SMKK HP. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of product uniqueness, price and promotion on students' decisions in choosing SMKK HP. This type of research is descriptive research. Descriptive research is a type of research that provides an overview or description of a similar situation possible without any treatment of the object studied. In carrying out their activities, street vendors are limited by the Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) in Serang City, considering that Covid-19 victims continue to grow. This scientific article intends to find out: 1) The difference in capital income obtained, 2) Changes in the economic activities of street vendors at the Maulana Yusuf Ciceri Stadium, Serang. A total of 70 street vendors in Ciceri Stadium were taken as research samples. data that includes age, gender, education level, capital, income, models of interacting with potential buyers during the pandemic and before the pandemic, using structured interview techniques and observation. then the data is analyzed through quantitative descriptive method. the capital and income of street vendors at Ciceri Stadium during the pandemic period decreased compared to before the pandemic, due to the lack of enthusiasm in increasing their productivity. The relationship between street vendors and potential buyers remains intact but does not take any anticipatory efforts in overcoming the changing situation. working hours, duration of work and places to sell remain at the Ciceri stadium so it is difficult to maintain the number of buyers

The development of fashion in the clothing industry is currently growing rapidly. Many products offer quality, competitive prices in selling products. Likewise, what happened to Cardinal's product sales in Madiun City showed data on product sales in the past year, showing consumer interest in these products because they have good quality even though they are sold at quite high prices. While many other products offer lower prices, but do not have good product quality. This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the effect of product quality, competitive advantage on Cardinal product purchasing decisions through customer loyalty as a variable that intervenes Cardinal product consumers in Madiun City. This study uses an experimental quantitative approach. The sample size from 3 Mall outlets in Madiun City is 155 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses path analysis. The study aims to test the influence of lifestyle and financial literacy on the consumptive behavior of generation Z during pandemic times. The method used in this study is by distributing questionnaires to Sharia Business Management students, UIN Raden Intan Lampung class of 2019. The number of researchers was 53 sempel. All hypotheses proposed are positively influential lifestyles with original sample values (0.747) and significant to the consumptive behavior of generation Z with P-values (0,000 < 0.05 represented by activity indicators, and opinions. Showing that the higher the lifestyle, the higher the consumption behavior of generation Z. As a student of Islamic business management should be able to pay attention again about the knowledge of financial literacy knowledge because good financial literacy knowledge will save students from consumptive behavior. Because the results showed that financial literacy had a negative and significant effect on the original value of the sample (-0.316) and significant to the consumptive behavior of generation Z with p-values (0.036 < 0.05) represented by indicators of basic knowledge about personal finance, insurance, and investment. Showing that the higher the level of knowledge of financial literacy, the lower the consumptive behavior of Generation Z

In the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, the marketplace platform by the nation's children dominates the online shopping market in Indonesia. Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak, Lazada, and Bibli are among the top five frequented online shopping sites in Indonesia. Data from Bank Indonesia recorded electronic trade transactions almost doubled in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, the use of electronic money is also predicted to rise by 32.3 percent to Rp 266 trillion. In addition, digital banking transactions are expected to grow by 19.1 percent. Based on these data, it can be concluded that online shopping behavior has become a new trend, lifestyle, and culture in the Covid-19 pandemic. The data from Bank Indonesia shows the phenomenon that online shopping and conducting digital banking transactions, on the one hand, is a solution to prevent the spread of Covid-19 while on the other hand, without us knowing, consumers will become "dark eyes" so that it becomes consumptive, excessive shopping, and buying goods / services beyond the limits of needs.

Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak, Lazada, and Bibli are among the top five frequented online shopping sites in Indonesia. Data from Bank Indonesia recorded electronic trade transactions almost doubled in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, the use of electronic money is also predicted to rise by 32.3 percent to Rp 266 trillion. In addition, digital banking transactions are expected to grow by 19.1 percent. Based on these data, it can be concluded that online shopping behavior has become a new trend, lifestyle, and culture in the Covid-19 pandemic. Information technology is not only expected to be a supporting device and facilitate the company's operational activities, but has become part of the strategy in maintaining employee performance. PT. Usaha Mandiri Exporttama is a company engaged in assembling and manufacturing gas stoves for export destinations with a total of ± 150 employees. Having problems in terms of: (1) Efficiency, (2) Data Accuracy, (3) Timeliness, (4) Data Search, (5) Data Calculation. Seeing the weaknesses in the company, researchers designed a web-based attendance and payroll information system using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The Rfid Reader and Card/Tag tools were selected to facilitate employee attendance in large numbers. The Information System will immediately record as soon as the card is attached to the Rfid Reader. In this study, researchers used the research method of the Borg and Gall (1987) model from 10 steps to 6 steps. The test results related to the design show the final value of the calculation is 3.0, then the system is declared valid. The validation test by system experts related to usage shows the final value of the calculation is 2.9, concluding that the system is very feasible to use. User Validation at PT. Usaha Mandiri Exporttama Semarang obtained the final value of the calculation is 3.5 stating that the system is feasible to use and very good. The performance test by 4 respondents of the old system and the new system with an average of 43.7% of the old work system, and 87.5% of the new work system showed that the new system was effective and efficient.

This study discusses the analysis of financing with the principle of murabahah at PT. Bank Sumut Syariah Medan. The murabahah contract is the sale and purchase of goods at the original price with an additional profit agreed upon by the seller, who must notify the price of the product he purchased and determine a level of profit in addition to it. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The results showed that the murabahah financing mechanism at Bank Sumut Syariah Brigjen Katamso Medan can be used by all human beings where the type of business must remain in accordance with Islamic sharia and in order to minimize the risk of default the bank provides action in the form of supervision.
