This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work motivation on teacher performance at SMKN 7 Padang. The sampling method using total sampling technique with a total of 66 respondents. The research data were collected from the results of multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on teacher’s performance, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher’s performance
本研究旨在探讨领导风格、工作动机对巴东中学教师绩效的影响。抽样方法采用全抽样技术,共有66名受访者。研究数据采用SPSS软件对多元线性回归分析和假设检验的结果进行收集。本研究结果表明,领导风格对教师绩效有正向显著影响,工作动机对教师绩效有正向显著影响

PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN PENGAWASAN TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA PADA DINAS KETENAGAKERJAAN KOTA BIMA 领导和监督对比马市就业服务处就业纪律的影响

This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Supervision on Work Discipline at the Manpower Office of Bima City. The research method used is a survey method using a questionnaire distributed to 43 samples. While the instrument quality testing techniques include validity and reliability tests. The classical assumption test technique uses normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. As for testing the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial), and f test (simultaneous). The results showed that the Leadership variable (x1) had a significant influence on work discipline (y) as evidenced by the correlation coefficient of the leadership variable (x1) with an rcount test value of 0.490 > rtable 0.300, while the supervisory variable (x2) had an rcount of 0.490 which the value is greater than rtable 0.300. This proves that there is a significant influence between supervision (x2) on work discipline (y). based on the f test shows that the probability value < 0.05, it can be said that there is a significant influence jointly between the independent variables on the dependent variable. This means that there is a positive influence between leadership (x1) and supervision (x2) on work discipline (y). The conclusion of the study is based on calculations, there is a significant influence between leadership and supervision on work discipline. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that together leadership and supervision have a significant positive influence on work discipline in the Bima City Manpower Office

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of the work environment and work motivation on teacher work discipline. A case study of teachers at Vocational High School Muhammadiyah Tasikmalaya. The method used in this study is a survey method using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents who are teachers of Vocational High School Muhammdiyah Tasikmalaya. The technique used in this research is Path Analysis. The results showed that: (1) the work environment had a positive and significant effect on the work Motivation of teachers at Vocational High School Muhammadiyah Tasikmalaya; (2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work discipline; (3) there is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on work discipline for teacher of Vocational High School Muhammadiyah Tasikmalaya (4) the work environment has a significant effect on work discipline through work motivation

This study aims to determine the effect of the independent variables, namely poverty, LFPR, and unemployment, on economic growth in Indonesia. The data used is secondary data in the form of time-series data from 1991 to 2020. This study uses the Error Correction Model (ECM) approach. The analysis results show that the LFPR and unemployment variables in the short and long term have no significant effect on economic growth. At the same time, the variable of poverty in the short term and long term has a significant influence on economic growth

Foreign exchange reserves are savings owned by the state for international trade transactions, maintaining monetary stability and paying foreign debts. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of exports, imports, GDP and exchange rates on Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves in 1990-2019. This study uses the ECM model which includes stationarity test, cointegration test, long-term test, short-term test, F test, t test, coefficient of determination test ( )  and classical assumption test. The test results show that the export variable has a significant positive effect on foreign exchange reserves, imports have a negative significant effect on foreign exchange reserves, while GDP and the exchange rate have no long or short term effect on foreign exchange reserves

The reason for this review is to determine the impact of authoritative culture and responsibility on commitment to implementation in Bank Mandiri Jember Area employees. Researchers used a purposive testing strategy on 35 employees at the Operation & Support Unit of Bank Mandiri Jember Area. This review uses a quantitative review with an explanatory research approach. The strategy used in this study is a quantitative technique with data collection using an overview of opinion polls, documentation studies, and meetings to obtain information needed for 35 independent employees of the operation and support unit. The examination used in this examination uses a linear regression review as well as other examiners. Furthermore, the data that has been obtained from filling out questionnaires, documentation studies, and interviews with respondents were tested using linear regression review. The results show that the authoritative culture directly affects the implementation of Bank Mandiri Jember Area employees. and responsibility for commitments directly affect the implementation of Bank Mandiri Jember Area employees

PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN KARTU KREDIT TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PADA BANK KB BUKOPIN REGIONAL BANDUNG 信用卡服务质量对万隆地区KB BUKOPIN银行的消费者满意度的影响

This research purposed to know how the effect of the quality of credit card service on consumer satisfaction in Bank KB Bukopin Regional Bandung. The research method was used in this research was a verifiable descriptive method by collecting data from field studies, questionnaires and literate studies. The population in this research is a credit card consumer with 40 samples by using sample random sampling method. Primary data in this research are derived from a questionnaire that measures a Likert scale and was statistically treated with an SPSS version 26.0 program, while the data analysis techniques were used simple linear regression and intervariabel correlation techniques. From the research that had been done, there was concluded that the quality of the service has a solid relation with consumer satisfaction. This is known from a coefficient value of credit card services to consumer satisfaction at 0.863 at high relations rates interval. The result of the t hypothesis test stated that there was an effect between the quality of credit card service to consumer satisfaction in Bank KB Bukopin Regional Bandung because it had a higher value t than t table (10.54 > 1.68595). The problem encountered is the high level of consumer complaints about the slow input of data on the system at the Bukopin Bank for every credit card payment

This studys aim to analyzze the influeence of leadershiip style and work motivatiion on employee performaance of PT Dua Putri Ciliwung Banyuwangi . The study population was all employees of PT Dua Putri Ciliwung Banyuwangi maany as 35 peoples . The method used in this study among others: test validity , reliability , Multiple Linear Regression Analysiis , Multiple coefficient of determination ( R2 ) , F test , t test , test and test Multicolinearity Heteroskidastity . The conclusion of this study is the variable of leadersship stylle and works motivation simultaneeously significantly influence employee performance , while partial leadership style also has a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT Dua Putri Ciliwung Banyuwangi

Analysis of the Influence of Work Discipline with Employee Commitment to Employee Performance at PT. Jasa Marga Branch Surabaya-Gempol. This study analyzed various factors that can affect employee performance at PT. Jasa Marga Branch Surabaya-Gempol (Y). The purpose of the research is to look at the simultaneous influence of work discipline and employee commitment to employee performance at PT. Jasa Marga Surabaya-Gempol Branch, To see the influence of work discipline with partial employee commitment to employee performance, and to know the real influence of each discipline of work factors with employee commitment to the performance of company employees. The population is employees in PT. Jasa Marga Surabaya Branch - Gempol as many as 30 people. The sample was determined from 100% of the total population; therefore, the sample in this study was 30 employees, where the determination was through the technique of total sampling (saturated sampling). This study uses a model of analysis of multiple linear regression data. The model was chosen because it wants to see the significant influence of independent variables on employee performance simultaneously or partially. Conclusions in this study include: (1) factors of recognition of work, performance, work itself, awards and responsibilities simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Jasa Marga Branch Surabaya-Gempol (Y), (2) All factors of work discipline, employee commitment and education level partially affect employee performance in the company, (3) The dominant influencing of employee performance in this company is leadership with a partial influence of 39.9%.

ANALISIS INTERRELATIONSHIP ANTARA IPM DAN POLUSI LINGKUNGAN DI INDONESIA

HDI (Human Development Index) shows the quality of a society and success in social and economic development. However, as development progresses, concerns arise about the exploitation of energy use and eventually raise various environmental problems, one of which is the excess of carbon dioxide gas in the air. Therefore, this study aims to determine the causality relationship between HDI (Human Development Index) and environmental pollution in Indonesia as measured by variable carbon dioxide emissions and energy use in 1990-2020. The study used time series data and tested Vector Autoregression using the Eviews ten app. Var test results showed no causality between HDI (Human Development Index) and energy use and carbon dioxide emissions. However, in the long term, HDI is predicted to impact environmental pollution, especially air pollution. This means that the increasing quality of human resources and development does not guarantee that environmental pollution will be reduced. Then we need sustainable development
