Kemudahan ini di anulir oleh sebagian oknum untuk menyelipkan perkara ujaran kebencian (hate speech),kebohongan (Hoax), Sara, permusuhan dan adu domba, yang pada akhirnya, perkara ini berakibat pada terganggunya stabilitas dan kehangatan dalam bernegara. penelitian ini ingin mencoba mengungkap tentang Budaya Hate speech diomedia sosial yang terjadi ditengah masyarakat Indonesia, budaya ini adalah fenomena bahaya yang mengancam keutuhan serta kedaulatan Indoneia. Abstract This article aims to find out the opinion of the imams of the mazhab regarding the law of Taklifi. The discussion of the law of Taklifi 'is one of several studies of Usul Fiqh. In fact, one of the main objectives of the study of Usul Fiqh is how to deduce the law of Taklifi 'from its sources and its current application. The method used in this work is to use descriptive analysis methods using literature studies from several reliable sources. The literature review results are that a Mukalaf uses Taklif laws to become a foundation in carrying out worship. Taklifi law, according to the understanding of language, is the law of giving a burden, while according to the term, it is Allah's commandment in the form of choices and demands. It is called Taklifi law because this command is directly about the actions of a Mukalaf (Balig and common sense). The law of Taklifi has divisions; namely, Ijab is a word that demands to do an action with definite demands, Nadb is the word of God that demands to do an action with an uncertain action. Still, only in the form of a suggestion to do, Tahrim is a word that demands not to do an act with definite demands, Karahah is the word of God which demands not to do an action with uncertain demands, but only in the form of a suggestion not to do something. Worship is the word of Allah that gives freedom to Mukalaf to do or not to do something.

Akhir-akhir ini konsep metologi penafsiran teks-teks al-Qur’an bukan hanya berkutat dari riwayat para sahabat dan tabi’in melainkan dalam memahami fiman Allah Swt perlu berdialektika dengan interpretasi teks dengan Istilah hermeneutika. Beberapa tafsir kontemporer melakukan kajian baru terhadap al-Qur’an dengan menggunakan pendekatan hermeneutika. Secara spesispik tulisan ini berusaha untuk berkontribusi memberikan konsep terkait hermeneutika sebagai metodologi penafsiran teks. Ada beberapa hal yang sangat urgen untuk perlu dikaji dalam pembahasan ini, diantaranya, Pertama, hermeneutika sebagai dialektika interpretasi teks. Kedua, metodologi pendekatan hermeneutika dalam memahami teks. Ketiga, Konsep hermeneutika sebagai interpretasi teks. Dengan demikian, bahwa konsep hermeneutika dalam wacara interpretasi teks adalah untuk menemukan Nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an secara kontekstual dibalik makna teks ayat tersebut.

This study aims to examine and find out about the arrangements for adultery in Islamic law and criminal law in Indonesia and to find out the zina sanctions that exist in Islamic religious law and criminal law. The type of data used in this study is secondary data consisting of the Criminal Code, Al-quran, as well as other sources in the form of books and other materials such as journals related to the issues discussed in this. This data collection uses literature study techniques. Data analysis using analysis techniques between content theory. Based on the research that has been done, it can be found that the regulation of adultery in criminal law is contained in Article 284 which states that adultery is a sexual relationship between two perpetrators who are married or one of them is bound by a marriage. In Islamic law, it provides regulations regarding adultery, that every husband and wife relationship outside of a legal marriage we can call adultery, and distinguishes the perpetrator of adultery here into two, namely Ghairu Muhshan: the perpetrator who is not bound by marriage and secondly, Muhsan is the perpetrator who bound by marriage. In this criminal law, it provides sanctions for criminal acts of adultery in the form of a prison sentence of 9 months which must fulfill several existing requirements. Islamic law provides sanctions for criminal acts of adultery in the form of punishments such as 100 lashes and exile for one year for the perpetrator of Ghairu Muhsan, 100 lashes and stoning to death for the perpetrator of Muhsan.

This article aims to discuss the implementation of multicultural education through religious education in schools, especially in the digital era. To reach this research, the relevant literature has been carried out. As a result, Islamic Education is a forum to provide a religious understanding that is inclusive of the community which is ultimately expected to contribute to the formation of a multicultural society with a harmonious life. Multicultural education involves at least three things, namely: a) ideas and awareness of the importance of cultural diversity, b) educational reform movement, and c) process. The learning system of Islamic Education that has multicultural insight should be done by integrating multicultural insights with existing Islamic Education material. The involvement of principals and the government is also needed in providing debriefing or training and the like. The method used must also be packaged in such a way as to condition students to interact with each other in harmony. Likewise, the evaluation process carried out must be based on the principle of fairness objectively rather than subjective certain groups.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis penerapan pembiayaan mudharabah dalam pengembangan usaha pertanian. Pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, Pertama, Dalam penerapan pembiayaan mudharabah, permodalan yang digunakan BMT Sumber Barokah Mandiri berasal dari tabungan anggota dan produk penggalangan dana BMT dengan rasio bagi hasil antara BMT dan anggota adalah 60%: 40%. Kedua, pembiayaan mudharabah untuk pengembangan usaha pertanian, BMT membiayai 100% seluruh biaya yang dibutuhkan oleh petani (anggota) dalam usaha pertanian, mulai dari biaya sewa lahan sampai dengan biaya panen. Dana dari BMT akan diwujudkan dalam bentuk barang kecuali untuk biaya-biaya jasa dirupakan uang, sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang telah diajukan oleh petani sebelumnya. Dalam pembiayaan ini, baik petani maupun BMT akan sama-sama diuntungkan, dimana petani tidak akan rugi materi karena semua biaya ditanggung oleh BMT, dan disisi lain BMT dapat memutar modal untuk tambahan pendapatan usaha BMT sekaligus membantu pemberdayaan petani.

This research is a research library, and belongs to qualitative research. The research approach is used with a normative approach. The results reveal that the role of the traditional islamic book is still very important and contextual. The use of analogy and comparative methods is applied in determining law, both state and religion. Looking for common ground then concocting through long dialectics. The orientation is to apply religious law without touching or even changing plural local wisdom, either in the order of customary law or national law. The contextualization of the traditional islamic book here is a form of effort to maintain human social relations, as well as to eliminate the rigid paradigm in understanding the traditional islamic book and in its application. Money laundry in the view of the traditional islamic book is prohibited because of the correlation with the use of booty.

The purpose of this study was to find out about the implementation of the hidden curriculum in the character development of students at SMA Negeri 3 Palu, the focus of which is: (1) How is the implementation of the hidden curriculum in SMA Negeri 3 Palu; (2) How to design the hidden curriculum in developing the character of students; (3) the impact of implementing the hidden curriculum. This research uses qualitative methods with an in-depth case study approach. Data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis through descriptive, data reduction, verification, and data presentation. The results showed that the implementation of hidden curriculum in the school learning program and became strengthening, both in the academic and non-academic fields of students. As a result, the level of compliance and discipline of students has increased, such as discipline in the implementation of congregational prayers (dhuha and dzuhur prayers), activeness in religious studies, social care, empathy, tolerance, and a caring attitude towards the environment. The hidden curriculum design is formed from the existence of the school's vision and mission, rules, policies, and school discipline continuously, and through the exemplary and habituation of parents, school principals, educators, and other school members. The impact of the hidden curriculum in the character development of students at SMA Negeri 3 Palu on the moral and spiritual attitudes of students is quite positive. The final examination scores increased and the achievements in participating in various competitions were quite significant at the local, national and international levels. Significant impact on the quality of the school which has now been declared as a tourist destination school and towards the ASEAN Eco-School Award. The implications of this research are expected for curriculum experts, education practitioners, school principals, academic educators to study, giving more and more flexible portions of time to non-academic programs and activities, enrichment based on morals and spirituality. To explore the factors that affect the hidden curriculum, it is necessary to carry out further research using a quantitative approach.

This research uses qualitative methods with an in-depth case study approach. Data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis through descriptive, data reduction, verification, and data presentation. The results showed that the implementation of hidden curriculum in the school learning program and became strengthening, both in the academic and non-academic fields of students. As a result, the level of compliance and discipline of students has increased, such as discipline in the implementation of congregational prayers (dhuha and dzuhur prayers), activeness in religious studies, social care, empathy, tolerance, and a caring attitude towards the environment. The hidden curriculum design is formed from the existence of the school's vision and mission, rules, policies, and school discipline continuously, and through the exemplary and habituation of parents, school principals, educators, and other school members. The impact of the hidden curriculum in the character development of students at SMA Negeri 3 Palu on the moral and spiritual attitudes of students is quite positive. The final examination scores increased and the achievements in participating in various competitions were quite significant at the local, national and international levels. Significant impact on the quality of the school which has now been declared as a tourist destination school and towards the ASEAN Eco-School Award. The Semantic Approach (Bayani) is an approach in the study of Islamic studies to comprehend Islam comprehensively. This research refers to some literature related to the semantic approach. Semantics as an epistemological system includes three pairs of basic concepts, namely pronunciation-meaning, asl-far, and substance-accidents. The first and second concepts include methodological aspects, while the third concept includes aspects of the world view. The urgency of this method is that this approach is used to extract the meaning of zahir from lafadz and 'ibarah who is zahir and take the istinbath of the laws of al nushush' an diniyyah and the Qur'an in particular. So this approach is classified as a textual method.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh yang signifikan Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Student Team’s Achievement Division (STAD) terhadap hasil belajar fiqih siswa? Dalam penelitian ini rumusan masalahnya adalah “Apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Student Team’s Achievement Division (STAD) terhadap hasil belajar fiqih siswa?" Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian Quasi Eksperimen dan desain yang digunakan adalah Posttest-only Design with Nonequivalent Group. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII MTs Masmur Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 75 orang dan objek penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar fiqih siswa kelas. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dokumentasi, tes dan lembar observasi yang dilakukan setiap kali pertemuan. Dalam penelitian ini, pertemuan dilaksanakan selama enam kali, yaitu empat kali pertemuan dengan menggunakan Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Student Team’s Achievement Division (STAD), satu pertemuan dilaksanakan postes, dan satu pertemuan lagi dilaksanakan ujian praktek. Untuk mengetahui hasil penelitian tersebut peneliti menggunakan rumus tes-t, yaitu untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya perbedaan hasil belajar fiqih siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data tersebut, diambil kesimpulan bahwa Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Student Team’s Achievement Division (STAD) dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar fiqih siswa.
