PENGARUH PENYIMPANAN TELUR TETAS TERHADAP PERFORMA PENETASAN BERBAGAI JENIS UNGGAS LOKAL : SUATU KAJIAN PUSTAKA 孵化蛋储存对各种本地家禽孵化性能的影响 :文献综述

Penyimpanan telur tetas merupakan salah satu tahapan yang dilakukan sebelum proses penetasan. Penyimpan- an telur tetas dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menyesuaikan jumlah telur dengan kapasitas maksimum mesin tetas. Penelitian perlakuan penyimpanan telur tetas berbagai unggas lokal sudah banyak dilakukan, namun belum banyak yang membuat rangkuman dari beberapa hasil penelitian tersebut. Artikel review ini bertujuan untuk membahas efek dari perlakuan penyimpanan telur tetas sebelum ditetaskan terhadap performa penetasan pada berbagai jenis unggas lokal. Artikel ini dibuat dengan mensintesis dan menganalisis data sekunder dari berbagai sumber yang berasal dari jurnal terakreditasi nasional dan internasional bereputasi yang temanya mengenai perlakuan penyim- panan telur tetas terhadap performa penetasan. Hasil penelitian penyimpanan telur tetas berbagai jenis unggas lokal dengan persentase daya tetas lebih dari 70% dapat diperoleh melalui penyimpanan telur tetas selama 7 hari pada suhu ruang. Daya tetas dapat ditingkatkan apabila suhu ruang penyimpanan dapat diatur kurang dari 20oC.
孵化蛋储存是孵化过程之前的一个阶段。孵化蛋储存是为了将蛋的数量调整到孵化机的最大容量。针对各种本地家禽的孵化蛋储存处理方法已有许多研究,但总结这些研究结果的却不多。本综述文章旨在讨论孵化前的孵蛋储存处理对各种本地家禽孵化性能的影响。本文以 "孵化蛋储存处理对孵化性能的影响 "为主题,综合分析了来自国内权威期刊和国际知名期刊的各种二手资料。关于本地各种家禽孵化蛋储存的研究结果表明,孵化率超过 70% 的孵化蛋可在室温下储存 7 天。若能把貯存室的溫度調低至攝氏 20 度以下,可提高孵化率。

THE EFFECT OF RICE STRAW AMMONIATED FEED AND CONCENTRATE SUPPLEMENTED WITH WARU LEAF MEAL (Hibiscus tiliaceus) ON THE PERFORMANCE AND FEEDING BEHAVIOR OF LOCAL SHEEP 稻草氨化饲料和浓缩饲料添加稗叶(Hibiscus tiliaceus)对当地绵羊的表现和采食行为的影响

The aim of this study to determine interaction between Direct-Fed Microbials (DFM) and Hibiscus leaf meal (HLM) supplementation on local sheep performance and consumption rate of concentrate. Thirty-six males local sheeps aged ± 2 years (28.01 ± 2.61 kg) were fed ammoniated rice-straw supplemented with DFM and concentrate supplemented with HML assigned randomly to nine treatment in an experiment of 3x3 factorial design. The first factor was the use of DFM (P0 = control, P1 = DFMAMS, P2 = DFMRJ) and the second factor was level of HLM (W0 = 0%, W1 = 0.24% and W2 = 0.48% DM concentrate). Concetrate consumption DMI of each sheep was 3% of body weight and ad-libitum JPA. Measured variables were final weight, average daily gain (ADG), feed consumption (FC), fed conversion rasio (FCR) and consumption rate (CR). There was significant interaction (P<0.05) between DFM and HML supplementation on the final weight, FC and CR (P<0.01), while ADG and FCR were not significant- ly interact. DFM supplementation significantly affected (P <0.05) on FCR. The most efficient feed conversion achie- ved in P2 (W0 =8.22 ± 1.19, W1=7.15 ± 0.85 and W2=6, 81 ± 1, 68). There was no interaction on ADG, however ADG tended to increase in W2. The Highest ADG was achieved in P2W2 (0.146 ± 0.03 Kg/day). There was positive correlation between consumption rate and ADG (P<0.01) also consumption rate and final weight (P<0.05). Coeficient correlation of consumption rate and both ADG and final weight were 0, 481 and 0.514, respectively. The use of DFM and HML, especially DFMRJ and level of HLM was 0.48% (P2W2) were able to improve local sheep performance.

CHEMICAL AND PHYSICAL QUALITY OF CHICKEN MEAT (KUB) GIVEN COMMERCIAL RATION IN SUBSTITUTION BREAD WASTE 用商品口粮替代面包废料的鸡肉(KUB)的化学和物理质量

The objective of this study is to assess the chemical and physical quality of meat from Kampung Unggul Balitbangtan (KUB) chickens when they are fed with bread waste. The research utilized a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) comprising 3 treatments and 5 replications, with each replication containing 2 KUB chickens. The three treatments were as follows: (P0) KUB chickens fed a 100% commercial ration, (P1) KUB chickens fed a mixture of 75% commercial ration and 25% bread waste, and (P2) KUB chickens fed a mixture of 50% commercial ration and 50% bread waste. The findings indicated that the substitution of commercial rations with bread waste at levels of 25% and 50% had a significant impact (P<0.5) on the chemical quality of meat, specifically moisture content, protein content, and fat content. In terms of the physical quality of the meat, parameters such as pH, water holding capacity, and cooking losses also showed significant differences (P<0.05). Therefore, based on the research results, it can be concluded that replacing commercial rations with bread waste at the levels of 25% and 50% leads to a decrease in both the chemical and physical quality of KUB chicken meat.

EFEK PENGGUNAAN TEPUNG DAUN MENGKUDU (Morinda citrifolia) DALAM RANSUM DENGAN LEVEL BERBEDA TERHADAP PERFORMANCE DAN IOFC TERNAK BABI 在不同浓度的甘蓝中使用海巴戟叶对幼鸡表现和 IOFC 的影响

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan tepung daun mengkudu terhadap konsumsi, pertambahan bobot badan, konversi pakan dan income overfeed cost (IOFC) ternak babi peranakan Landrace. Materi yang digunakan adalah ternak babi peranakan Landrace 12 ekor fase starter umur 1-2 bulan dengan variasi berat badan 10,50-21,50kg (rata-rara 16,70kg) dan koefisien variasinya 18,76%. Penelitian ini ber- langsung selama 8 minggu yang terdiri dari 2 minggu masa penyesuaian dan 6 minggu masa pengambilan data. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen langsung dengan menggunakan Rancang- an Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan jadi jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah 12 sampel. Perlakuan yang digunakan adalah R0: 100% ransum basal tanpa tepung daun mengkudu; R1: 98% ransum basal+2% tepung daun mengkudu; R2: 96% ransum basal+4% tepung daun mengkudu dan R3: 94% ransum basal + 6% tepung daun mengkudu. Variabel yang diteliti adalah konsumsi ransum, pertambahan bobot badan, konversi ransum dan IOFC. Hasil analisis sidik ragam menggunakan Microsoft Excel menunjukkan perlakuan berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap variabel penelitian. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penggunaan tepung daun mengkudu dalam ransum basal sebanyak 2, 4 dan 6% memerikan pengaruh yang relatif sama terhadap konsumsi ransum, pertambahan bobot badan, konversi ransum dan IOFC ternak babi peranakan Landrace fase starter.

Industri peternakan sapi di Indonesia merupakan industri ternak yang sedang berkembang dan usaha ini me- miliki peluang yang prospektif. Meningkatnya industri peternakan sapi di Indonesia, maka akan sejalan dengan limbah yang dihasilkan. Ternak ruminansia menjadi salah satu penghasil limbah yang berpotensi mengganggu lingkungan jika tidak dikelola dengan benar. Pemanfaatan feses maupun urine sapi dapat digunakan sebagai ba- han pupuk organik yang ramah lingkungan dan dapat mengatasi permasalahan limbah. Salah satu pemanfaatan limbah ternak adalah pembuatan pupuk organik cair berbahan dasar urine sapi. Urine sapi mengandung 95% air, 2.5% N dan 2.5% komponen yang lain (mineral, garam, hormon dan enzim). Komposisi urine sapi mengindikasikan bahwa kandungan hara yang diperlukan sudah baik. Namun, kandungan N – organik pada pupuk organik cair sangat rendah apabila tidak ada peningkatan kualitas pupuk organik cair. Peningkatan mampu dilakukan dengan penambahan tetes tebu (molasses) dan EM-4 (effective microorganism-4) yang memiliki kandungan bahan organik yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pupuk yang dihasilkan. Namun, kandungan N – organik pada pupuk organik cair sangat rendah apabila tidak ada peningkatan kualitas pupuk organik cair. Peningkatan mampu dilakukan dengan penambahan tetes tebu (molasses) dan EM-4 (effective microorganism-4) yang memiliki kandungan bahan organik yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pupuk yang dihasilkan. THE ROLE OF BELANTIK IN MARKETING BALI CATTLE IN BALI PROVINCE: A REVIEW BELANTIK 在巴厘省巴厘牛营销中的作用:综述

The marketing strategy needs serious attention because the marketing process with the right marketing channels can provide the best selling price because it has an impact on increasing farmers' income. In 1990, farmers implemented direct marketing channels. On the other hand, the last two decades have shown that farmers' dependence on belantik is higher compared to direct marketing channels. A study to identify the role of belantik needs to be carried out to determine the basis of livestock farmers' dependence on belantik as an intermediary in the marketing channel for Bali cattle in Bali Province. The method used is a literature review. The results of the study show that marketing of Bali cattle in Bali Province is still dominated by indirect marketing involving belantik to market livestock to inter-island traders and slaughterers. The high dependence of farmers on belantik is due to the farmers' weak bargaining power, such as small livestock ownership scale, high transportation costs, unavailability of capital, livestock as a side business, lack of entrepreneurial spirit, no livestock price standards, and farmers lack skills in estimating body weight which allows livestock not to be sold or sold at low prices. This condition shows that belantik has quite an important role in marketing bali cattle in Bali Province.

PREMIX SUPPLEMENTATION IN FEED ON THE REPRODUCTIVE PERFORMANCE OF LANDRACE CROSSINGS WITH DUROC 饲料中添加预混料对陆地牛与杜洛克牛杂交繁殖性能的影响

This research aims to determine the increase in reproductive performance of Landrace and Duroc cross sows given additional premix feed. This research was carried out in Br. Belong, Taro Kaja Village, Tegalalang District, Gianyar Regency, Bali Province. The crossbreed pigs used are Landrace and Duroc, 2-3 years old, or sows who have given birth 2-3 times. The experimental design used in this research was a completely Randomized Design (CRD) which consisted of 3 treatments, namely T0 feed without premix, T1 feed with premix and given to sows starting at 2 month of gestation, and T2 feed with premix and given to sows starting at 3 months of gestation. The average gestation period for the sow is 114 days and the premix dose is 1 kg/ 200 kg of feed. The results showed that the lit- ter size, birth weight, weaning weight, number of piglets weaned, and age at weaning showed significantly different results (P<0.05) in each treatment. Meanwhile, after weaning the sows re-mated, the results were not significantly different (P>0.05). The sow’s ability to maintain the litter size until weaning is very dependent on the quality of the feed given to the gestation of sow, especially feed that supports the sow’s milk production. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that giving premix to sows at 2-3 months of gestation (T2 and T3) can improve the reproduction performance of sows.

The research aims to obtain a dose of NPK fertilizer substituted for cow biourine that can produce the best productivity of Asystasia gangetica (L.) subsp. Micrantha, used a completely randomized design consisting of 9 tre- atments repeated 7 times, so there were 63 experimental units. Treatments consisted of D0: no fertilizer, D1: NPK 200 kg ha-1, D2: Cow biourine (CB) 5,000 l ha-1, D3: CB 7,500 l ha-1, D4: CB 10,000 l ha-1, D5: NPK 50 kgha-1 + CB 5,000 l ha-1, D6 : NPK 50 kgha-1 + CB 7,500 l ha-1, D7 : NPK 100 kgha-1 + CB 5,000 l ha-1, and D8 : NPK 100 kgha-1 + CB 7,500 l ha-1. The results showed that Asystasia gangetica that received the D5 treatment produced a higher number of leaves, leaf dry weight, stem dry weight, and total forage dry weight compared to D0 and the same as the D1 treatment. It was concluded that Asystasia gangetica (l.) subsp. Micrantha that received D5 fertilizer treatment (NPK 50 kgha-1 + cow biourine 5,000 l ha-1) showed better growth and yield compared to without fertilizer and the same as D1 treatment (NPK 200 kg ha-1).

ORGANOLEPTIC VALUE OF BALI BEEF MARINATED WITH TRIGONA HONEY 用三花蜜腌制的巴厘牛肉的感官价值

This’ research aims’ to’ determine’ the’ best effect’ and’ assess the’ organoleptic’ value of’ Bali’ beef after marina- tion using Trigona honey. The meat marination process was’ carried’ out’ for 30’ minutes’ at’ room’ temperature’. The’ research design’ used’ was a’ Completely’ Randomized’ Design’ (CRD) with’ four’ treatments’ and’ seven replica- tions’. The’ four treatments’ included non-marinated meat’ (P0), meat’ marinated’ with’ 5 ml of Trigona honey (P1), meat marinated with 10 ml of Trigona honey (P2), and meat marinated with 15 ml of Trigona honey (P3). The’ vari- ables’ observed’ in’ the study’ included’ color’, aroma’, taste, texture’, tenderness, and’ overall acceptance evaluated by 15 semi-trained panelists. The results showed that marinating Bali beef with Trigona honey significantly influen- ced color, aroma, taste, tenderness, and overall acceptance, but’ did’ not’ have’ a’ significant’ effect’ on’ texture. The’ conclusion’ of this’ study’ is’ that’ the best marination for Bali beef is achieved using Trigona honey at a level of 10 ml, as indicated by the increased values of aroma, taste, texture, tenderness, and overall acceptance by the panelists.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi laktosa dan sari kedelai untuk pengencer se- men kambing Boer. Metode penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), dengan empat perlakuan dan enam kali ulangan yang terdiri dari: 80% laktosa + 20% kuning telur sebagai kontrol (P0), 97% laktosa + 3% sari kedelai (P1), 95% laktosa + 5% sari kedelai (P2), dan 93% laktosa + 7% sari kedelai (P3). Semen kemudian di- simpan pada suhu 3-5oC dan diamati motilitas dan persentase spermatozoa hidup setiap hari selama empat hari. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi sari kedelai berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,05) terhadap persentase motilitas dan spermatozoa hidup kambing Boer setelah pendinginan pada hari ketiga.
