Implementation of Lean Warehouse to Minimize Wastes in Finished Goods Warehouse of PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Semarang 精益仓库的实施,以减少成品仓库的浪费,正大印尼三宝垄

PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Semarang is one of the largest poultry feed companies in Indonesia. To store the finished products that are ready to be distributed, it needs a finished goods warehouse. To minimize the wastes that occur in the process of warehousing the finished goods, the implementation of lean warehouse is required. The core process of finished goods warehouse is the process of putting bag that has been through the process of pallets packing, and then transporting the pallets contained bags of feed at finished goods warehouses and the process of unloading food from the finished goods warehouse to the distribution truck. With the implementation of the lean warehouse, we can know whether the activities are value added or not, to be identified later which type of waste happened. Opinions of stakeholders regarding the waste that must be eliminated first need to be determined by questionnaires. Based on the results of the questionnaires, three top wastes are selected to be identified the cause by using fishbone diagram. They can be repaired by using the implementation of 5S, namely Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke. Defect waste can be minimized by selecting pallet, putting sack correctly, forklift line clearance, applying working procedures, and creating cleaning schedule. Next, overprocessing waste is minimized by removing unnecessary items, putting based on the date of manufacture, and manufacture of feed plan. Inventory waste is minimized by removing junks, putting feed based on the expired date, and cleaning the barn

Today web applications have become a necessity and many companies use them as a communication tool to keep in touch with their customers. The usage of Web Application in current time increases as the numberof internet users has been rised. For reason of Rich Internet Application, the desktop application developer wasmoved to web application developer with AJAX technology. BINUS School Serpong is a Cambridge Curriculum base International School that uses web application for access every information about the school. By usingAJAX, performance of web application should be improved and the bandwidth usage is decreased. Problems thatoccur at BINUS School Serpong is not all part of the web application that uses AJAX. This paper introducesusage of AJAX in ASP.NET with C# programming language in web application BINUS School Serpong. It is expected by using ASP.NET AJAX, BINUS School Serpong website performance will be faster because of reducing web page reload. The methodology used in this paper is literature study. Results from this study are to prove that the ASP.NET AJAX can be used easily and improve BINUS School Serpong website performance. Conclusion of this paper is the implementation of ASP.NET AJAX improves performance of web application in BINUS School Serpong.

Analysis and Database Design From Import and Export Reporting in Company in Indonesia 印尼公司进出口报表分析与数据库设计

Director General of Customs and Excise (DJBC) is a government agency that oversees exports and imports in Indonesia. Companies that receive exemption and tax returns are required to wipe Orkan  activities export and import by using IT-based reporting. This study aimed to analyze and design  databases to support the reporting of customs based report format for Director General of Customs and Excise No. PER-09/BC/2014. Data collection used was the Fact Finding Techniques consisted of studying the documents, interviews, observation, and literature study. The methods used for Design Database System is DB-SDLC (System Development Life Cycle Database), namely: Conceptual Design, Design Logical and Physical Design. The result obtained is ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) that can be used in the development of Customs Reporting System in companies throughout Indonesia. In conclusions, ERD has been able to meet all the reporting elements of customs.

Proposition Analysis of Fixed Broadband Services Based on Product Segmentation And Purchasing Power of Urban Society 基于产品细分和城市社会购买力的固定宽带业务命题分析

Tight competition in the broadband industry has forced the provider to have a good product propotition and strategy in the market, including market segmentation and type of services delivered based on customer’s expextation and intention to buy. This research aims to make a product proposition based on two major criteries in fixed broadband service, which are speed and price of the product, by looking into the competition in existing market (competitor’s product). As many players in Indonesia have created very tight situation, the will be launched product should have an attractive matter or differentiation in order to compete and get a “buy in” of the customer. In the research, some analysis was conducted across all the propositions by spreading questionnaires to respondents in urban area especially in Jakarta and Bandung, thus the provider can create product with an appropriate specifications to answer the needs of customers on their affordable price to buy. Some close-ended questions in the questionairres were scaled and performed by basic statistical approach methods. The result shows that product with affordable price is still become the choice of respondents in each segment (low, medium and high income). Price list per speed which is fitted to any segments is also suggested in this research. The result of the research can also be used to develop the product as a differentiation to be the choices and preferencesof customers.

Image Segmentation of Cattle Muzzle Using Region Merging Statistical Technic 基于区域融合统计技术的牛口部图像分割

Making an identification system that able to assist in obtaining, recording and organizing information is the first step in developing any kind of recording system. Nowadays, many recording systems were developed with artificial markers although it has been proved that it has many limitations. Biometrics use of animals provides a solution to these restrictions. On a cattle, biometric features contained in the cattle muzzle that can be used as a pattern recognition sample. Pattern recognition methods can be used for the development of cattle identification system utilizing biometric found on the cattle muzzle using digital image processing techniques. In this study, we proposed cattle muzzle identification method using segmentation Statistical Region Merging (SRM). This method aims to identify specific patterns found on the cattle muzzle by separating the object pattern (foreground) from unnecessary information (background) This method is able to identified individual cattle based on the pattern of it muzzle. Based on our evaluation, this method can provide good performance results. This method good performance can be seen from the precision and recall : 87% and the value of ROC : 0.976. Hopefully this research can be used to help identify cattle accurately on the recording process.

Comparison Formwork Wood Sloof to Batako Viewed from the Aspect of Time and Cost 从时间和成本的角度看模板木板与Batako的比较

Concrete-Mold is one of the most important elements of a building’s structural system. Like other structural systems, the concrete mold placed right after the main wiring structure placed. The function of the concrete mold is to specify the size of the concrete structure itself. The needs of an efficient construction time and cost are some reasons of the decent and fast development of home-design structure. Sloof’s concrete-mold for two-floor houses can be done with two different materials, i.e. wooden plywood material and bricks. The difference usage of these two materials is the background of this research. The purpose of research is to find out the best way in time and cost efficiency of these two materials. This research carried out using the method of library studies, survey, and comparative study. The result of this research showed that the cost of the brick making the job of sloof concrete mold cheaper and faster. Thus, sloof concrete mold making is one of the project solutions that are more efficient in terms of time and cost.

The difficulty in managing the data of books collection in the library is a problem that is often faced by the librarian that effect the quality of service. Arrangement and recording a collection of books in the file system of separate applications Word and Excel, as well as transaction handling borrowing and returning books, there has been no integrated records. Library system can manage the book collection. This system can reduce the problems often experienced by library staff when serving students in borrowing books. There so frequent difficulty in managing the books that still in borrowed state. This system will also record a collection of late fees or lost library conducted by students (borrowers). The conclusion of this study is library performance can be better with the library system using web database.

Analysis and Design of Logistic Delivery System in PT Repex Wahana aims to analyze company’s need in existing business process of logistic delivery service. This will then be used in the development of an integrated system that can address the problems in the running process of sending and tracking the whereabouts or status of the delivered goods which are the core business processes in the enterprise. The result then will be used as basis in the development of integrated information system in pursuit of corporate solution for process business automation, delivery process, inventory, and logistic delivery tracking, which is the core of the company business process, and it will be documented using Unified Modeling Language. The information system is meant to simplify the delivery and tracking process in the company, besides will minimize lost and error of data which is often happened because of the manual and unorganized transaction data processing.

The Needs of Virtual Machines Implementation in Private Cloud Computing Environment 私有云计算环境下虚拟机实现的需求

The Internet of Things (IOT) becomes the purpose of the development of information and communication technology. Cloud computing has a very important role in supporting the IOT, because cloud computing allows to provide services in the form of infrastructure (IaaS), platform (PaaS), and Software (SaaS) for its users. One of the fundamental services is infrastructure as a service (IaaS). This study analyzed the requirement that there must be based on a framework of NIST to realize infrastructure as a service in the form of a virtual machine to be built in a cloud computing environment.

Master Data Management Model in Company: Challenges and Opportunity 公司主数据管理模式:挑战与机遇

The purpose of this research is to analyze, design, and implement Master Data Management (MDM) model for company, which include database processing that will be used in the quality of data customer and produce single view of customer. The research method used is literature study from a variety of journals, books, e-books, and articles on the internet. Also, fact finding techniques are done, such as by analyze, collect, and examine the documents, interviews, and observations. Then, other research methods used to analyze and design MDM model are using cleansing and matching technique. The result obtained from this research is animplementation MDM model for the company, where if implemented, will improve the quality of data significantly. The conclusion which can be obtained from this research is that MDM is one of the factors thatcan improve the quality of customer data.
