The purpose of this research is to analyze, design, and implement Master Data Management (MDM) model for company, which include database processing that will be used in the quality of data customer and produce single view of customer. The research method used is literature study from a variety of journals, books, e-books, and articles on the internet. Also, fact finding techniques are done, such as by analyze, collect, and examine the documents, interviews, and observations. Then, other research methods used to analyze and design MDM model are using cleansing and matching technique. The result obtained from this research is animplementation MDM model for the company, where if implemented, will improve the quality of data significantly. The conclusion which can be obtained from this research is that MDM is one of the factors thatcan improve the quality of customer data.

The study was conducted in the subsidiaries that provide services of finance related to the purchase of a motorcycle on credit. At the time of applying, consumers enter their personal data. Based on the personal data, it will be known whether the consumer credit data is approved or rejected. From 224 consumer data obtained, it is known that the number of consumers whose applications are approved is 87% or about 217 consumers and consumers whose application is rejected is 16% or as much as 6 consumers. Acceptance of motorcycle financing on credit by using the method of applying the algorithm through CRIS-P DM is the industry standard in the processing of data mining. The algorithm used in the decision making is the algorithm C4.5. The results obtained previously, the level of accuracy is measured with the Confusion Matrix and Receiver Operating characteristic (ROC). Evaluation of the Confusion Matrix is intended to seek the value of accuracy, precision value, and the value of recall data. While the Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) is used to find data tables and comparison Area Under Curve (AUC).

The success of Japanese companies in improving productivity is because they have a culture and a high work ethic to the application of KAIZEN management system. One such application is the Cultural 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke). In the Astra group, 5S is known as 5K2S (Order, neatness, cleanliness, sustainability Discipline, Safety, and Service). This study aims to assess the success of the application of the system 5K2S of PT. Andesen Jaya Plastik relating to opportunities for productivity. The method used isquantitative method with a descriptive study. The type of data used is primary and secondary data. While the techniques used in collecting the data are interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The number ofrespondents was 31 employees. Analysis of the data used is descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis. The real success rate reachs 82.24% at the stage of familiarization (effective) and they have not yet advanced tothe next stage (prevention). The response of employees is between the Agree and Strongly Agree that is 4.11 point. The correlation between 5K2S to the opportunity of significant Productivity Improvement is Seiri/Order,Seiso/neatness, and Seiketsu/Sustainability.

Producing a better quality software system requires an understanding of the indicators of the software quality through defect detection, and automated testing. This paper aims to elevate the design and automated testing process in an engine water pump of a drinking water plant. This paper proposes how software developers can improve the maintainability and reliability of automated testing system and report the abnormal state when an error occurs on the machine. The method in this paper uses literature to explain best practices and case studies of a drinking water plant. Furthermore, this paper is expected to be able to provide insights into the efforts to better handle errors and perform automated testing and monitoring on a machine.

Public housing is a residential provided by the government for the lower-middle class in city, to be owned. Since 2007, public housing in Jakarta has been built in the form of multi-storey housing (Rusunami). Rusunami is still regarded as one of the best alternatives for the provision of public housing in Jakarta, since the land in the city is very limited and the population is increasing. However, in the development of Rusunami, the displacement of residential units in rusunami is still happening until now. It is necessary to study how the provision of rusunami in Jakarta, whether it meets the needs and target hosts. The study was conducted using a descriptive method which studied provision of rusunami, and other secondary data regarding occupants. The study shows that the increasing number of residential units at rusunami has not covered the needs of residential in Jakarta for the lower-middle class. Occupants in rusunami are generally middle-income families. This condition indicates that the number of residential units and the fulfillment of target criteria at rusunami in Jakarta are still lacking.

To achieve thier forte in competing in theglobal competition, he needs systems like strategic decision makers which is up-to-date reliable and fast. Then the solution of area manufatur datawarehouse design is necessary to support the above objectives,i.e. : the right and fast decisions. However, Fahrenheit only has ERP as their core system currently and they do not have management support system. They have some difficulty to understand some problems and do better analysis. In the modern soccer era, soccer is already considered as an entertainment, even modern soccer already become as an industry or a business that considered can bring a great profit to the club owner. One of the most important factor in building a team is young age soccer player development. Right young age soccer player development method, can be very helpful in establish a good team. A professional team must have a coach, for the first team or junior team. The duties of a coach is determine a right position for soccer player in the game, this duties sometimes make a coach is hard to making a right decision. This research will discuss about how to design a decision support system for determine soccer player using naive bayes technique. Data mining used naive bayes technique for find a prediction for soccer player based on the player skill test result. From this research result, it can be seen that by using decision support system using data mining with naive bayes technique can be help coach performance in determine position for soccer player especially for young age soccer player development so that can help coach in the making right decision effectively and efficiently.

The utilisation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) focuses more on the Schematic Design or Technical Design phase, while the Preliminary or the Conceptual design is pretty much skipped. This paper shows that a simple model could utilise BIM to gain rich information about solar radiation to give ideal orientation in Preliminary phase. On this case, a spot in Jakarta is analysed with Glass Box method to depict the ideal orientation that receive a minimum solar radiation in a year span.

In 1992, Wornell and Oppenheim did research on a modulation which is formed by using wavelet theory. In some other studies, proved that this modulation can survive on a few channels and has reliability in some applications. Because of this modulation using the concept of fractal, then it is called as fractal modulation. Fractal modulation is formed by inserting information signal into fractal signals that are selffractal similary. This modulation technique has the potential to replace the OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing), which is currently used on some of the latest telecommunication technologies. The purpose of this research is to implement the fractal communication system using Digital Signal Processing Starter Kit (DSK) TMS320C6713 without using AWGN and Rayleigh channel in order to obtain the ideal performance of the system. From the simulation results using MATLAB7.4. it appears that this communication system has good performance on some channels than any other communication systems. While in terms of implementation by using (DSK) via TMS320C6713 Code Composer Studio (CCS), it can be concluded that the fractal communication system has a better execution time on some tests.
从仿真结果使用MATLAB7.4。表明该通信系统在某些信道上具有比其他通信系统更好的性能。而在TMS320C6713 Code Composer Studio (CCS)上使用(DSK)实现时,可以得出分形通信系统在某些测试中具有更好的执行时间。
