INVENTARISASI DAN STRATEGI PENATAAN KOLEKSI PTERIDOPHYTA DI RUMAH KACA KEBUN RAYA PURWODADI 在PURWODADI植物园的温室里对PTERIDOPHYTA收藏的盘点和策略

Pteridophyta merupakan salah satu koleksi tumbuhan yang dimiliki oleh Kebun Raya Purwodadi. Pemeliharaan koleksi Pteridophyta dilakukan di dalam rumah kaca karena iklim di Kebun Raya Purwodadi panas dan kering. Hasil inventarisasi menunjukkan bahwa Kebun Raya Purwodadi memiliki 36 jenis koleksi Pteridophyta yang terdiri atas 20 suku dan 38 marga. Suku yang paling banyak ditemukan adalah Nephrolepidaceae dan terdiri atas Nephrolepis bisserata Sw. Schott, N. cordifolia (L.) C. Presl., N. exaltata (L.) Schott, N. falcata (Cav.) C. Chr., N. hirsutula (G. Forst.) C. Presl., dan N. radicans (Burm.) Kuhn. Selain itu, Psilotum nudum (L.) P. Beauv. merupakan jenis koleksi Pteridophyta yang masuk pada IUCN Red List dengan kategori terancam punah. Untuk mempermudah proses pemeliharaan dan monitoring, dilakukan penataan koleksi Pteridophyta dengan pengelompokan berdasarkan marga dan diurutkan mulai kelompok paling primitif hingga modern. Hasil penataan ini dapat memberikan nilai edukasi kepada pengunjung Kebun Raya Purwodadi, khususnya para pelajar.

KEANEKARAGAMAN SPESIES DALAM SISTEM AGROFORESTRI DI DESA SURAJAYA KECAMATAN PEMALANG KABUPATEN PEMALANG JAWA TENGAH 农林系统中的物种

Agroforestry is sustainable land management system which integrate the yields of crops including trees and forest plants to increase the yields.This research intend to knowing the diversity type of vegetation in Desa Surajaya, Pemalang, Jawa Tengah. The research use exploration method by exploring all the research site and take the sample using purposive sampling method. The research done by exploring all the forest area and take a note for every new kind of vegetation. Research result shown that there are 19 kind of different vegetation, which is divided by a horticulture and non-horticulture. Forest land cleared for agriculture by agroforestry was 287,89 Ha or as much as 19,4% of the total forest area leaving 1.193,41 Ha of teak forest area.

UJI AKTIVITAS ANTI BAKTERI EKSTRAK ETANOLIK UMBI AKAR BATU (Coccinia grandis L.Voight) TERHADAP BAKTERI SALMONELLA SP UJI对细菌提取物ETANOLIC UMBI MORE BATU(Coccinia grandis L.Voight)对沙门氏菌SP的抑制作用

AbstractSalmonella sp are bacteria that often infect human and animal. This type of bacteria can cause Salmonellosis in human. Previous research has been carried out on secondary metabolites of plants as medicinal ingredients. One of the plants that has potential as a medicine is stone Akar Batu (Coccinia grandis L Voight). This study aims at examining the antibacterial activities of ethanolic extract of stone Akar Batu on Salmonella sp. The extraction method was carried out by maceration and the solvent used was ethanol 96%. Antibacterial activity was conducted using diffusion method. Identification of compound groups of extracts was done by reacting extracts with various chemical reagents. The results showed that stone of Akar Batu powder had a moisture content of 5.99% and a yield of 1.76%. The identification results of ethanolic extract of stone Akar Batu chemical group indicated that the extract contained flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins and tannins. The results of antibacterial activity test have revealed that ethanolic extract of stone Akar Batu can inhibit Salmonella sp.

KAJIAN JENIS POHON DALAM PENGEMBANGAN HUTAN KOTA KIBITAY SUKABUMI JENIS POHON在KIBITAY SUKABUMI木材开发中的文本

Penelitian  ini dilakukan untuk menginventarisir jenis tumbuhan, mengetahui struktur dan komposisi vegetasi tumbuhan, menganalisis kesesuaian vegetasi tumbuhan, menduga keanekaragaman jenis serta merekomendasikan jenis-jenis pohon potensial untuk ditanam di Hutan Kota Kibitay Sukabumi. Survey dilakukan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis pohon dan analisis vegetasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui struktur dan komposisi jenis. Hasil survey menunjukkan bahwa jumlah tumbuhan yang ditemui sebanyak 73 jenis dan 17 jenis diantaranya ditemukan dalam petak contoh seluas 1600 m 2 . Hasil perhitungan Indeks Nilai Penting (INP) menunjukkan jenis yang mendominasi di tingkat semai yaitu jenis Mimosa pudica dengan INP sebesar 0.75% dan sebagai spesies kodominan yaitu dari spesies Calliandra haematocephala dengan INP sebesar 0.5. Jenis vegetasi yang mendominasi di tingkat pancang yaitu Nephelium lappaceum dengan INP 1.533%. Spesies yang mendominasi pada vegetasi tingkat tiang yaitu Swietenia mahagoni dan Agathis dammara dengan masing-masing INP yaitu sebesar 1.711 dan 1.127%, sedangkan spesies yang mendominasi di tingkat pohon yaitu Agathis dammara dengan INP sebesar 2.47%. Hasil perhitungan Indeks Keanekaragaman Jenis ( H’ ) Shannon-Wienner sebesar 4.71. Secara umum jenis-jenis pohon Hutan Kota Kibitay Sukabumi tergolong cukup sesuai dengan nilai rata-rata 60,232 yang terdiri atas 13 jenis pohon dengan kriteria sesuai , 22 jenis pohon dengan kriteria cukup sesuai dan 25 jenis pohon dengan kriteria tidak sesuai .

Tingkat Keanekaragaman Hewan Troblobionts pada Ekosistem Gua di Tajur Bogor Jawa Barat 茂物西海岸洞穴生态系统中的Troblobiont动物多样性水平

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of diversity of Troglobionts animals, species composition, species dominance, and uniformity in the Cave of Tajur Bogor, West Java. The variables in this study consisted of survey methods by calculating diversity, dominance, uniformity, and species composition to find out what types of animals are in the ecosystem of the cave. Based on the results of research on animal species found there were 10 species of biota belonging to 3 transects with a total of 88 species of cavernous biota. The sample in this study used the 10x10 M line transect method three times in different places. Determination of line transect measurements in this study is based on differences in the environmental zone at the outermost point or cave line which is the starting point of line transect measurement. The results of statistical calculations are obtained as follows: diversity biota index (H ') in the range of 0.4168-0.9684, the index of species composition (P) ranges between 0.2386-0.3861, the uniformity index (E) range between 0,4304-1, and the dominance of type (C) ranges between 5,2118-5,2118. Based on the calculation of diversity, composition, uniformity, and dominance of the type of biota in the area of Tajur Bogor, West Java, at the low-moderate level. Overall the types of biota found in this study were 3 transects, generally producing different amounts during the study, the total biota species found in the cave consisted of 88 individuals from 14 families and 14 species while the highest composition of biota types in transect III where of the 34 species found throughout the transect, 33 were in the second transect and the lowest was in transect I with only 21 species.
