Cantigi (Vaccinium varingifolium (Blume) Miq.) Di Jalur Pendakian Gunung Lawu Kabupaten Karanganyar Jawa Tengah 数量(越橘)Miq在拉乌登山之路,中部的骄傲篇章

Cantigi is one of the shrubs that grows at the height of the mountain. Camtigi is a plant endemic to the mountains. Among climbers, Cantigi is one of the fruits on the mountain that can be consumed. This study aims to determine the diversity of the Cantigi plant population that grows in the Mount Lawu area, Karanganyar Regency, Central Java. The research method is exploratory through exploration. The sampling technique was purpossive sampling. The selection of sampling locations was divided into 3 stations taken based on different altitudes. At an altitude of 2.819 – 3.025 m above sea level (Station I), an altitude of 3.025 – 3.192 (Station II) and an altitude of 3.192 – 3.265 (Station III). These three stations are the Mount Lawu Peak Area. The results of the study found that only 1 species of Cantigi was found in the top area of Mount Lawu, namely the species Vaccinium varingiaefolium Miq. The number of individuals encountered at each station were 67 individuals at an altitude of 2,819 – 3,025 m asl (Station I), 160 individuals at an altitude of 3.025 – 3.192 m asl (Station II) and 154 individuals at an altitude of 3.192 – 3.265 m asl (Station III). The highest number found was in the altitude range of 3.025 – 3.192 m above sea level. The results of the Diversity Index (H') obtained are 3,084 categorized as moderate and tend to be low. The conclusion of this study is that Cantigi is mostly found in areas with an altitude range of 3.025 – 3.192 m above sea level, which is about 160 individuals.

Pengaruh Infusa Daun Gulma Siam (Chromolaena odorata) Terhadap Pertumbuhan Bakteri Escherichia coli Dan Staphylococcus aureus 针对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的Infusa菌株Yellow Yellow

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh infusa daun gulma siam (Chromolaena odorata) terhadap pertumbuhan bakteri Escherichia coli dan Staphylococcus aureus dan perbedaan yang signifikan antar perlakuan infusa daun gulma siam (Chromolaena odorata) terhadap pertumbuhan bakteri Escherichia coli dan Staphylococcus aureus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 6 perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa infusa daun gulma siam (Chromolaena odorata) pada konsentrasi 100% memiliki aktivitas tertinggi dalam menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Escherichia coli yaitu sebesar 5,8 mm dan pada bakteri Staphylococcus aureus sebesar 7,48 mm. Dari hasil analisis statistik One Way Anova dengan statistik uji F dengan taraf kepercayaan 5% bahwa terdapat pengaruh infusa daun gulma siam (C. odorata) terhadap pertumbuhan bakteri E.coli dan S. aureus. Setelah dilakukan uji lanjut (Uji Duncan) didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antar perlakuan pada masing-masing konsentrasi yang berbeda.
本研究的目的是确定香兰叶(臭蝶兰)浸液对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌生长的影响,以及香兰叶浸液对埃希氏菌和金黄色葡球菌生长的显著差异。本研究采用了一种实验方法,使用由6次和4次重复组成的RAL。研究结果表明,100%浓度的香兰叶对5.8毫米的大肠杆菌和7.48毫米的金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制活性最高。根据单向Anova统计分析和F检验统计的结果(置信水平为5%),暹罗叶(C.odorata)对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的生长有影响。经过进一步测试(Duncan检验),发现不同浓度的处理之间存在显著差异。

Optimasi Primer yang Menargetkan Gen OsAP2, OsERF3 dan OsEREBP2 Menggunakan qPCR 用qPCR初步优化OsAP2、OsERF3和OsEREBP2基因

qPCR merupakan metode yang akurat untuk mendeteksi ekspresi gen. Analisis ekspresi gen pengkode faktor transkripsi pada padi saat ini banyak dilakukan. OsAP2, OsERF3 dan OsEREBP2 merupakan faktor transkripsi pada padi yang termasuk kedalam kelompok AP2/ERF yang berperan penting dalam proses biologis pada tanaman. Penelitian mengenai analisis ekspresi gen OsAP2, OsERF3 dan OsEREBP2 pada Cempo Ireng belum pernah dilakukan. Dalam melakukan analisis ekspresi gen menggunakan RT-PCR dibutuhkan primer spesfiik sesuai dengan gen yang diinginkan. Primer merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam melakukan metode PCR. Gagalnya penempelan primer pada tahapan annealing menyebabkan kegagalan amplifikasi. Optimasi primer perlu untuk dilakukan untuk mendapatkan suhu annealing yang optimal. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan optimasi suhu anealing pada 3 gen pengkode faktor transkripsi pada padi yakni OsAP2, OsERF3 dan OsEREBP2. Optimasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan cDNA sebagai template. Konfirmasi hasil qPCR dilakukan dengan menggunakan elektroforesis. Hasil optimasi menunjukkan bahwa suhu annealing optimal pada primer OsAP2, OsERF3 dan OsEREBP2 berada pada kisaran 53,9 – 60 °C.
