社區式長照是國家社會福利發展方針,這兩年因為受到疫情影響,在各部落社區長照站也產生了服務上的變化。部落社區長照評鑑評分表中,社工專業有三大指標及十項細則,為本研究主要項目。研究採用內容分析法及焦點座談法,研究期間採設定在2020~2021年評鑑甲等以上服務站。研究結果顯示:疫情下能夠達到服務指標,關鍵在人員反應出應變的能力。社區式部落長照站的生活已取代長者日常生活模式為社區防疫守護站、因疫情所迫開發多元「數位課程」。並建議可導入部份工時制,補充各站臨時人力,在鄰近部落間作資訊的互通與共享,也要增加照顧服務人員的教學技巧、課程設計能力,與教材開發的相關教育訓練。Community-based long-term care is the national social welfare development policy. Due to the impact of the epidemic in the past two years, each tribal community-based long-term care center has also undergone service changes. In the evaluation score table, the social work profession has three major indicators, which are the main projects of this research. Results: Under the epidemic, the key to achieving service indicators is staff resilience. The life of the service center has replaced the daily life mode of the elderly. A variety of "digital courses" have been developed. Also recommended: part of the working hour system can be imported, supplementary temporary staff at each center, exchanges and sharing information among neighboring tribes. Caregivers should also increase educational training in teaching skills.

本論文主要的研究目的在於探索全球化對於臺灣原住民文學的英譯產生了哪些影響,還有背後的成因何在。以史碧瓦克(G. C. Spivak)、達姆洛許(David Damrosch)、艾普特(Emily Apter)三人對於世界文學提出 的論述為理論框架,一方面以史碧瓦克提出的「星球性」(planetarity)研究範式指出問題所在,配合達姆洛許的世界文學閱讀模式(reading mode) 以及艾普特的「不可翻譯性」(untranslatability)論述來建構後續討論的理論基礎。在分析三位臺灣原住民作家文學作品之英譯文本後,我們會發現譯者的確欠缺對於各族語言、文化應有的認識,或出於疏忽,才會如艾普特所說,並未專注在如何將地方知識成功轉化為另一種語言,因此造成了達姆洛許強調的,原文經過翻譯後嚴重耗損但卻無法獲得補救的現象。 This study aims at exploring the impacts of globalization on the English translation of Taiwan indigenous literature and the causes of these impacts. Based on the World Literature theoretical formulations proposed by Gayatri Chakravorty Spivak, David Damrosch, and Emily Apter, this study will, on the one hand, pinpoints the problems of globalization via Spivak’s paradigm of planetarity; and then, on the other hand, goes on to lay the foundation for further discussions by way of Damrosch’s reading mode of World Literature and Apter’s concept of untranslatability. After analyzing the English translations of the works by three Taiwan indigenous writers, the present study will reveal the fact that many translators have indeed not known enough, or been careful enough, about the languages and cultures of the tribes they translated, resulting in Apter’s contention that the translators cannot transform local knowledge from one language to another, which attests to the unamendable losses of translation observed by Damrosch.

「福利社區化旗艦型計畫」乃藉由「大手牽小手」及「共同學習」的方式培力新興或起步社區,計畫理念固然良好,但執行上仍有諸多挑戰與困難。本文以彰化縣社區資源中心長期輔導彰化縣優等社區提案申請(及執行)旗艦計畫之作法,進行案例介紹與分析。本中心所採取的主要作法包括:前置作業明確—輔導針對有意願提案之社區組成成長團隊,且各社區以固定團隊組成;以社區成長學習為計畫主軸;進行系統性及結構性計畫時程以推動運作計畫。上開作法之執行及持續優化,確形成社區共同學習成長團隊,產生優質的大型團隊。作者期待實務經驗的努力成長,可為專業性社區工作實務方法提供專業知識之累積,及提供各社區培力中心及地方政府實務推動之參佐。The object of "Welfare Community-based Flagship Plan" is empowering the new community association through the methods of "hand-by-hand" and "learning together". Due to the consensus of the plan among different communities and community capacity conditions, the good idea of "Flagship Plan" face many challenges and difficulties in its implementation. This article introduces the successful empowering case of Changhua County Community Resource Center in the Flagship Plans in Changhua County. The main methods adopted by the Center include organization community leaders as task-oriented team for their Flagship Plan, guiding the team as a growth group for mutual learning with fixed communities' cadres, forming mutual learning as the main axis of their plan, conducting systematic discussions through structured schedules. Based on the practical experience, the authors look forward to the growth of practical experience which can provide the accumulation of professional knowledge for professional community work practice methods.

近來時間銀行在許多國家社會成為另類服務機制,自1990年代中期起,臺灣不少公私機構也開始嘗試這個社會創新實驗,希望藉此補充長照資源。時間銀行兼具共同生產、共享社會資本、以及弱勢賦能這些重要功能,本文認為發展操作性強的時間銀行需反思社會和多元經濟形態的關係,並提出透過經濟多樣性的光譜檢視三種時間銀行服務交換模式:(1)R型(Replacing)的照護資源替代服務、(2)E型(Empowering)的行動者與社區賦能、以及(3)G型(Grossing)的營利導向,文中也深入分析R-E-G三種模式所各自呈現出對社會關係與經濟交換之差異與錯位想像。本文之目的在創造讓時間銀行研究對話得以推展的基礎,進而協助非營利倡議組織以及各級政府擬定適當的推動策略。Time banking has been an alternative exchange mechanism in many societies for many decades. In Taiwan, since the mid-1990s, civil societies, community organizations, and governments have begun experimenting with this social innovation to supplement long-term care resources. The authors argue that developing practical time banking systems requires analyzing how diverse economic models interact with particular societies. In this paper, the authors examine three time banking exchanging models through the spectrum of economic diversities, including (1) Replacing care resources as Model R, (2) Empowering actors and communities as Model E, and (3) Grossing profit-oriented time banking model as Model G. The authors propose a multifaceted economic spectrum to locate the three R-E-G models of time banking, which creates a focused dialogue on time banking research, and then assists nonprofit organizations and governments at all levels to strategize practical time banking policies and to formulate sustainable mechanisms.

從日治時期文學探討華語語系與日語語系在臺灣發生的複雜關係,有助於我們解決華語語系討論中的二元對立框架:在地化或重視中國根源。過去史書美與王德威對於華語語系/華夷風(Sinophone/Xenophone)的爭論,聚焦於如何擺置實體中國、與台灣文學之兩者關係,但本文則將近代日本帝國放入互動的角色,複雜化此一歷史情境。有鑑於近代日本知識分子生產出一套強調對象化、科學化中國的再現論述,本文嘗試以「支那認識」的概念,重新省視此一情境下臺灣漢人作家的日本語文學運動。 面對中日戰爭情境,臺灣漢人日語作家視此為突顯臺灣之漢文化特色的機會。在呂赫若(1914-1950)此一個案中,對中國古典傳統的重新認識成為其重要的寫作資源,甚至具有使命感,然而其認識顯然也獲益於來自日本的「支那認識」。呂赫若於《清秋》(1943)完成諸多描繪臺灣漢人家族的文學成果,也因而不能被簡單地理解為在地文化的發揚或是漢文化的保存,而應同時重視「支那認識」等知識中介於其間發揮的作用。 Exploring the complex relationship between the Sinophone and the Japanophone in Taiwan is helpful in exploring the dichotomous framework used in the discussion of Sinophone Studies : localization or Sinocentrism. In the past, Shih Shu-mei and Wang Der-wei’s discussion on the Sinophone/Xenophone studies focused on the relationship between China and Taiwan literature, yet this article sees Empire of Japan as an interactive role to further complicate this historical context. Considering the fact that modern Japanese intellectuals produced a set of discourses that emphasized objectification and scientific representation of China, this article attempts to examine the Japanophone literature movement of Taiwanese Han writers in this context using the concept of “SHINA knowledge”(支那認識). For example, the re-understanding of Chinese classical traditions was an important writing resource for Lu He-Ruo. In his work Ching Chiou (1943), Lu He-Ruo depicted many Han families in Taiwan. His understanding however was influenced by “SHINA knowledge”. Therefore this article argues that these literary depictions cannot be simply understood as the promotion of local culture or the preservation of Han culture, but they key to unveil the role that “SHINA knowledge” played in Taiwan literature.

歐盟自2012年推動INNOSERV方案以來,明確揭示福利體系的創新需要回到「以使用者為中心」的工作方法。本文透過行動研究的方式,於行動方案中融入社會設計的方法,在場域中反思社區工作的創新方案,如何實踐「以使用者為中心」的工作方法。研究發現社區工作者必須與利害關係人凝聚共同的行動價值願景,並在此價值下聚焦與連結社區既有或潛在的資源,發展出能夠對應解決社區需求的服務方案。透過融入社會設計的社區工作方法,能夠讓社區工作者回到使用者為中心,並連結在地資源、發展在地服務,解決在地需求,形成社區的創新服務方案。本文透過行動研究的實踐與反思,提出社區運用社會設計方法,推動創新方案的可能途徑,提供我國未來社區工作推動之參照。The INNOSERV project was officially developed by European Union wide countries since 2012. The INNOSERV research policy emphasized the concepts of social innovation is a user-centered service design and approach for existing welfare systems. To identify the crucial activities and useful service design approach in community work practices, a participatory action research with social innovation (user-centered design) was adopted from a fieldwork in Puli. Our findings indicate that "triggering the value co-creation processes for main stakeholders", "introducing and integrating multi-disciplinary talents and limited resources", and "finding appropriate solutions through participatory and user-centered designs with social innovation" were major continuous progression in social service design. The Homie Care model may provide a useful experience for future research on social innovative practices and offer some specific recommendations for policies for long-term care.

听华语歌曲是汉语学习者在课外接触词汇的主要途径之一。已有对华语歌曲的研究大多是选择个别歌曲进行课堂教学设计,缺少对听歌习得词汇的系统考察。本文首次创建大规模“华语流行歌曲语料库”,包括“华语歌曲语料库”(957874个汉字、679278个中文词例)和“华语热门歌曲语料库”(37911个汉字、26943个中文词例)。在此基础上,统计三大词表对语料库中歌曲的词汇覆盖率、语料库中大纲词汇等级分布、大纲词的频次、超纲词的数量、达到不同理解阈值所需的词汇量等,分析掌握常用词对学习者认识歌词的影响、听歌常接触的大纲词等级、大纲词的复现是否有助于词汇习得、歌曲中的超纲词是否有学习价值、学生感兴趣的话题中的大纲词和超纲词等,并提出歌曲教材编写和多模态歌曲教学的建议。本文在特色语料库建构、大纲词表处理、词汇计量分析、教材编写等方面实现突破,能够为词汇学的理论研究和词汇的教学实践提供重要参考。

{"title":"基于华语流行歌曲的词汇附带习得研究","authors":"Shang-Wen Wang, Shaomin Wang","doi":"10.1075/csl.21029.wan","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1075/csl.21029.wan","url":null,"abstract":"\u0000听华语歌曲是汉语学习者在课外接触词汇的主要途径之一。已有对华语歌曲的研究大多是选择个别歌曲进行课堂教学设计,缺少对听歌习得词汇的系统考察。本文首次创建大规模“华语流行歌曲语料库”,包括“华语歌曲语料库”(957874个汉字、679278个中文词例)和“华语热门歌曲语料库”(37911个汉字、26943个中文词例)。在此基础上,统计三大词表对语料库中歌曲的词汇覆盖率、语料库中大纲词汇等级分布、大纲词的频次、超纲词的数量、达到不同理解阈值所需的词汇量等,分析掌握常用词对学习者认识歌词的影响、听歌常接触的大纲词等级、大纲词的复现是否有助于词汇习得、歌曲中的超纲词是否有学习价值、学生感兴趣的话题中的大纲词和超纲词等,并提出歌曲教材编写和多模态歌曲教学的建议。本文在特色语料库建构、大纲词表处理、词汇计量分析、教材编写等方面实现突破,能够为词汇学的理论研究和词汇的教学实践提供重要参考。","PeriodicalId":31271,"journal":{"name":"Tai Wan Jiao Yu She Hui Xue Yan Jiu","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"83487486","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Perceptions of effective foreign language teaching 对有效外语教学的认识

Differences between teacher and student perceptions of effective language teaching methods can have an immense effect on learning outcomes, and discrepancies between what teachers believe and practice can likewise have a great impact. This study investigated how the perceptions of college instructors and learners on effective Chinese language teaching can be compared. It also explored what consistencies and inconsistencies existed between what teachers believed were effective practices and what they actually practiced. The results displayed several differences between teacher and student perceptions. It was also discovered that most of the teachers taught according to their perceptions of effective teaching. Applying this knowledge implies that teachers should incorporate culture into their teaching, introduce Chinese characters earlier, use communicative teaching methods and a variety of learning activities to ensure a good learning outcome. Instructors should also increase their awareness of their perceptions of effective teaching and attain regular feedback from their students.
教师和学生对有效语言教学方法的不同看法会对学习结果产生巨大影响,教师的信念和实践之间的差异也会产生巨大影响。本研究旨在探讨如何比较大学教师和学习者对有效汉语教学的看法。它还探讨了教师认为有效的实践与他们实际实践之间存在的一致性和不一致性。结果显示,教师和学生的认知存在一些差异。研究还发现,大多数教师根据他们对有效教学的看法进行教学。运用这些知识意味着教师应该将文化融入到教学中,更早地介绍汉字,使用交际教学方法和各种学习活动,以确保良好的学习效果。教师还应提高他们对有效教学的认识,并定期从学生那里获得反馈。
