In patients with consequences of a stroke, disturbances in motor, cognitive, and sensory functions are observed; cardiovascular, endocrine and other body systems, impairment of self-care and independent walking. Physical dependence, the inability to self-care in fulfilling urgent biological needs leads to a feeling of helplessness and is accompanied by depressive, neurotic reactions to the disease. Restoration of impaired functions after a stroke has a long period and the success of recovery depends, on the one hand, on the volume and location of the brain lesion, the severity of motor and cognitive impairments, on the other hand, on the position of the patient himself, the attitude of the patient’s personality to the disease and adherence to treatment. A patient’s stay in a hospital is associated with the social expectations of the staff for certain behavior of the patient: fulfilling the instructions of the attending physician, partnership with staff (physical therapy methodologist, speech therapist, occupational therapist, etc.), the patient’s activity, the formation of healthy lifestyle attitudes (giving up smoking, alcohol, fatty food, etc.), which can be called psychological conditions for rehabilitation. However, not all patients are ready to fulfill these rehabilitation conditions, which are targets for psychological correction. The tasks of psychological assistance should be focused on developing adherence to treatment, forming cooperative relationships with staff, and healthy lifestyle attitudes, which can contribute to restorative treatment and the prevention of recurrent stroke. Psychological assistance during individual and group work should be focused on providing emotional support, setting realistic and understandable goals for the patient, adequate to the patient’s capabilities, both in a hospital and clinic, which can ensure his active inclusion in the treatment process.

In education, the task is to create new, relevant textbooks on National history this also applies to textbooks on the "History of Medicine" and "Bioethics". The importance of the basic ethical categories (duty, responsibility, honor, justice, humanism, mercy, compassion) in medical deontology remains important, especially the question of the real implementation of these principles in the daily work of a doctor. The problem has become especially relevant in connection with the implementation of the SVO in Ukraine. Here the ethical categories of "duty" and "heroism" find an organic synthesis. The purpose of the study: To consider the deontological concepts of "duty" and "heroism" in the socio-historical aspect on the examples of the actions of Russian doctors in the SVO zone in Ukraine. New: In this work, for the first time in a scientific article, the principles of "medical duty" and "heroism of doctors" are analyzed based on the specifics of the SVO (Special Military Operation) in Ukraine, the study is based on media materials (TV, Internet, Russian newspapers). Thus, materials are offered for the creation of a new textbook on the "History of Medicine". The research methods used in writing the article: the principle of historicism allows us to consider events in development; - dialectics is a kind of discourse in understanding human behavior in an extreme situation; - hermeneutic analysis, consideration of categories in the context of events; sociological method – the study analyzes modern media. The current socio-political situation has contributed to the manifestation of the best qualities of the doctor's personality in special conditions. So, the biography of an ordinary person-a doctor, in fact, becomes a history textbook! The events in the SVO zone in Ukraine are a new page in National history, including in the history of medicine.

Education of Master's degree students at the Institute of Pharmacy is carried out under the educational program "Industrial Pharmacy". Training is oriented to practical activity and forms professional competencies. The purpose of training in the Master's program is to learn to control the requirements for the production of medicines in pharmaceutical production, to implement the rules of the pharmaceutical quality system of production and quality control of medicines, to improve the pharmaceutical quality system of production of medicines. The set goals in training are achievable with the introduction of interactive methods in the classroom. Master's degree teacher is obliged not only to be competent in the issues of the discipline he teaches, but also must improve the learning process according to the modern requirement of the time. Interactive learning is characterized by joint activity of students and teacher. One of the interactive teaching methods is a round table. At the round table class the student consolidates the previously acquired knowledge, expands it by supplementing the missing information, learns to solve problems in the course of discussion. For this purpose, the teacher creates comfortable conditions when all students are involved in the learning process, they understand the material of the topic, know it and think about solving the problem posed by the teacher in the class. The study analyzed the experience of conducting an interactive lesson in the form of a round table in the discipline of pharmaceutical chemistry and drug analysis. The authors conducted a questionnaire survey of master's degree students. According to the results of the survey it was found out that the use of interactive methods in the educational process increased the effectiveness of learning for the majority of students. Almost all master's students participated in the discussion at the class, even those who previously behaved passively in learning. The majority of students noted that their uncertainty in front of the audience disappeared, communication with the teacher and other students during the round table facilitated rapid and productive assimilation of the material. The results of the study can be used in the professional activities of university teachers.

This article is devoted to the development of functional literacy of Buryat students when teaching phrases in Buryat language lessons. The analysis of linguistic, psychological, didactic and methodological literature allowed us to determine the initial positions that are the theoretical basis for the formation of students' communicative skills to perceive and creatively use phrases in their textual functions. The study of a phrase involves the inclusion of two stages: a) the study of the structural and semantic properties of this unit (positions, connections, ways of expression, belonging to a type); b) the study of communicative properties (the existence of a phrase in the neighborhood of other units in a speech fragment). In the aspect of the formation of functional literacy in the lessons of the Buryat language, a system of exercises such as complex work with text, linguistic analysis of text, work with miniature texts, comparison of two texts and other types of work with texts, which are the most effective forms of work organization, is of great importance. When teaching phrases of the Buryat language, the authors propose the use of three types of exercises: language exercises for the correct construction of phrases of the Buryat language, pre-speech exercises for using this syntactic unit in the context (sentence), speech exercises for expressing their thoughts in a coherent text. This system of exercises for teaching phrases is based on a combination of language, pre-speech and speech exercises that contribute to mastering the structure and mechanism of constructing phrases, individual sentences and developing the skills to use them in creative speech activity. The authors come to the conclusion that the use of this system of exercises largely determines the conditions for the development of functional literacy among students, so that they can use the acquired knowledge, skills, and skills in life to be sociable, creative, creative personalities.

The motivation of employees is reflected in their behavior in the workplace and affects the results of the organization as a whole, if we are talking about helping specialists, then on the effectiveness of providing psychological assistance to the population. Understanding the factors that contribute to motivation can help administrators better manage their organization in terms of staff performance, staff turnover, etc. The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of professional motivation of helping professionals with different work experience. The sample was made up of psychologists working in centers of psychological, pedagogical and social assistance in Moscow, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region. A total of 60 people took part in the study, of which 30 people had work experience of up to 10 years and 30 had work experience of more than 10 years. The following methods were used in the study: the “Motivational Personality Profile” method by S. Ritchie and P. Martin, the method for diagnosing the socio-psychological attitudes of an individual in the motivational-need sphere by O.F. Potemkina, the “Diagnostics of the motivational structure of personality” method by V.E. Milman, a questionnaire for diagnosing the motives of professional activity of specialists by T.N. Frantseva. The study was conducted using an online service for creating feedback forms, online tests and surveys - Google Forms. When processing the results statically, methods of descriptive statistics and the nonparametric statistical criterion U-Mann Whitney and the correlation coefficient r-Spearman were used. Statistical data processing was carried out using the STATISTICA 10 software package. The study found that helping professionals with less than 10 years of experience are motivated to earn money, good working conditions and clear regulations are important to them, interaction with other people at work is situationally important, for them, work as such is not very important; power and influence are little expressed in the structure of their professional motivation. Helping specialists with more than 10 years of experience are focused on the activity itself, self-realization, self-improvement and obtaining public recognition; they do not need clear work regulations; receiving remuneration is not the leading motive for their activity.

At present, the issues of studying historical experience, restoring cultural and historical memory, articulating national-specific features and properly comprehending crucial events for the history of Russia are of particular importance. One of the universal and relevant sources here are literary and artistic works written by outstanding and recognized authors. A significant phenomenon in this regard is the revolution and its comprehensive study. Consideration of the concept of "revolution" in the epic "Red Wheel" and the journalistic works of A.I. Solzhenitsyn through cultural and philosophical synthesis is the purpose of this work. The methodological basis of the study was made up of both general scientific and interdisciplinary methods. During the work on the article, the author mainly turned to the cultural philosophical synthesis. According to the results of the study, the author comes to the conclusion that the concept of "revolution" is presented ambivalently in the epic "Red Wheel" (as a positive and negative event). As a positive event, the revolution is presented as a phenomenon of rare spiritual beauty, a continuous celebration of hearts, a musical and attractive event. At the same time, the revolution symbolizes the truth, the renunciation of arbitrariness, concretizes the truth, and also heals the people's soul. The revolution as a negative event is depicted in the narrative as robbery, chaos, cruelty, stupidity, a bloody explosion, characterized by a spontaneous and uncontrollable course. In the space of publicistic works, A. I. Solzhenitsyn also comprehensively comprehended the phenomenon of revolutions, dividing them into moral and physical. The writer considered moral revolutions an unexplored saving phenomenon, the only possible way of radical transformation, a symbol of evolution. Physical revolutions, on the contrary, undermine the historical process, as they are unnatural, pathogenic in nature, sow chaos, bring to life base instincts, the decline of morals, the disintegration of the family, universal hatred. Such revolutions are often born under the guise of denial of culture, morality and religion.

This article is devoted to the problem and solution of the communicative competence formation of younger schoolchildren in the process of teaching Buryat as a second language. Communicative competence doesn’t appear out of nowhere, it is formed. The basis of its formation is the experience of human communication. In order to confirm the scientific validity of the theoretical propositions put forward by us, the article theoretically substantiates and develops a system of exercises based on the principle of a communicative approach. A set of exercises for teaching dialogic or monologue speech, used in Buryat language lessons, are aimed to ensure that the child passes through the actions committed by a literary hero, learns to believe, make friends, love, analyze various life situations. This approach ensures the development of the student's speech, teaches to engage in dialogical disputes about the transformation of literary heroes, gives an excellent opportunity for the development of monologue speech. The actions that a student takes while performing an exercise can be conditionally divided into three groups: truly communicative or verbal, conditionally communicative or conditionally verbal, and constructive or linguistic. The purpose of these exercises is the consistent assimilation of lexical material in the process of forming skills, abilities, ultimately, communicative competence. The developed system of exercises is focused not only on improving and further developing the level of communicative competence, but also on developing the creative potential of students, their creative abilities.

In connection with the orientation of the educational paradigm to the development of the student's personality, there is a need to solve problems related to the formation of the student's information culture of personality, which allows him to understand the nature of information processes, their importance for self-improvement and the development of society, as well as to become a creator in his information behavior. The formation of the information culture of the personality of a student of a secondary school is impossible without the use of digital educational environment. This is particularly relevant in remote and hard-to-reach rural schools, since a digital educational environment can be built regardless of geographical location. This study is devoted to the practical implementation of the digital education model for the formation of students' information culture in the educational activities of the A.L. Bakhsyrov Killakh secondary School of the Olekminsky district of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The model contains the following structural components (blocks): targeted, meaningful, organizational and activity, evaluative and effective. The methodological foundations of the organization are system-activity, environmental and cultural approaches. When implementing the model, didactic principles of activity, continuity, integrity, variability and creativity are used. The paper presents the didactic possibilities of the digital educational environment (digital educational resource, online excursions, digital books, developing mobile computer games, animated films, school television, a school channel in a messenger, a mobile application for self-development), a structural and content model of digital education and a list of created products. The developed and implemented model of digital education for the formation of the information culture of schoolchildren has proven its effectiveness and can be implemented in other rural schools in Russia, provided that the digital infrastructure is sufficiently formed and innovations are accepted by teaching teams.

In 2023, the 105th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding writer, thinker, historian, researcher of cultural and philosophical aspects of Russian history, public figure Alexander Solzhenitsyn is celebrated (11.12.1918 – 03.08.2009). Literary and artistic works belonging to the pen of leading Russian writers are an important part of the national cultural and historical heritage. The inclusion in the research programs devoted to the study of the literary heritage of writers, issues related to their biography, promotes penetration into the creative laboratory of the masters of the word, as well as a more accurate understanding of the relevant literary and artistic works. Consideration of the relationship between the biography of A.I. Solzhenitsyn and his creative path is the purpose of this work. The research is based on general scientific methods and interdisciplinary methods of scientific cognition. During the work on the article, the author turned to cultural philosophical analysis, content analysis of scientific literature, as well as to the biographical method. According to the results of the study, the author comes to the conclusion that A. I. Solzhenitsyn lived with an understanding of his purpose, the title theme, developed and pondered the idea, architecture and content of his central work – the epic "Red Wheel", and when there was such an opportunity, he tirelessly implemented it. An important place in the biography of A. I. Solzhenitsyn was occupied by the Orthodox spiritual tradition, which was invariably reflected in his works. Naturally, in his journalistic works, the writer appealed to readers to live not by lies, limit themselves in external goods, believe in Divine Providence and its manifestations.

The influence of many external and internal factors, in particular psycho-emotional state, undoubtedly affects the cognitive, behavioral activity and the quality of learning of schoolchildren. Especially in adolescence, when the body undergoes great changes in both physiological and psychological development. The driving force in any behavioral activity is motivation. Studying and understanding the structure of schoolchildren's learning motivation makes it possible to develop new, scientifically based, effective pedagogical and psychological techniques for the correction and regulation of school performance. This paper studies the relationship between the properties of nervous processes, personality and situational anxiety with the structure of academic motivation of schoolchildren depending on gender identity. The study was conducted in secondary schools of Yakutsk among pupils of 7-8 grades aged 13.96±0.11 years in the number of 58 people (30 girls and 28 boys). The following methods were used in the study: determining the level of situational and personality anxiety C.D. Spielberger, the test "Diagnosis of the structure of schoolchildren's learning motivation by M.V. Matyukhina", measuring complex visual-motor reactions and tapping test in the APC "NS-Psychotest" (Ivanovo). The obtained results indicate that the largest number of schoolchildren is in a state of high level of anxiety. In this case, the properties of nervous processes correlate in girls with the level of situational anxiety, in boys - with the level of personal anxiety. The presence of gender differences in the dominance of educational motives has been revealed. Among girls the most significant are motivations not related to learning activities, among boys - related to the learning process itself. Also, the obtained results indicate the presence of reliable relationships between the level of anxiety and types of learning motivation. The greatest number of correlations was observed among boys.
