STRATEGIES FOR MODERN STUDENTS' BEHAVIOR IN CONFLICT SITUATIONS 现代学生在冲突情况下的行为策略

Scientific interest in the study of modern man's behaviour in conflict situations is not decreasing taking into account the current social conditions. The article presents the results of empirical study of modern students' behaviour strategies in conflict situations. The study using the questionnaire "Strategies of Behaviour in Conflict Situations" by K. Thomas and R. Kilmann (adapted by N.V. Grishina) involved 392 students of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Mari State University" of different courses and faculties. The obtained results indicate that with all the variety of strategies of behaviour in conflict situations, more than half of the students (51.7%) give preference to productive ways - compromising (every third) and collaborating (almost every fifth); only one out of ten is inclined to use competing. 13.6% of students apply different strategies, i.e. they are capable of variability and flexibility of behaviour depending on the situation. The analysis of the expression of each strategy showed the dominance of the middle level (except competing): more than a third of students (38%) have a high level of accommodating, every fourth has a high level of avoiding, and every fifth has high levels of collaborating and competing. The findings are useful for effective conflict prevention and mediation in student groups.

TYPES OF PERSONALITY ORIENTATION OF MODERN SCHOOL TEACHERS: EMPIRICAL RESEARCH 现代学校教师的个性取向类型:实证研究

The orientation of the teacher's personality which determines his/her moral appearance and behavior is the most important basis for understanding the true motives of his/her activity, since its positive pole is a necessary condition for professional development and effectiveness. The article presents the results of an empirical study of the peculiarities of the orientation of teachers of modern secondary schools. 215 teachers of two educational institutions of St. Petersburg took part in the study using the method of personality orientation diagnostics by of V. Smekal and M. Kucer. The results obtained indicate that almost half (48%) of the teachers of the studied sample have a collectivist orientation of personality (for interaction), every third (34%) has a business orientation (for a task), only 18% are focused on themselves (motives of personal well-being). Despite the decreasing tendency of the intensity of teachers' focus on interaction and the increasing number of teachers with a focus on the task as the length of their experience increases, no significant changes in pedagogical orientation at different stages of professionalization were revealed. This makes it possible to characterize the orientation of the personality of teachers of a modern school as a stable construct reflecting the specifics of the activity performed. The results obtained can be useful for the development of educational and correctional-developmental programs for the professional development of teachers, as well as for monitoring the effectiveness of the organization of their work in an educational institution.application into the educational process.

At the moment, one of the most common causes of morbidity and mortality is coronary heart disease, which determines the need to develop methods for its diagnosis. Among diagnostic methods, non-invasive methods occupy a special place, in particular, determination of myocardial perfusion. One of the “gold standards” for assessing cardiac muscle perfusion is positron emission tomography combined with computed tomography (PET/CT) with 82Rb-chloride. Recently, attempts have been actively made to introduce the use of artificial intelligence in a variety of areas of medical clinical practice, including the development of medical decision support systems, as well as neural networks for assessing the results of diagnostic studies. In particular, there is information about attempts to use artificial intelligence in assessing myocardial perfusion using PET/CT with 82Rb-chloride. This paper analyzes the possibilities and prospects for using artificial intelligence in assessing the results of PET/CT with 82Rb-chloride. The use of well-trained neural networks and machine learning algorithms can significantly increase the accuracy of diagnosing coronary heart disease by improving the quality of images, analyzing the data obtained, or calculating characteristics and indicators, the quantitative interpretation of which may be difficult for a doctor. Neural networks are able to take into account in the prognosis both clinical and anamnestic data and additional parameters determined from research data, which the doctor may not pay attention to, which determines the relevance and prospects for the use of artificial intelligence in relation to the interpretation of 82Rb-PET/CT results.

The relevance of the study lies in the sphere of formation of legal consciousness and prevention of its deformation using pedagogical methods of legal training, education and development in the educational process. At present, when society is faced with rapid sociocultural and technological changes, it is important to understand how a person's legal consciousness can be formed more effectively through pedagogical methods. The purpose of the study - conduct an analysis of effective methods for forming legal consciousness within the framework of the educational process, highlight key aspects that contribute to the education of law-abiding citizens and the formation of a sustainable legal outlook, worldview and worldview in the educational environment. Research methodology. In this article, to systematize theoretical and empirical data on the problem of forming legal consciousness through the educational process, the method of analyzing scientific and methodological literature is used. To identify the main advantages and problems associated with the development of legal training, education and development in the educational process, a descriptive method is used. When considering examples of successful practices in legal education and countering the deformation of legal consciousness, the method of analysis and generalization of pedagogical experience is used. Results. The article discusses current methods and strategies used in educational institutions for the effective formation of legal consciousness among students. Particular attention is paid to the influence of legal education on the prevention of deviations of legal consciousness and the correction of its deformation. The role of educational programs in creating a conscious attitude towards the law is explored, and factors contributing to the deformation of the legal consciousness of students are identified. The article discusses problems associated with the information environment and media literacy that affect the perception of laws. The presented analysis allows us to identify key strategies and techniques that contribute to the sustainable and balanced development of legal consciousness in the educational environment. Conclusion. The article provides practical recommendations for educational organizations in order to optimize the processes of forming legal consciousness, ensuring effective prevention and countering the deformation of legal values in the modern educational context.

One of the trends in modern education is its focus on the widespread use of online resources. Often, users of online educational applications prefer to study on their own instead of going to classes at universities or specialized educational institutions. This process raises the question about the quality of such education. When searching for an answer to this question, special attention should be paid to applications for learning foreign languages, since learning another language is a complex process that requires the correct organization of educational material. The paper examines the effectiveness of using online applications in the process of learning Russian by foreign speakers at the initial stage of education. The study was conducted using the language learning app Duolingo due to the fact that it is one of the most popular apps of its type. During the study, an analysis of the thematic content of the Duolingo application was carried out in comparison with the elementary lexical minimum for the Russian language, as well as the State Standard for the Russian language at level A1. The study of the potential of the Duolingo application involved conducting a survey of students of Peoples' Friendship University of Russia named after Patrice Lumumba who are studying Russian at the initial stage. Analysis of the survey results and thematic content of the application in comparison with leading educational publications allows the authors to conclude that this application cannot act as the only resource for learning the Russian language but can be integrated into the educational process. In this regard, the work proposes conditions for integrating the application into the educational process.

Currently, a new system of primary education is being implemented: there have been changes in the main regulatory documents for primary schools, as well as new programs have been drawn up, for example, the Federal Educational Program of Primary General Education (FOP NOO). Within the framework of these changes, as well as the modern life of the younger student, the distinctive feature of which is the implementation of dialog speech mainly on the Internet, it is necessary to transform the process of speech development of students. In this regard, this study is devoted to the organization of work on the development of speech of younger schoolchildren in Russian lessons. The main requirements for the implementation of the learning process in primary school are determined, taking into account the FOP NOO, the planned results within the section "Speech development". The main directions of the implementation of the content of the section, taking into account the age characteristics of younger schoolchildren, are also presented. In addition, the text of the article reflects the methods of work in the content of topics and sections of the subject, as well as the main features of the implementation of the process of speech development, taking into account age characteristics, topics and concepts studied within the section, as well as the planned subject, meta-subject and personal results achieved by an elementary school graduate. The techniques are presented in the content of the study in separate blocks, within each of them various options for their implementation are presented. For example, work on the structure of the text includes the selection of the necessary information for the creation of the text (excluding secondary), determining the course of development of the action in the content of the text, the selection of formulations for the points of the plan from the proposed, discussion of the features of the construction of the text of the future essay in accordance with the type.

The article presents the need for the organization of advanced training courses in the direction of improving the level of information competence of physical education teachers in secondary schools of Yakutia. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the conduct of advanced training courses aimed at developing the information competence of teachers of physical education in schools of Yakutia by means of digital technologies. The research method is based on the use of the method of expert assessments and statistical processing of quantitative research results. The experiment involved more than 120 teachers of physical education by correspondence, who took advanced training courses on the basis of NEFU and CHGIFKIS from 12 uluses of the republic. As part of the implementation of planned advanced training courses, a characteristic feature of which is the availability of a material and technical base for providing the network and the Internet, a variety of platforms and territorial location. The overwhelming majority of schools in Yakutia are rural (more than 70%), since they function and work in rural settlements. The article updates scientific and methodological approaches to the study of the use of digital technologies and applications conducted for advanced training courses. The research conducted among physical education teachers justifiably testifies to the need to take into account the peculiarities of the educational environment of schools in Yakutia in the development of information competence of physical education teachers. The significance of the study lies in the development of the information competence of part-time physical education teachers using digital technologies and resources in the light of the new requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard.

This article discusses the theoretical aspects of the interaction of a teacher of a preschool educational organization and parents (legal representatives) in the education of a culture of safe behavior of children. The relevance of the problem under consideration is due to the tasks of the state policy in the field of education, where one of the most important is declared – the upbringing of the younger generation. The Federal State Program of Preschool Education (FOP) and the Federal State Educational Standard of Preschool Education (FGOS) define modern guidelines for building relationships between a preschool educational organization and the families of pupils. Among the basic principles of preschool education, the cooperation of the kindergarten with the family is distinguished. One of the most important tasks solved in these documents is to provide psychological and pedagogical support to the family and to increase the competence of parents in the development and education of children, protection and strengthening of their health [2, p. 3]. This determines the need to choose means and methods in the upbringing of children, which must begin with the first level of education - preschool childhood. It is at this level of formation of a future citizen that it is necessary to form a conscious and responsible attitude to personal safety and the safety of people around him, as well as reasonable actions in problematic situations. The most important acquisition of preschool age is the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and consistent behavior that ensures a safe existence in this environment. The authors of the article analyzed the different points of view of scientists on the problem of interaction, presented the forms, methods and means of interaction between teachers and parents, revealed the various social roles of parents in the upbringing of children

This article traces the events taking place in the field of design education related to the emergence of VNIITE (All-Union Research Institute of Technical Aesthetics) during the Khrushchev thaw in the early 60s of the twentieth century. The purpose of the article is to analyze the influence of VNIITE on the formation and development of domestic design education in the system of higher professional education in terms of training designers, which is undoubtedly relevant to the current reform of higher education. In the process of writing this study, the author used the following scientific methods: systematic analysis of official documents, in particular official educational documents, analysis of historical documents during the Khrushchev thaw, synthesis of theoretical and practical works of designers of the 60-70 years of the last century. The researcher set a goal to see the reasons for the origin and subsequent implementation of educational programs for training designers in order to analyze the current situation of reforming higher education. The result of the work is an exhaustive analysis of the work of VNIITE in the period under study, with the possible inclusion in the content of today's education in terms of training professional designers, the main ideas of the work of this unique institution. In the author's opinion, rethinking the rich experience of the All-Union Research Institute of Technical Aesthetics will help today's researchers to see more clearly the prospects for the development of design education in the post-industrial period of modernity. Further, the author will continue his historical research work concerning the formation and development of domestic design education up to the present time. The article may be of interest to all those who are interested in the history of the emergence and development of design education in Russia.

The need to introduce children to generally accepted norms and rules of relationships with peers and adults (in society), to develop skills of reasonable behavior in everyday life and nature, is noted in the Federal Educational Program of PE, which has come into force in September 2023. Preschool childhood is considered one of the most important periods in the formation of a fully developed personality. It is at this level of formation of the future citizen that the foundations of intellectual, moral, physical development are laid, and familiarization with universal human values and culture occurs. The most important acquisition of preschool age is the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and appropriate behavior that ensures a safe existence in this environment. The combination of the regulatory framework (FSES DO and FOP DO), which regulates the formation of children’s ideas about life safety and rules of behavior and the age characteristics of preschoolers, allowing them to master these ideas, ensures the need and opportunity to cultivate a culture of safe behavior in children of this age. Preschool teachers must create conditions for nurturing in children an interest in household appliances and household items, and the rules for their use; understanding and observing the rules of safe behavior at home, on the street, in nature. Based on the foregoing, it can be argued that fostering a culture of safe behavior is considered a priority task for society, the state, in general, and for the preschool education system, in particular. The article makes an attempt to highlight the theoretical issues of such an important pedagogical problem as fostering a culture of safe behavior in preschool children.

The most important acquisition of preschool age is the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and appropriate behavior that ensures a safe existence in this environment. The combination of the regulatory framework (FSES DO and FOP DO), which regulates the formation of children’s ideas about life safety and rules of behavior and the age characteristics of preschoolers, allowing them to master these ideas, ensures the need and opportunity to cultivate a culture of safe behavior in children of this age. Preschool teachers must create conditions for nurturing in children an interest in household appliances and household items, and the rules for their use; understanding and observing the rules of safe behavior at home, on the street, in nature. Based on the foregoing, it can be argued that fostering a culture of safe behavior is considered a priority task for society, the state, in general, and for the preschool education system, in particular.
