Olympiads of schoolchildren play an important role in identifying the most talented students, motivate them to study the discipline in depth, develop a creative approach to solving non-standard tasks, and play a leading role in the formation of highly professional scientific personnel of the country. The faculty of natural science education of Yakovlev University has been participating in the organization and holding of the regional stage of the all-Russian olympiad of schoolchildren in biology since 2016 and is the basis for organizing training camps. The analysis of the results of the regional stage of the all-Russian olympiad of schoolchildren in biology in the Chuvash Republic during this period will allow to adjust the system of teaching schoolchildren and increase the effectiveness of participation in the olympiad. The purpose of this study is to study the results of the regional stage of the all-Russian olympiad of schoolchildren in Biology in the Chuvash Republic in 2016-2022. Materials and methods. The analysis of the effectiveness of the performance of schoolchildren of the Chuvash Republic in the stages of the olympiad in biology was carried out on the basis of data obtained during the stages of the olympiad in biology by the chairman and members of the jury, as well as provided for analysis by the center «Etker» of the Ministry of Education of Chuvashia. Data analysis was carried out using the program and Statistica 7.0. Results. The paper presents the experience of the regional stage of the all-Russian olympiad of schoolchildren in biology in the Chuvash Republic in 2016-2022 and the prospects for improving the effectiveness of the participation of schoolchildren at the final stage. The analysis of the data showed that starting from 2018 to 2020, the proportion of students completing tasks in both theoretical and practical rounds has significantly increased. The decrease in the percentage of correctly completed tasks in 2021 and 2022 can be attributed to the fact that in these years the training camps were held more in a remote format, the regularity of school attendance depended on the students being in quarantine, in addition, there was no possibility of inviting the jury members of the final stage to prepare students for the regional stage of the all-Russian olympiad.

At present, as a result of the expansion of the use of the development of information and computer technologies, the increase in the situation of uncertainty in various spheres of a person's life (social, economic, professional), the problem of the formation and development of future specialists, which is directly related to their readiness for professional activity, is becoming more and more urgent. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze differences in the structure of psychological readiness for professional activity among students at different stages of study at a university. The study involved students of the Faculty of Law of The Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia (St. Petersburg) in the amount of 107 people. To study the components of psychological readiness were used: the technique "Who am I?" M. Kuhn and T. McPartland (translated and adapted by T.V. Rumyantseva), S. Schwartz’s method for studying personality values, R. Cattell’s method of multifactorial personality research (187), method of studying professional identity statuses (A.A. Azbel, A.G. Gretsov) and the methodology for diagnosing the socio-psychological attitudes of the individual in the motivational-demand sphere of O.F. Potemkina. The following methods were used to process the data obtained in the study: descriptive statistics, comparative statistics (parametric statistical tests of Student's t-test and non-parametric statistical test of U-Mann Whitney). Mathematical data processing was carried out using the Statistica package (Version 10). The study found that students of the 1st and 4th courses have the most pronounced socio-psychological attitudes “Orientation to freedom”, “Orientation to the process” and “Orientation to the result”, statistically significant differences were found only in the indicator “Orientation to the result”. The subjects are characterized by a similar personality profile, and statistically significant differences between the samples were established only for the indicator G - moral normativity. In the student environment, values that reflect personal success are more important than the interests of the group. Statistically significant differences were found only in the "Conformity" indicator. In the study of the cognitive component, it was found that the largest number of self-descriptions refer to the personal identity of students of both courses, to personal qualities, character traits, to an individual style of behavior ( "Reflexive Self").

This paper considers the concept of telematic art in transhumanism. In the framework of the development of transhumanistic design (the projects “Primo Posthuman” by N. Vita-More), where the ideas and methods of technological art are implemented, including the art of new media, one of the first varieties was telematic art or, more broadly, media art. Its pioneers, in particular, Roy Ascott, enthusiastically speak about the transhumanist project “human enhancement” picturing it as an opportunity to implement the potential of telematic art, taking into account the growing influence of digital and other telecommunication technologies. The paper also discusses main directions and ideas of such a convergence from the point of view of philosophy and the history of art, highlights a common component – the convergence of the gnostic interpretation of matter with the ideas of planetary consciousness, the theory of a simulated universe, the theory of emergence, and the postmodern interpretation of nature as a kind of general metaphor that has a finite shelf life and should be removed from the modern discourse as irrelevant. R. Ascott suggests abandoning the term “art” and using the term “connectivism” instead. Furthermore, the transhumanists’s arguments come down to a simple substitution, according to the principle “an irrelevant metaphor is replaced by a relevant one”, i.e. a more convenient one (the old interpretation of nature is replaced by the new concept of “nature II”, which means a radically transformed natural environment, i.e., in fact, an artificial environment). This methodological framework is connected with the fact that, according to transhumanists, only artificial life will develop in the future, so there is no place for “a natural man”. The article provides a critical analysis of possible consequences of the reduction of art to the technological sphere and serving the goals of transhumanism.

The relevance of the issue of identifying the genealogical self among all the population of the country is the requirement of post-Soviet period. Now it is time to pass this vital need of all the gained experience by current generation to next. Is 30 years enough to rooting genealogical culture of the nation? Are young parents and families aware of how to teach genealogical competences their children? The same questions are on the agenda of our education system. Taking into consideration the mentioned questions, this study aims to analyze the state of public education system and the family institution in terms of the questions about formation and developing the genealogical culture of personality. To achieve the aim of the study, the authors used traditional general scientific methods applied in humanitarian fields: a review of literature and sources, sociological methods, logical analysis, analogy, generalization, systematization. The results showed that the process under study based on the research goes to a greater extent by itself, without a purposeful, strategic approach to this most important area of inculturation of growing members of society, mainly due to the aggravated urgency of the problem. The practical significance and, to some extent, the theoretical value of the article lies in the consideration of the methodological side of solving the problem the authors attempted to answer the question "How to form?" genealogical component of personal culture.

The work is devoted to the actual problem of studying social intelligence as a socio-psychological construct that influences the processes of modeling effective communication and achieving goals in activities. Based on the purpose of the study, which is to review theoretical approaches to the study of social intelligence, a description is given of the main scientific approaches to understanding the content of social intelligence: general psychological, factor-analytical, psychometric, structural-genetic, cognitive and ethno-psychological. The analysis made it possible to single out common essential grounds in understanding the content of social intelligence: as a complex general ability, characterized by structure and a set of cognitive, emotional and behavioral components, the subject of which is the prediction of one's own actions and the actions of other people in various situations of interaction; as a personal education associated with the performance of certain activities and the level of development of general intelligence. Particular attention is paid to the ethnopsychological approach to the study of social intelligence, which is due to scientific interest in the problem of ethnocultural characteristics of social intelligence. The influence of the social environment, including the ethnic community, within which the socialization of the individual takes place, on the development of social intelligence is emphasized. It is noted that social thinking and social representations and laws, stereotypes, cognitive schemes established in society have an impact on the formation of a person's social intelligence. The article provides the author's understanding of social intelligence as a structural psychological formation that contributes to the socialization of the individual, ensures adaptation in society and influences the effectiveness and success of social interaction. The functions of social intelligence are also given: cognitive-evaluative, communicative-value and reflective-corrective. The applied significance of the results of this study is to substantiate the initial positions of the authors to develop an empirical research program to study the ethnocultural characteristics of social intelligence.

The modern education system puts forward new requirements for the education and upbringing of children with special health opportunities. Inclusion provides an opportunity for children with HIA to receive education, involves a rethinking of society's attitude towards children with HIA, recognition of their rights equal to other children. Also, inclusion is the full development and self-realization of children with disabilities and the development of social skills. To solve the tasks set by the government and society, there is a need for psychological and pedagogical education of inclusive education both at the level of schools and educational institutions, and in the general public. The main role in the education of children with disabilities is given to teachers who need to be competently included in the process of training and upbringing of all participants in the process, as well as to ensure a high-quality educational process organized taking into account the individual capabilities of everyone. In addition, the teacher should know the specifics of the development of children with disabilities, their motives and needs, to draw up a competent adapted educational program, which will be the basis for the educational process of children. In addition to the teacher, the process of education and education includes specialists in the support of the educational process, namely: a teacher-psychologist, a defectologist and a speech therapist, the purpose of which is to accompany children with disabilities, their socialization, correction and development of deficits. They, including the teacher-psychologist, need to build correctional and developmental work with children based on their knowledge and experience, as well as on the experience of other psychologists and scientists working in this area.

This article considers and analyzes a new type of messages containing unreliable information, which in mass communication received the name "fake", as well as potential generatives of fake, the features of the operation of the mechanisms for its creation, translation and perception by the mass consciousness, which is largely carried out as a result of purposeful influence on the sphere of emotions of a modern person. Particular attention is paid to the demand and circulation of fakes in the mechanisms for broadcasting advertising and propaganda messages, as well as the functional role of fakes in the implementation of the intentions of the creators of advertising or propaganda containing false information. Fake is conceived, reproduced and replicated in the expectation of a purposeful impact on the sphere of emotions of its potential recipients. A fake must certainly have the property of "catching" emotions, and being held through them in perception in order to then, like a virus, unleash an epidemic of real "emotional infection". The mass distribution of fake messages became possible only against the background of a combination of technogenic globalization of the world information space and an artificially organized reference crisis within it. Based on the results of the study, the origins of the emotional appeal of fake messages are identified and analyzed, and the conditions under which this effect manifests itself most clearly are considered. In conclusion, such concepts as technogenic globalization of the information space, fake news, fact-checking and crisis of reference are explored.

Economic psychology, as one of the directions of economic science, analyzes human behavior in society in terms of a choice between efficiency and fairness, profit and honor, needs and values, etc. The economic behavior of an individual is a complex process of choosing from a variety of alternatives in order to find the most rational or satisfactory result of activity. At the same time, external and internal factors limiting a person's choice for making such a decision are considered. An economic person is faced with the task of achieving the maximum possible result of activity in certain conditions of existence on the basis of determining a specific set of benefits, information on minimizing risks and monitoring the behavior of participants in economic activity. Choosing the optimal solution in the conditions of receiving a huge amount of information is complicated due to its change over time. At the same time, the search for new information leads to significant time expenditures, the choice of options for actions is carried out by the mechanisms of habit, tradition or routine. The behavior of individuals, their desire to maximize their own benefits to the detriment of the position of other individuals is expressed in the fact that economic entities try to minimize costs and losses by developing certain rules, norms of behavior, including coercive measures against those who violate them. The choice of the range of available alternative behaviors by the subject assumes, in general, from the point of view of the theory of adaptive rationality, two behavioral aspects. On the one hand, the subject must make decisions in the existing institutional environment, where there are prerequisites that influence the selection process. On the other hand, the subject also has the opportunity to choose not only between behaviors within the same institutional structure, but also, through real actions, to choose between different institutions. The main behavioral prerequisites of institutionalism include limited rationality, polymotivation and opportunism.

The paper deals with topical issues of developing additional professional advanced training programs for specialists in several specialties with a secondary pharmaceutical and medical education. For many years, postgraduate medical and pharmaceutical education provided for a one-time advanced training of specialists over a five-year period. At the same time, such a training format lasting, as a rule, 144 hours, hardly allowed the student to master a significant amount of relevant professional information accumulated by science and practice over the past five years. It is obvious that the current pace of development of domestic healthcare in general and pharmacy, in particular, the emergence and active use of innovative educational technologies, the existing need for pharmaceutical personnel to regularly receive updated and systematized professional knowledge could not but lead to the transformation of the previously existing model of postgraduate education. However, to date, two inextricably linked components of this process have been clearly defined: the introduction of continuing medical and pharmaceutical education and the accreditation of specialists. Moreover, in the current conditions, continuous education is becoming a necessary condition for the formation of a portfolio and admission to the accreditation procedure for a specialist, while accreditation serves as a fundamental licensing tool for professional activities. An active participant in the continuing medical and pharmaceutical education system are educational organizations that have been delegated the functions of developing and implementing additional professional advanced training programs. The purpose of this work was to popularize the experience of the Department of Pharmacy of the Kuban State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia in the development of additional educational programs for specialists with medical and pharmaceutical education. The methodological basis for the process of developing a development of additional educational programs for specialists with medical and pharmaceutical education was the professional competencies presented in the Federal State Educational Standards in the specialty "Pharmacy", Nursing, Federal State Educational Standards "General Medicine", Federal State Educational Standards "Obstetrics" and labor functions given in the relevant professional standards. On the example of additional professional advanced training programs developed at the Department of Pharmacy of the Kuban State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia, modern approaches are shown that allow harmonizing their content with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standards for medical and pharmaceutical specialties with professional standards "Pharmacist", "Nursing Organization Specialist", "Nurse/Nurse Brother", "Midwife", "Nurse Anesthetist", "Paramedic".
