Este trabajo analiza tres nuevas inscripciones romanas de tipo funerario procedentes de la zona de Lara de los Infantes. En dos de ellos se presenta una expresión de identificación personal mediante doble idiónimo, algo característico del Valle del Duero y muy común en la epigrafía de este entorno y que permiten datarlas en el s. I d. C. El tercer testimonio epigráfico, es un interesante fragmento que ofrece una nueva constatación de Reburrus, un antropónimo hispánico escasamente representado en la zona de Lara de los Infantes. Son tres nuevos restos, en suma, procedentes de un entorno tan enormemente rico en hallazgos epigráficos como tradicionalmente falto de intervenciones que expliquen estos.AbstractThis work analyzes three new Roman funerary inscriptions from the area of Lara de los Infantes. La dirección de los paquidermos por el general púnico ha sido asimilada por la historiografía directamente del relato de las fuentes clásicas sin ninguna pregunta científica.Hispania, el Ródano, los Alpes, Trebia, los Apeninos y Zama se presentan como los principales contextos donde nuestra investigación se desarrolla para esclarecer el verdadero papel y desempeño de estos animales en el ejército de Aníbal.AbstractIn the present work it is intended to analyze the relationship and employment of the elephants by Hannibal Barca. En el presente trabajo se analizan unas excepcionales series monetales acuñadas a finales del siglo II y principios del III d.C., a nombre dos de las «emperatrices sirias» que más poder alcanzaron dentro de la dinastía Severa: Julia Domna y su sobrina Julia Mamea. Además de estudiar todo lo relativo a sus diseños y leyendas, se intentará averiguar los motivos que originaron estas series tan especiales.AbstractIn the present work we analyze some exceptional monetary series minted at the end of the II century and the beginning of the III AD, in the name of two of the most powerful «Syrian empresses» of the Severan dynasty: Julia Domna and Julia Mamea. Tradicionalmente, las ánforas de aceite de oliva Dressel 20 se han fechado explícitamente a través de diversos medios, siendo los más comunes, el estudio de la epigrafía asociada: sellos, titulus pictus o grafito, el análisis tipológico del objeto o el contexto arqueológico. El estudio de los diversos campamentos militares con líneas de tiempo bien definidas nos permite establecer varias propuestas de citas para aquellas marcas conocidas de recipientes de alimentos que faltaban, cronología hasta el momento.AbstractTraditionally, the olive oil amphoras Dressel 20 have been explicitly dated through various means, the most common being the class of associated epigraphy: stamps, titulus pictus or graphite, the typological analysis of the object, or the archaeological context. In the present work, we propose new dates for some stamps of amphorae based on the stratigraphic chronology of the roman military camps.During the last years, under the EPNet Project (ERC-2013-ADG-340 828), we did a review of the materials contained in the CEIPAC database. En el presente trabajo, proponemos nuevas dataciones para algunas de los sellos impresos sobre las ánforas en función de la cronología estratigráfica de los campamentos militares romanos.Durante los últimos años, en el marco del proyecto EPNet (ERC-2013-ADG-340 828), hicimos una revisión de los materiales contenidos en la base de datos del CEIPAC. El estudio de los diversos campamentos militares con líneas de tiempo bien definidas nos permite establecer varias propuestas de citas para aquellas marcas conocidas de recipientes de alimentos que faltaban, cronología hasta el momento.AbstractTraditionally, the olive oil amphoras Dressel 20 have been explicitly dated through various means, the most common being the class of associated epigraphy: stamps, titulus pictus or graphite, the typological analysis of the object, or the archaeological context. In the present work, we propose new dates for some stamps of amphorae based on the stratigraphic chronology of the roman military camps.During the last years, under the EPNet Project (ERC-2013-ADG-340 828), we did a review of the materials contained in the CEIPAC database. La importancia de ubicar correctamente Laci(ni)murga afecta a otros aspectos de importancia para el entendimiento de la geografía peninsular romana como la administración del territorio y la jurisdicción provincial. La división de su planteamiento geográfico pensándola como una única ciudad o dos ciudades homónimas ha sido un tema sobre el que no se había reflexionado lo suficiente. La revisión de la documentación literaria, epigráfica y paleotoponímica, además de las menciones históricas, me han permitido concluir en la tesis de que sólo hubo una única ciudad con dicho nombre que fue promocionada en época cesariana y que perteneció a la Baetica y al conventus Cordubensis.The importance of placing Laci(ni)murga correctly concerns other vital aspects for understanding the geography of the Iberian Peninsula such as territorial administration and jurisdiction of provinces under the aegis of Rome. The two main trends are the idea of only one city or the hypothesis of two homonym places, but, in my opinion, it was a topic that has not been analysed in deep. The review of all the documents regarding this city (classical sources, epigraphy, paleotoponyms and historic quotations of this area) has allowed me to conclude that there was a unique city with this name. This oppidum was promoted under Caesar and belonged to the province of Baetica and the conventus Cordubensis.
