Lesson study dengan penilaian kinerja dalam praktik lapangan konseling kelompok untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa calon konselor 学生研究与小组咨询领域实践绩效考核,以提高学生未来辅导的能力

This study aims to improve the ability to manage the practice of group counseling in students through a Lesson Study with performance assessment. The subjects of this study were 42 students in the Guidance and Counseling department. This research was conducted with lesson study in three cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings of practical activities in schools in the stages of the plan, do and see. Lesson study activities were carried out in three secondary schools in Singaraja, Bali, involving school counselors as observers and supervisors. The data in this study in the form of student learning outcomes of group counseling practice were obtained through performance assessment with a guided observation method using the rubric of assessing skills in managing group counseling. The data in this study were analyzed descriptively quantitatively, then compared with the criteria for the success of the action using a reference on a scale of five. The results showed that the application of the lesson study method with performance assessments in group counseling practices has increased the ability of prospective counselor students in group counseling practices. The results of this study recommend the implementation of a lesson study with performance assessment as a model for improving the ability to manage group counseling for prospective counselor students.

Fear of missing out mahasiswa; analisis gender, akses internet, dan tahun masuk universitas 害怕错过学生;性别分析、互联网接入和大学入学日期

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi  kondisi fear of missing out (FoMO) mahasiswa, dan FoMO berdasarkan gender, tahun masuk mahasiswa, serta akses internet perhari. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 202 mahasiswa (laki-laki = 22; perempuan = 174), individu yang menjadi sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dengan tahun masuk yang bervariasi (Tahun 2019 = 85, 2020 = 67, dan 2021 = 50). Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen FoMO (19 item), realiabilitas instrument FoMO sbesar (.98) pada kategori sangat baik. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan bantuan perangkat lunak JASP. Temuan pada penelitian menunjukkan fear of missing out mahasiswa berada pada kategori sedang dengan nilai 61,39%. Selain itu, kondisi fear of missing out menunjukkan mahasiswa laki-laki maupun perempuan tidak ada perbedaan, karena laki-laki dan perempuan sama khawatirnya saat kehilangan akses internetdan kecenderungan akses internet yang digunakan mahasiswa perhari lebih dari 6 Jam.

Motivasi belajar sejarah kebudayaan islam (MBSKI) scale: mengukur sifat psikometri dengan rasch measurement tool (RMT) 学习伊斯兰文化史(MBSKI)量表的动机:使用轻率测量工具(RMT)测量心理测量特性

Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk memvalidasi dengan mengukur sifat psikometri Motivasi Belajar Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (MBSK) scale. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei yang melibatkan 124 siswa MTs yang terdiri dari 46 (37.1%) laki-laki dan 78 (62.9%) perempuan. Dalam penelitian ini Model Rasch digunakan untuk mengukur sifat psikometri, peneliti menggunakan program komputer WINSTEP4.7.0 untuk melakukan model pengukuran rasch, analisis yang dilakukan adalah mengukur objective measurement, reliability and separation index, threshold: partial credit model, estimation validity through principal component analysis, person measure, dan item measure. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan MBSKI scale memenuhi aspek pengukuran psikometrik, dengan nilai reliabilitas item sangat bagus (.97) dan reliabilitas person yang baik (.85) untuk kondisi pengukuran motivasi belajar sejarah kebudayaan islam. Selain itu, item-item pada MBSKI scale sudah mewakili untuk mengukur motivasi belajar Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam, dikonfirmasi oleh nilai raw dari varians 34.4%. Selanjutnya, MBSKI scale memiliki validitas yang stabil dan dapat digunakan untuk mengukur semangat dalam belajar sejarah kebudayaan islam, gigih menghadapi kesulitan belajar sejarah kebudayaan islam, penunjang untuk mempelajari mata pelajaran keagamaan, penunjang untuk mempelajari ilmu agama, memiliki hasil belajar yang baik dalam mata pelajaran sejarah kebudayaan islam, memahami sejarah kebudayaan islam, ketertarikan belajar sejarah kebudayaan islam dan senang belajar sejarah kebudayaan islam.

The analysis of students’ reading and writing difficulties in learning english at universitas kristen indonesia 印尼克斯滕大学学生英语阅读和写作困难分析

This study aims to analyse the students' reading and writing difficulties in learning English, and it was conducted at Universitas Kristen Indonesia. The design of this study is a quantitative study with a survey design. The study data were collected by distributing the questionnaire to 80 students of Universitas Kristen Indonesia. The study instrument covered the students' background, reading difficulties, writing difficulties, and perceptions of their lecturers' teaching. The data of the study were analysed using SPSS 7.5. The weakness of students in mastering reading and writing ability affects their potential and motivation in mastering various other skills in the English language. The study results showed that all respondents agreed that the factors of ability and creativity of lecturers could change the perception and awareness that they also have the potential to succeed in learning. Then it is concluded that in a collaboration involving the school management, it is hoped to build a conducive school climate, and a safe school environment can stimulate motivated students to continue learning.

Kesejahteraan psikologis (psychological wellbeing) berkaitan dengan penilaian individu terhadap dirinya berdasarkan pemenuhan fungsi psikologis positif. Kesejahteraan psikologis digambarkan sebagai kombinasi dari keadaan-keadaan yang berdampak positif dan berfungsi secara optimal dalam kehidupan baik secara individu maupun sosial. Hidup membiara adalah suatu bentuk hidup yang dibaktikan dan dipilih secara bebas yang terwujud dalam penghayatan kaul-kaul kebiaraan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kesejahteraan psikologis dalam hidup membiara dan upaya-upaya konstruktif untuk mengembangkannya. The antecedent and consequences of resistance to social media adoption in SMEs 中小企业抵制采用社交媒体的前因和后果

This study aims to analyze the resistance to social media adoption in SMEs that have limited resources and experienced a decline in sales due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Social Media adoption resistance is observed from inadequate resources, usage barriers, and weak government support. These SMEs are also faced with the condition that they are forced to adopt S.M. to save their marketing performance which cannot be done conventionally but must utilize digital technology. The research method used is a survey using a questionnaire. The respondents observed were 230 SMEs in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The data analysis technique uses a structural model approach with SEM-PLS. This research finds that resistance to social media adoption is influenced by a lack of resources and weak government support for SMEs. As a result, the marketing performance of SMEs is declining, and the business innovation model is not working. SMEs remain in a slump if they do not apply digital technology and utilize social media. This original study discusses SMEs still resistant to adopting S.M. The respondents of this research are also SMEs forced to adopt S.M. Respondents are faced with increasingly stringent social and physical restrictions. Respondents are also SMEs affected by the Pandemic and tend to be close to bankruptcy.

These SMEs are also faced with the condition that they are forced to adopt S.M. to save their marketing performance which cannot be done conventionally but must utilize digital technology. The research method used is a survey using a questionnaire. The respondents observed were 230 SMEs in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The data analysis technique uses a structural model approach with SEM-PLS. This research finds that resistance to social media adoption is influenced by a lack of resources and weak government support for SMEs. As a result, the marketing performance of SMEs is declining, and the business innovation model is not working. SMEs remain in a slump if they do not apply digital technology and utilize social media. This original study discusses SMEs still resistant to adopting S.M. The respondents of this research are also SMEs forced to adopt S.M. Respondents are faced with increasingly stringent social and physical restrictions. Objectives – This study aims to analyze the business performance of SMEs in South Sumatera, which has limited resources and is affected by the COVID-19 pandemic but can still survive. The business performance is analyzed through knowledge integration capability, innovativeness, and entrepreneurial orientation.Design/methodology/approach – The research method used is a questionnaire survey, and the respondents observed were 232 SMEs in South Sumatra. The data analysis technique uses a two-step approach to SEM with SEM-AMOS 25.Findings – The Business Performance Model is acceptable. Furthermore, business performance is influenced by knowledge integration capability, innovativeness, and entrepreneurial orientation. The more SMEs that have a strong entrepreneurial orientation can integrate the knowledge of their employees and have the ability to adopt innovation (innovativeness) quickly, SMEs can improve their performance, even in difficult times due to the COVID-19 pandemic.Research limitations/implications – This study only observed SMEs that survived the COVID-19 pandemic and did not involve SME respondents who failed to adapt to the pandemic. This study only uses knowledge integration capability, innovativeness, and entrepreneurial orientation in predicting performance. The ability to integrate knowledge has a relatively small impact on the performance of SMEs, and it is better if the influence of this knowledge can be analyzed further to get better results.Originality/value – This study adds entrepreneurial orientation as a determinant of the ability to integrate knowledge in one model analyzed to predict SMEs' performance after the COVID-19 pandemic. The respondents of this research are also SMEs that have been affected by COVID-19 and are still surviving now.

, This study aims to examine the effect of E-Service Quality, E-Satisfaction and the interaction between E-Service quality and E-Satisfaction in the building of E-Student Trust at the management Study Programm Faculty of Economics and Business, Ahmad Dahlan University in Yogyakarta. the method in this research is quantitative. Sample categorized with sampling convenience method and purposive sampling. Data Collection efforted by giving list of question to the respondent that is contains about E-Service Quality, E-Satisfaction, and E-trust. This research use Moderator Regression Analysis (MRA). In the other side, T Test and F-Test are used to the asked hypothesis. This result of partially regression coefficience test with T test shows that E-Service Quality, E-Satisfaction, also interaction between them influence significantly to E-Student Trust. In the other side coefficien regression with F test is result shows that variable of E-Service Quality, E-Satisfaction also interaction between them in the influence to E-Trust. Variable of E-Service Quality, E-Satisfaction also interaction between them are able to explain E-Trust variable up 75,9% and the rest is 24,1% caused by another variable that is not included in the research model. Increasing the E-Service Quality and E-Satisfaction of students needs to be done in order to improve the E-Trust of students

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran kritik diri pada mahasiswa, dalam hal ini seseorang akan menilai bagaimana orang berhubungan dengan diri mereka sendiri dalam situasi kegagalan dan kehilangan status pribadi dan sosial. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan instrument penelitian yaitu The Form Of Self-Criticizing/Attacking & Self Reassuring Scale (FSRCS) yang dikembangkan oleh Gilbert yang sudah di adaptasi dan di sebarkan melalui Google Form. The Effect of Direct Learning Model with Routine Practice on Self-Efficacy and Student Learning Outcomes 常规实践直接学习模式对学生自我效能感和学习效果的影响

This research was conducted because Self-Efficacy and Student Learning Outcomes are still weak. The direct learning model with routine practice is thought to be a factor influencing the Self-Efficacy and Student Learning Outcomes of students in higher education. This study aims to determine how the direct learning model with regular practice affects student self-efficacy and swimming learning outcomes. This type of research is a quantitative correlation with the research population is 90 students who take swimming courses in Higher Education. The research sample was selected by purposive random sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire, because it is an effective data collection method to test the variables to be measured and the answers expected by the respondents. The questionnaire uses a Likert scale by providing an opportunity to answer each item. Hypothesis testing was carried out with the SPSS 26.0 program using correlational analysis. The results showed that the use of a direct learning model with regular practice will increase students' self-efficacy, as well as improve learning outcomes in swimming lessons.
