Pengaruh Kompetensi Widyaiswara Terhadap Prestasi Peserta Diklat Pada Matadiklat Etika Publik di Pusdiklat BPS Widyaiswara对参与者在BPS中的公共道德操守表现的影响

The  purpose  of  the  research  is  to see what variables exist in widyaiswara competencies which influence their performance as training participants. This is a quantitative approach with analytical methods in the form of analytical statistics. The analysis technique is multiple linear regression. The  results  of  the analysis  shows  that not all variables in widyaiswara competencies affect the training participants' performance. Competence that has a direct influence is the competence of systematic presentation, presentation ability, and answering questions. Personality competency and social competence are not influential on the performance of participants.
本研究的目的是为了了解widyaiswara胜任力中存在哪些变量会影响他们作为培训参与者的表现。这是一种定量方法,以分析统计的形式使用分析方法。分析方法为多元线性回归。分析结果表明,并不是所有的widyaiswara胜任力变量都会影响培训参与者的绩效。有直接影响的能力是系统的陈述能力、陈述能力和回答问题的能力。人格能力和社会能力对被试的绩效影响不大。

Penyegaran Tentang Metode Penelitian Ilmiah Untuk Widyaiswara 为Widyaiswara提供科学研究方法

Producing a scientific article is one of the requirements that must be met by the Widyaiswara (civil servants who are responsible for doing education and training for other civil servas) to be able achieve higher level of rank and positions. This paper is intended to motivate the Widyaiswara in conducting scientific research. This article briefly discusses about the relevance of knowledge and research, the research processes, the hypothetical example of scientific research and scientific research ethics.

Model Desain Pembelajaran Tematik Terpadu Kontekstual Untuk Meningkatkan Kebermaknaan Belajar Siswa SD 语境综合专题学习设计模型,以提高小学生的学习能力

This study aims to: 1) develop syntax of instructional contextual  integrated thematic design models to improve the meaningful learning of elementary students; 2) describe an validity models; and 3) describe the level of effectiveness of the model. This R&D research consists of a preliminary study, model designing and developing to be validated by experts, the model testing. The preliminary field testing involved 4 teachers and 57 elementary students participants. The main field testing  involved 8 teachers and 94 students. The research  instrument are questionnaires and test. This research findings are: 1) the model steps includes: a) setting a theme; b) adding sub-themes; c) the analysis of SKL, KI, KD and making indicators; d) the making of nets of sub-themes; e) developing syllabus; f) developing  RPP; g) compiling a fragment of the teacher's book; and h) developing fragments of student books; 2) the model validity level is in the very high category (86%), the syllabus and lesson plans and the material are in the high category (69.8%; 69%); and 3) the meaningfulness of student learning has increased, namely in the preliminary field test increased from 49.49 in pretest to 69.44 in post-test, and in the broad field test, the value increased greater than 47.98 to 70.43. The statistical test using the t-test ensures that the increase is significant, because the probability value (0.00) is smaller than the value of α = 0.05.

Peningkatan Kemampuan Mengenal Huruf Pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Melalui Metode Bermain Dengan Media Kotak Pintar 通过使用智能媒体盒的方法,提高了5-6岁儿童识别字母的能力

This study aims to improve the ability to recognize letters through the method of playing with the smart box media for children aged 5-6 years in Sion Blora Kindergarten. The activities to identify letters using the smart box media is able to motivate children's interest to learn. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles with three meetings in each cycle. The subjects of the study were 14 children aged 5-6 years. The data collection was done with interviews, observation, and documentation. The research instrument referred to Permendikbud (Regulation by the Minister of Education and Culture) Number 146 Year 2014. The observation was done with the assessment sheets, documentation, and interviews with the classroom teachers to determine the conditions and problems of children in the classroom, analyzed with a descriptive quantitative technique. The success indicator of this research is 90% for the average value. The results showed an increase in the average score from the pre-cycle of 14,29% to 60,71% in cycle I; up to 92.86% in cycle II. Thus, it can be said that the percentage of success reached ≥ 90%.

Sinergi Project Based Learning dan Pembelajaran Bermakna untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika 协同项目学习与提高数学学习效果的学习手段

Mathematics was a lesson that must be published in all levels of education. So, the competence of mathematics should be understood by students. However, there were some problems on student’s mathematics learning outcomes at the first semester in 4th grade of SDN Gendongan 02. There were 39 students, but only 46% (18 students) got score above minimum completeness criteria (KKM). While 54% (21 students) got score under the KKM. The aims of this reseacrh was to increased the mathematics learning outcomes through the synergy of project based learning and meaningful learning. The type of this research was action research by using stringer model. This research held in two cycles with three stages. The stages consist of look, think, and act. The data collection used some instruments such as test, observation sheets, and field notes. The technique of data analysis used comparative descriptive technique. The subjects of the research were students in 4th grade of SDN Gendongan 02. The result of completeness mathematics learning outcome in the first cycle was 72,5% and in the second cycle was 80%. Student’s mathematics learning outcomes in the second cycle were better than the mathematics learning outcomes in the first cycle. Based on the result, the synergy of project based learning and meaningful learning can increase mathematics learning outcomes. Therefore, the synergy of project based learning and meaningful learning were suggested to be applied at mathematics.

Pendekatan Matematika Realistik dengan Bantuan Puzzle Pecahan untuk Siswa Sekolah Dasar 数学的现实方法与小学同学的拼图碎片的帮助

There are still many students who have difficulties in learning fractions, because instructional is often delivered with abstract which is dominated by formal methods. Therefore, a new approach is needed, accompanied by adequate learning media to overcome the problems mentioned above. A realistic mathematical approach with the help of fractional puzzles was designed to help students to explain the abstract situations of a problem into a realistic form then developed to direct students to mathematically search solutions. The place of this study was in SD al Muslim Tambun with the research subjects of the fourth grade students of Ibnu Rusyd 2015/2016 Academic Year as many as 28 students. This is a Class Action Research with 2 trial cycles. The data was analyzed by comparing conventional techniques without learning media with realistic mathematical approaches with the help of fractional puzzles. The results shows that in the first cycle experiment there was an increase in the average value of learning outcomes of 15.64% with an average grade of 75.4. Then in the second cycle experiment there was an increase in the average value of student learning outcomes by 23.31% with an average grade value of 80.4. It can be concluded that the realistic mathematical approach with the help of fractional puzzles can increase the value of student learning outcomes in fraction addition material with the same denominator in elementary school.

Penerapan Metode Peer Tutoring untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Konsep Materi Perkalian Bersusun Pada Siswa Kelas III SD 暴露式同伴辅导法提高对三班SD学生秘鲁教材概念的理解

In learning Mathematics, conceptual understanding is a primary competency that the students must acquire, because through understanding the concept the students would understand what is being learned and are able to apply them thus they can pursue toward the next materials. However, in the reality of a learning process, the students have not yet understood the concept correctly. Therefore, the researcher tried to implement the peer tutoring method. Thus this research is aimed to know that the implementation of peer tutoring method can improve the conceptual understanding on multiple multiplication of the grade III B students in SDN Inpres Harapan. The research method used in this research was Classroom Action Research methodology (CAR) of Kemmis and Taggart spiral model. This research was conducted upon the students of grade III B in SDN Inpres Harapan on August 2017 until October 2017 within three cycles. Instruments used in this research were teacher mentor observation sheet, teacher mentor and peer teacher interview sheet, students’ questionnaire, as well as students’ comprehension test sheet. Based on the research result, it can be concluded that the implementation of peer tutoring method can improve the conceptual understanding on multiple multiplication of the grade III B students in SDN Inpres Harapan.

Pengembangan Media Audio Visual dan Alat Peraga dalam Meningkatkan Pemahaman Konsep dan Pemecahan Masalah 视觉和视觉媒体发展,提高对概念和问题解决的理解

The purpose of the research is to produce teaching material of props from scrap materials for system human feasible and practical to be used as a medium of learning in enhancing students' understanding of the concept. The type of research was research and development. ADDIE model used in this reseach contained: 1) Analysis 2) Design 3) Development 4) Implementation and 5) Evaluation. Questionnaire and tests were used as the instruments in data collection. The data analysis in questionnaire forms were statistically using percentage and t test. Pre-test and Post test designed into two groups. Based on the evaluation from the content experts, the value of the material was 82%, 92.85% for instructional media, while instructional design was 87.5%. For the small group the media, it reached up to 84.25%, the field pre-experimment group was 87.89%, while the use of user guide was 87.5%, 85% of instructional media experts, instructional design experts 79.17 %%, the small group bievaluation 84.25%, compared to the experiment group in big number was 86.44%. the result for evaluation of the props materials used were catagorized as excellent. It means t-test for the use of teaching material was equal to 3,586 with sig. of α = 0.005, t = 2.704. The value of t arithmetic less than t table (3.586> 2.704). It was said that the props of scrap materials improved students' understanding of the concept. The indicator for the concepts include memorizing, understanding, and applied to show that there was increasing in the value of the pre-test and post-test the student.

Based on the results of pre-cycle test and observation of the fifth-grade students at Unggulan Muslimat NU Kudus Elementary School, it`s found that the average students` science literacy is low.This study attempts to discover the improvement of Unggulan Muslimat NU Kudus Elementary School fifth grade students` science literacy when apply discovery learning assisted by audio visual media. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) that conducted in Unggulan Muslimat NU Kudus Elementary School, in even semester in the academic year of 2017/2018. The subjects of this research are the researcher as the teacher model and the fifth grade students that consists of 29 students. This study held for two cycles, there are two meeting in every cycle and consist of four phases: plan, action, observe, dan reflection. The independent variable of this study is discovery learning assisted by audio visual media, and the dependent variable is science literacy. Data collections of this study are science literacy test for knowledge aspect (cognitive), and observation for science literacy of attitude aspect (affective), competention aspect (psychomotor). This study is qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The result of this study shows that, there is enhancement of science literacy of the fifth grade students of Unggulan Muslimat NU Kudus Elementary School in the force material, between first cycle 71,9% and improved in the second cycle 81,5% with high category. This results shows that the application of discovery learning model assisted with audio visual can improve science literacy of the fifth grade students of Unggulan Muslimat NU Kudus Elementary School.

Kelaziman Kesalahan Berbahasa dalam Menulis Laporan Penelitian 研究报告写作中的语言错误课

Language is the main media to deliver an idea. The mistakes in the language used will produce the wrong idea. To avoid the wrong idea, it is not allowed to make a mistake in using the language. The fact found in PGSD – FKIP UKSW bachelor degree students’ experiment report shows there are lots of repeating mistakes. The common mistakes found in grammatical aspect, such as: 1) The mistakes in differentiating between preposition and prefix; 2) the mistakes in forming words, and 3) the mistakes in constructing sentences. Common mistakes happen in spelling, especially in writing the title and notes, and the last is in the diction aspect. The common mistakes in diction usually happen with the use of inefficient words, improper word meaning, and the use of function words.
语言是传递思想的主要媒介。所用语言的错误会产生错误的想法。为了避免错误的想法,不允许在使用语言时犯错误。PGSD–FKIP UKSW学士学位学生的实验报告中发现的事实表明,存在大量重复错误。语法方面常见的错误有:1)区分介词和前缀的错误;2) 造词失误;3)造句失误。常见的拼写错误,尤其是在写标题和注释时,最后是在措辞方面。常见的措辞错误通常发生在低效词的使用、不当的词义和虚词的使用上。
