Događaji, kao i drugi oblici turističke ponude, imaju potrebu za adekvatno osmišljenom i realizovanom promocijom u skladu sa svojim ali i karakteristikama i preferencijama ciljnog tržišta, gde savremena tehnološka rešenja sve više nalaze svoju primenu. Među pomenutim tehnologijama posebno treba istaći Internet, a u okviru njega društvene mreže. Manifestacije bi, međutim, trebalo da promovišu i organizacije koje imaju direktan ili posredan interes u njihovom održavanju. Kao jedan od najznačajnijih elemenata turističke ponude manifestacije bi trebalo da predstavljaju jedan od prioriteta u promociji od strane lokalnih turističkih organizacija, ali i hotela, obzirom da mogu u velikoj meri uticati na njihovu posećenost i broj noćenja. U skladu sa tim, cilj ovog rada je utvrđivanje postojanja povezanosti između broja događaja/manifestacija po mesecu i broja objava lokalnih turističkih organizacija i hotela na teritoriji Moravičkog upravnog okruga (Čačak, Lučani, Gornji Milanovac, Ivanjica) tokom 2018. godine na Facebook-u kao od strane analiziranih lokalnih turističkih organizacija i hotela najčešće korišćenoj društvenoj mreži.

The paper explores General Systems Theory and its methodology. The historical development of the thought of wholeness is presented at the beginning, reflecting on philosophical attitudes that indicated the importance of the whole in relation to the parts. The paper explains how diffusion and fragmentation across scientific disciplines created needs within the science that further motivated action to create metatheory that would resolve this fragmentation and atomization through a unique umbrella approach. The paper then gives an insight into the context of development of General Systems Theory, after which its basic premise and characteristics are presented. The following section is dealing with a specific methodology of General Systems Theory the system approach which includes system thinking and analysis. The ambition of General Systems Theory to form a unique new scientific paradigm is explored in the chapter focused on its contribution to contemporary science. The conclusion reveals significance of General Systems Theory, its revolutionizing on many fields and its potential limitations, but also open possibilities for further exploration. Education, professional training and work during the execution of a prison sentence may be an important factor in achieving positive changes in the behavior of convicts and reducing the risk of recidivism. In this regard, in this work we pointed out the need for these activities and importance for the rehabilitation of convicts and the reduction of recidivism, as well as the problems and challenges in the realization of educational and working activities that occur in practice. It was concluded that the implementation of normative solutions is hampered by the fact that spatial, personnel and material conditions in prisons are unsatisfactory, and that in conditions where the educational and working parts of the treatment are not being implemented or the content of these activities are at a low level it is difficult to expect an effective execution of the prison sentence. Commercial propaganda has a long history, it has been used for different purposes and for different goals, but its implementation has always achieved good results in influencing the target audience. Commercial propaganda is the "most visible" marketing activity of the company. In today's market economy, a strategic approach to planning commercial propaganda as an instrument of the promotional mix is necessary. When planning propaganda activities, the starting point is to analyze the environment in which the company performs its business activity and the potential of the company, i.e. capabilities and limitations. Based on that analysis, it is possible to define the real goals of the company and therefore the marketing goals. The aim of this paper is to point out the importance of planning in commercial propaganda, which is manifested primarily in the elimination of spontaneity and influences the control of promotional activities. The main problem in this research paper is the situation in which the police in Republika Srpska performing their duties and tasks apply repressive measures against persons dependent on alcohol and narcotics. A special part of this problem is the intention of these persons to use weapons. On the basis of this, the subject of the research was formulated: "The attitude of the police officers of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Republika Srpska to alcohol and drug addicts". The aim of the research is to determine the required level of repressive measures of the police against the stated persons. If police officers face people addicted to alcohol or narcotics during the course of their tasks, special repressive measures are required, that is, if alcohol and drug addicts show resistance during police intervention, then the police authorizations must be larger. A survey of members of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Republika Srpska was conducted, that is, an assessment was made of the intensity of their attitudes and beliefs related to the intention of the alcoholics and addicts of psychoactive substances to use weapons against the police. The scientific contribution in this paper is the analysis of empirical research, which is the starting point in the adoption of new legal regulations in the application of repressive measures against these persons.

In general, business buyers strive to maximize the benefits (economic, technical, service, and social) of the costs of market supply. The incentive for a business buyer to buy will be a relatively higher proportion of the perceived benefit and cost. The business market consists of all organizations that procure goods and services that they use in the production of other goods and services which they then sell, rent or supply to others.
