Low student learning outcomes in science subjects is because teachers in the field using conventional learning strategies, so that students feel bored and not in the spirit of the learning process. Therefore, the teachers are required to be able to choose an effective learning strategies and efficient. This study aims to determine whether or not the influence of learning strategies PAILKEM with animated media for learning outcomes IPA grade IV SDN Kedungbanteng 3 City Ponorogo in academic year 2015/2016. This research is a quantitative research using experimental methods. This study research design static two groups. The sample selection using saturation sampling technique that is all class IVA and IVB with the number of 27 students per class. The data collection technique using the test method to learn science student outcome data. Data were analyzed with the average difference test (t-test) were previously performed tests of normality and homogeneity test. The results of t-test analysis showed that the value t_hitung = 3.098961 and t_tabel = 1.703 and significance level of 5% t_hitung> t_tabel then H_0 rejected concluded that received H_0 H_a rejected and accepted. so it can be concluded that the learning outcomes of students in the class who were treated using learning strategies PAILKEM with animation media better than the class that is not treated with the use of learning strategies PAILKEM with animation media. This means that there is a significant effect on student learning outcomes with the application of learning strategies PAILKEM with animation media in science subjects subject matter "Natural Resources" in the fourth grade SDN Kedungbanteng 3 cities Ponorogo. The purpose of this study are 1) describe of the initial conditions of the practicum in a Primary School District of  Bendosari to improve the understanding of  the material and activate learners’ understanding; 2) The design prototype model of  lab-based science JAS applied in a Primary School District of Bendosari; 3) The final form of the model design lab-based science JAS applied in a Primary School District of  Bendosari. This research is the development, conducted in sub-district elementary Bendosari Festive Year 2015/2016. In this research, the techniques were the development of needs analysis and design study model. The results in this study are the 1) Initial Condition form of characteristic learning model integrative who can not equip students in the control and learning science is: a model that contains the syntax: Mastery of  the science material and mastery of  practical science-based tracking the nature (JAS). 2) The initial design of  models of lab-based science tracking the nature (JAS) in the form of a syllabus, lesson plans, and worksheets. 3) In the vote on the model validator lab stated that lab model design based science used tracking the nature (JAS) can be used through the revision stage. The learning process that takes place in the form of learning involves two parties between teachers and students that aims to improve student learning outcomes. In learning language there are four skills namely listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Among the four skills, writing skills is regarded as the most difficult language skills. Writing Skills is one language skills that must be mastered by the student. Civilizing expressing ideas or students' ideas in written form can be developed through education. However, unfortunately this habituation is not taken seriously in the education system, so that the culture of writing in the student still low and there are still many students who find it difficult to carry out writing stories. Thus to overcome these difficulties using model MID (meaningfull instructional design). Keywords: Writing Skills, Model MID, Indonesian.

Sexual development of mental retardation’s children follows the physical development, thus experiencing a similar development with the normal ones. Those students have difficulty in understanding abstract information about the physical changes during puberty. Therefore, through the medium of learning macromedia flash, the sex education learning can be understood by them. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using multimedia in teaching sex education as preparation for mental retardation’s students during puberty in SLB B/C SLB Al Azhar Waru Sidoarjo. The subjects were mental retardation’s students in that schools. Data collection techniques used in this research was shaped test objective tests. The design model used in this study is one group pretest-posttest design (treatment by subject design). Data analysis techniques used by the author in this research was a non-parametric analysis techniques that rank test Wilcoxon signed Sign marked tests (Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test). Based on the data analysis and discussion of the results of research, known that the Z count = -2070 with P = 0.038 at significance level of 5%. The results are smaller than 0.05 can be proven true. Based on those explanations it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis which states "Learning to use Macromedia Flash is effective in teaching sex education for mental retardation’s students in SLB B / C Al Azhar Waru Sidoarjo" can be proven true. MODEL DISCOVERY LEARNING DENGAN PENDEKATAN SAINTIFIK BERMUATAN KARAKTER UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KREATIF 探索学习模式与性格倾向科学方法,以提高创造性思维能力

This Study aims to produce a model learning device discovery learning with scientific approach to improve the character charged valid creative thinking, practical and effective. The model refers to a model of learning development includes activities Plomp initial investigation, design, realization/contruction, testing, evaluation and revision. The results showed that (1) learning tools developed valid; syllabus ehit an average of 3,3 (very good); RPP with an average of 3,2 (good); LKS with an average of 3,2 (good); textbook student with an average of 3,3 (very good); and TKBK with an average of 3,5 (good).; (2) the stated learning practical , namely: 1) the activity of student on both criteria, an average score 74,1%; 2) the activity of the teacher are very good on the criterion, the average score of 98,25; 3) positive teacher response, a score of 97,14; 4) positive students response, average 89,73.; (3) the learning of mathematics is declared effective the indicator 1) traffic to think creatively achieve mastery with the average value of 71,55 and a classical completeness reaches 90%; 2) the average grade of creative thinking ability model of discovery learning with scientific approachis better than ekspositori class; 3) the character of the curiosity and skills to communicate a positive influence on the ability to think creatively; and 4) an increase in the ability to think creatively in class models discovery learning with scientific approach. In the learning process of Physical Education in, teachers are expected to teach varieties of basic motor skills, techniques and strategy of games and sports, internalization of values (sportsmanship, honesty, cooperation, etc.) as well as the conditioning of healthy lifestyles. The implementation is not through conventional teaching in the classroom consisting theoretical studies, but it also involves elements of physical, mental, intellectual, emotional and social. The activities which are given in teaching should get a methodical didactic touch, so that the activities carried out can achieve the aim of teaching. The problem formulation of this research is: is there an increase in the ability of service in the game of volleyball with “make-match” at VII-H grade of SMP Negeri 1 Wonoasri in 2012/2013 academic year? The purpose Classroom Action Research (CAR) is to improve the quality of learning on the physical education in doing “service” in a volleyball game through a “make-match” learning approach  In this study, researchers have collaboration with other teachers and the principal. Researchers are involved in the study from the beginning to the end of the researech. Researchers try to see, observe, feel, live, reflect and evaluate learning activities that take place. The implementation stages of the action research consist of planning, acting, observation, and reflection. To obtain accurate results, the collected data in study were statistically analyzed using the formulas of mean or average.  The result showed that the average value of the first cycle of 66.14 (46.33%) while the Cycle II 91.29 (96.43%) in the second cycle, it has increased significantly. Researchers are involved in the study from the beginning to the end of the researech. Researchers try to see, observe, feel, live, reflect and evaluate learning activities that take place. The implementation stages of the action research consist of planning, acting, observation, and reflection. To obtain accurate results, the collected data in study were statistically analyzed using the formulas of mean or average.  The result showed that the average value of the first cycle of 66.14 (46.33%) while the Cycle II 91.29 (96.43%) in the second cycle, it has increased significantly. Many social skills may be learned implicitly, all children can benefit from being taught social skills explicitly, not only children who are developmentally lagging behind their peers. Social skills are not always learned easily. Some children may require repeated instruction and reinforcement of learning. It is also possible for children to have well -developed social skills in one area but not in another. The primary objective of the Social Skill Scale (SSS) is to describe the child's behavior for purposes of socialization and education, rather than diagnosis. It focuses on the child's adaptation to and functioning within his or her environment which is particularly relevant to teachers. The SSS helps teachers design classroom interventions that address both the child's strengths and weaknesses. It includes 115 items that can be completed in just 15 minutes by Early Childhood, a preschool, or Kindergarten teacher. These items cover Three basic scales and ten components or summary scales

Learning through the media of information and communication technology is expected for children to be intelligent, critical, and creative, and able to solve problems relating to everyday life. Awareness of teachers to improve the quality of education through the medium of ICT is the integration in the achievement of life skills as the main orientation of educational purposes. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, with 28 research subjects of certified educators in elementary school Singosari. The result showed that teachers already know about the media ICT learning through workshops conducted by the Ministry of Education, Books, Training and seminars as well as through training when taking part the teacher certification. Educational assessment standards were prepared in order to complete the assessment standards. This study aims to describe the ability of teachers in assessment of thematic learning. Based on the results of the research, which shows the performance evaluation based on the curriculum 2013, has not been fully implemented by Shanta 1 SD Negeri Malang and MI Nurul Islam sub district of Tajinan. The obtained data will be very useful for determining measures or policies relating to the assessment standards, which in turn is expected to improve the quality of the school. This study aims to develop the vision SETS elementary science learning with discovery learning method. To know effectivity elementary science teaching tools in growing SETS visionary science process skills and instill values in themselves and to know the implementation learning devices in the classroom. This study is a research a development (R a D / Research and Development) is a software product developed science learning in Fifth Grade Elementary School envisions SETS with discovery learning method. Based on the results of analysis show the validity of the learning value is 4.12 on a valid category. Average student has good science process skills, the average percentage of the value of g 70 %, the effective development of learning tools for to build values in students. Average student learning outcomes in the category of either g 70, the development of learning outcomes appropriate to apply g 80 % of students gave positive responses. SETS visionary science learning by discovery learning methods to actively engage students in learning, can improve science process skills, instill values in students, and provide an average of student learning outcomes that achieve average scores g 70. Implementation LKS and LDS assist students in learning, apply science concepts and provide opportunities for students to apply as scientists so as to provide a more in-depth experience of the concept of science.
