Logical argumentations are required in communication and interactions between students and teachers. Classroom activities lead continuous or discontinuous communication and interactions. This is due to the questions by the teacher to the students contains logical truth. The value of the logical truth makes the teaching and learning activities run as they are planned. Questions for the students should be tautologies rather than those contradictory.

Language and the speech society can not even be separated to each other, because when there is a language, there will be a speech community and vice-versa. Langauge has even become one of condition of society. The existence and use of the language in society is learned through sociolinguistics, which views language as a means of communication rather than a system alone, bearing varieties in line with the given social domains. On the other hand, the traditional language teaching has regarded language as a system, which entails structuralism models of teaching. In the development of the language teaching methods, language is not merely seen as a system, rather than a communication tool, just as sociolinguistics have suggested. This articles discusses the role of sociolingusitics in the development of teaching models, beginning from the nature of speech community, language function up to sociolinguistics-based language teaching models.

Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Matapelajaran IPS Dengan Metode Mind Mapping 用智能技术提高学生在课堂上的学习成绩

Social science has been viewed as naturally theoretic, which requires students to memorize all learned materials. The learning experience will be stucked in freez learning atmosphere when the teacher traditionally preeches and dictates against the students, as the teacher-centered approaches have run. This model of teaching produces passive students with low acheivement. In effort of dveloping the vivid learning experience, variative models of teaching must be applied by the teacher. Through this research, the researcher proposes Mind Mapping Teaching Method, hopping that the the students learning activities and achievement can be developed. Mind mapping teaching method can tentatively encourage student to be active, innovative, creative and imaginative along the way with the learning process. The application of mind mapping teaching method can hopefully develop students learning activities and achievement through the given action research design.

Teachers as professional educators are obliged to plan and excute learning process, to evaluate outcomes, to give advice, to train, to develop studies, to support school deveopment program and to develop professionalism. Among other criteria, professional teachers must master learning materials, develop educating learning process, have good personality and build commitment of students’ learning skill. To make them competent in conducting all of those tasks, teachers must have ability to search for information from variety of resources and from research which they conduct to support their educating instruction.

Courselab this be alternative that can be used teacher to learning e-matter for student especially Class V. This research aims to detect feasibility e-matter study that developed based on validation result to be used in social science study at Class V elementary school. Research method that used R & D. R & D method that used to produce certain product, and test product effectiveness. This method is used to produce and test e-matter based on Courselab. Study media based on Courselab social science that developed proper used to support study social science main criticism appreciates service and struggle figure part in prepare Indonesia independence, because tested the feasibility by media expert and study matter expert with proper result.

Reog is one of the artistry enough famous from region Ponorogo and known by world society. Values found in artistry Reog Ponorogo presumably necessary are exploration furthermore to can be ingredient for tribe unity matter development and culture in course social science class IV elementary school. With artistry local superiority values implementation existence Reog Ponorogo, supposed student realizes and apply values from region culture permanently respect coalitions taste and sense of belonging towards region culture. This research aims to detect artistry local superiority values Reog Ponorogo that is used to develop tribe unity matter and culture course elementary school. Research data collecting is done gradually that is passes documentation study, observation, and interview. Technique that done gradually (triangulating) this chosen to guarantee data validity. Data is fished from informant that chosen with snowball sampling technique. Taking manner sampling with this technique is done according to related to, sample determination technique at first number little, longer more expand. In first research at first is chosen one or two person but because data to felted not yet enough so researcher looks for another person that can equip data that got from previous person. These research results show that artistry local superiority values Reog Ponorogo can be used to develop tribe unity matter and subject culture social science Class IV elementary school that is: leadership, aesthetics, and agreement.

Teaching supervision may aim to create a better learning atmosphere, guide teachers’ teaching experience, and help the teacher assess their students. A supervisor motivation to teachers can improve their commitment. There are approaches to supervision and dimensions to classify teachers to help supervisors select the approach to adopt. Among the approaches are the clinic, directive, non-directive, collaborative, informal, collegial, and individual related to teacher dimensions such as extent of attention, responsibility, maturity, and cognitive complexity of the teachers which ease to choose recommended approaches to apply in the supervising.

Every teacher must foster the positive attitude, all the more, those of elementary schools. This kind of positive attitude should be cultivated since they are still studying in the teacher training study program. The students of elementary school teacher training study program of IKIP PGRI MADIUN have not yet coped with the positive attitude well, which is shown through evidence that they have not yet foster self-discipline in many class activities, such as being late getting in class, being incomplete doing tasks, being insensitive against the environmental changes and phenomena. In effort of cultivating their positive mental attitude, this research is conducted in the form of class action research design by inquiry-based controlled student worksheet. The student worksheet is used to develop the inquiry learning process for the mental attitude development, and the lecturer's control is used to develop the linguistic and to nurture the concepts. As the nature of classroom action researh is to overcome problems, this research is conduted for the most problematic class of all, i.e. class 2G. The analysis results in conclusions that the positive attitude of the students develops in terms of self-discipline and learning activity, so as to suggest that inquiry-based controlled student worksheet is effective to develop students mental attitude.

The students of elementary school teacher training study program of IKIP PGRI MADIUN have not yet coped with the positive attitude well, which is shown through evidence that they have not yet foster self-discipline in many class activities, such as being late getting in class, being incomplete doing tasks, being insensitive against the environmental changes and phenomena. In effort of cultivating their positive mental attitude, this research is conducted in the form of class action research design by inquiry-based controlled student worksheet. The student worksheet is used to develop the inquiry learning process for the mental attitude development, and the lecturer's control is used to develop the linguistic and to nurture the concepts. As the nature of classroom action researh is to overcome problems, this research is conduted for the most problematic class of all, i.e. class 2G. Parents’ roles as the educator, guide of the children and family in order that they grow up to become ultimate moslems in the sense of insan kamil.

The objectives of this research was to measure the influence of cooperative learnig type make a-match towards studets' achievement in Natural Science. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 01 Manisrejo, Madiun Municipality, term 2011/2012. The analysis concluded that: (1) students' achievement of the experiment class with cooperative learnig type make a-match was better than that of the control class with conventional model; and (2) the learning activity showed that the students with make-a-match model were more greatly interested in the learning process being more couragious, where students not only studied but also playing games, which entailed the better students' achievement than those with conventional model who have become very passive.
本研究的目的是测量合作学习类型配对对学生自然科学成绩的影响。本研究于2011/2012年在马迪翁市SD Negeri 01 Manisrejo进行。分析结果表明:(1)合作学习模式下的实验班学生成绩优于常规模式下的对照班;(2)在学习活动中,配对模式下的学生对学习过程的兴趣更大,更有勇气,在学习过程中,学生不仅学习,而且还玩游戏,这使得学生的成绩优于传统模式下的学生,后者变得非常被动。
