PELATIHAN PENERAPAN PERILAKU ADAPTIF PNS DALAM MENGHADAPI ERA GLOBALISASI 在面对全球化时代时,对公务员适应行为的训练

Building an adaptive attitude in responding to rapid changes with various challenges, especially in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province by creating innovations aimed at instilling a civil servant mindset on how to create high-quality and professional service behavior. The influence on the organization has a positive impact so that it is ready to face change in all situations which ultimately provides longevity and is not problematic. For the government bureaucracy, the internalization of core values practiced by civil servants in a work organization will be a prerequisite for accelerating achievement. The results found by researchers are Communication 40%, Skills in everyday life 10%, Socialization 40% and Movement 10%. The purpose of the organization is primarily to support bureaucratic reform towards a world-class bureaucracy that aspires to be competitive and able to answer the expectations of society.ABSTRAKMembangun sikap adaptif dalam mensikapi perubahan yang begitu cepat dengan beragam tantangan khususnya di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung dengan aksi menciptakan inovasi yang bertujuan menanamkan pola pikir PNS bagaimana menciptakan perilaku pelayanan berkualitas tinggi dan professional. Pengaruh terhadap organisasi membawa dampak yang positif sehingga siap menghadapi perubahan dalam segala situasi yang akhirnya memberikan daya tahan lama dan tidak bermasalah,Bagi birokrasi pemerintahan internalisasi core values yang dipraktikkan para PNS dalam suatu organissi kerja akan menjadi prasyarat berperan mengakselelerasi pencapaian. Adapun hasilnya yang ditemukan peneliti adalah Komunikasi 40 %, Ketrampilan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari 10 %, Sosialisasi 40 % dan Gerak 10 %. Tujuan organisasi terutama untuk mendukung reformasi birokrasi menuju birokrasi kelas dunia yang dicita-citakan berdaya saing serta sanggup menjawab ekspetasi masyarakat.

PELATIHAN PENGENALAN DASAR-DASAR KOMPUTER BAGI KEPALA WILAYAH DI DESA MONTONG BAAN DALAM MENGHADAPI PERKEMBANGAN TEKNOLOGI ABAD 21 面对21世纪技术的发展,蒙通班酋长的计算机入门训练

The purpose of this community service activity is to carry out introductory computer basics training for regional heads (KAWIL) in Montong Baan Village, Sikur District, East Lombok Regency as an effort to deal with technological developments as a form of improving 21st century skills for all Regional Heads in Montong Village Baan. This activity was carried out in the form of Community Service (PKM) using the computer basics introduction training method which was carried out for 3 days. Participants in this activity consisted of 8 regional heads according to the number of hamlets in Montong Baan Village. The results of this activity have implications for increasing the insights, abilities and skills of regional heads regarding informatics and computer science, both in the form of software and hardware. These results can be seen from the evaluations carried out both before and after the training activities provided which showed an increase in understanding of information and computer science both theoretically and practically.ABSTRAKTujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah melaksanakan pelatihan pengenalan dasar-dasar computer bagi kepala wilayah (KAWIL) yang ada di desa Montong Baan Kecamatan Sikur Kabupaten Lombok Timur sebagai upaya menghadapi perkembangan teknologi sebagai bentuk peningkatan keterampilan abad 21 bagi seluruh Kepala Wilayah di Desa Montong Baan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) menggunakan métode pelatihan pengenalan dasar-dasar komputer yang dilakukan selama 3 hari. Peserta pada kegiatan ini terdiri dari 8 orang Kepala Wilayah sesuai dengan jumlah dusun yang ada di Desa Montong Baan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yakni berimplikasi terhadap bertambahnya wawasan, kemampuan dan keterampilan para kepala wilayah mengenai ilmu informatika dan komputer baik yang berupa software maupun hardware. Hasil tersebut terlihat dari evaluasi yang dilakukan baik sebelum dan setelah kegiatan pelatihan yang diberikan dimana terlihat peningkatan pemahaman mengenai ilmu informasi dan computer baik secara teoritis maupun praktis.

IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROJECT BASE LEARNIG DI ERA KURIKULUM MERDEKA

The teacher is a model that students want to emulate in speech, manners, behavior, and in all actions seen by students so that the teacher must really be the expected role model, but in the learning process the teacher needs various learning models so that learning objectives can be achieved . The learning model is a conceptual framework that is used as a guide in carrying out learning that is arranged systematically to achieve learning objectives related to syntax, social systems, reaction principles and support systems. Project-based learning is student-centered learning with a dynamic classroom approach where it is believed that students can gain deeper knowledge through active exploration of real-world challenges and problems. In the independent curriculum it is suggested to apply project based learning to support character development in accordance with the Pancasila Student Profile. National webinar activities assist participants in understanding the implementation of project-based learning models in the independent curriculum era with the aim of participants being able to implement project-based learning in learning activities in their respective classes that are adapted to the conditions and characteristics of students. This activity was carried out in three terms, namely opening, delivering material, and discussion. As a result, participants get an adequate picture to understand and implement PjBL in the independent curriculum era.ABSTRAK Guru merupakan model yang hendak ditiru oleh siswa dalam tutur kata, adab, tingkah laku, dan dalam segala tindakan yang dilihat oleh siswa sehingga guru harus betul-betul menjadi tauladan yang diharapkan, namun dalam proses pembelajaran guru membutuhkan berbagai model pembelajaran sehingga tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai. Model pembelajaran merupakan kerangka konseptual yang digunakan sebagai pedoman dalam melakukan pembelajaran yang disusun secara sistematis untuk mencapai tujuan belajar yang menyangkut sintaksis, sistem sosial, prinsip reaksi dan sistem pendukung. Pembelajaran berbasis proyek adalah pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa dengan pendekatan ruang kelas yang dinamis di mana diyakini bahwa siswa dapat memperoleh pengetahuan yang lebih dalam melalui eksplorasi aktif tantangan dan masalah dunia nyata. Dalam kurikulum merdeka disarankan untuk menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis proyek (project based learning) untuk mendukung pengembangan karakter sesuai dengan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM KELAS AKSELERASI 课程加速度计划的实施

This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the learning management of the accelerated program at SMA Negeri 5 Mataram. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Data collection uses in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses an interactive model. The results of this study are as follows: (1) learning planning in the accelerated program begins with selection in the first semester, determining the number of students who pass in the second semester, determining the number of subjects in the semester credit system (SKS), determining the amount of student study time. (2) the implementation of accelerated program learning is carried out by grouping students into Science, Social Studies, and Language majors for each one class/department, implementing 3 semesters/year of learning and being educated by selected educators. (3) learning evaluation is carried out 2 times in each semester which is carried out by the Principal, vice principal and supervisor from the education officeABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi pada manajemen pembelajaran program akselerasi di SMA Negeri 5 Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) perencanaan pembelajaran pada program akselerasi dimulai dengan seleksi pada semester satu, penetapan jumlah siswa yang lolos pada semester dua, penetapan jumlah mata pelajaran dalam sistem kredit semester (SKS), Penetapan jumlah waktu belajar siswa. (2) pelaksanaan tentang pembelajaran program akselerasi dilakukan melalui pengelompokan siswa ke dalam jurusan IPA, IPS, dan Bahasa untuk masing-masing satu kelas/jurusan, pelaksanaan pembelajaran 3 semester/tahun dan dididik oleh para pendidik yang terpilih. (3) evaluasi pembelajaran program akselerasi dilakukan 2 kali dalam setiap semester yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Sekolah wakil kepala sekolah dan pengawas.

PERAN TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PELAYANAN PENDIDIKAN 教育劳动在提高教育服务质量方面的作用

This research aims to discover the role of educational staff and the constraint in improving the quality of education services at MAN 1 Mataram. Qualitative descrivtife was used as the method on this research which the data collected by observing, interviewing and documenting. Based on the result, it shows that: 1)The role of the education staffs of MAN 1 Mataram was inappropriate with teachers and students point of view. By reason of several administrative staffs are less friendly in giving service. However on the other side, the educational staffs used time eficiently in giving some service so that it does not take any longer when giving the service. 2) The constraint appeared either for student or teacher and people who need the better services: several of the administrative staff less update about the center information and several of them are unsuitable to be placed in the administrative works. Based on this research, the researcher expected that the educational and administrative staff  may receive several training to improve their knowledge. This research may also has several benefical for the head of administrative to more controll about the main role of the administrative staff. It is to avoid the lack of responsibilities. The important thing is either School staff or Goverment should be more selective and detail in recruiting either the educational staff or administrative staff. So that those who are selected understand their responsibilities as an educational staff.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran tenaga kependidikan dan kendala dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan pendidikan di MAN 1 Mataram. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa :1) Peran tenaga kependidikan MAN 1 Mataram tidak terlihat seperti yang diinginkan oleh guru maupun siswa, dikarenakan ada beberapa pelayanan administrasi kurang ramah dalam melayani orang yang membutuhkan layanan, namun disisi lain tenaga kependidikakan terlihat sangat efisien dalam memanfaatkan waktu sehingga tidak membutuhkan waktu lama ketika melayani pengguna jasa pelayanan  2) Hambatan atau kendala yang dihadapi siswa maupun guru serta orang yang membutuhkan pelayanan dengan baik, terletak pada tenaga administrasi yang kurang update informasi pusat, dan banyaknya tenaga administrasi yang tidak sesuai dengan bidangnya yang ditempatkan di ruang kerja tata usaha tersebut. PENDAMPINGAN PENERAPAN HYGIENE DAN SANITASI PANGAN PADA KANTIN INSTITUSI PEMERINTAHAN KOTA PAREPARE 帕雷镇政府食堂的卫生和卫生方面的限制

One of the efforts in ensuring the halal status of a food product is by applying the principles of hygiene and sanitation in food management places (TPP) such as canteens. The lack of data and information about canteens that apply the principles of food hygiene and sanitation in Parepare City is the rationale for conducting this community service program. For this reason, assistance is needed for TPP/Canteen in implementing safe and healthy food hygiene & sanitation. This program was in the form of training and assistance for managers and owners/sellers in canteens within government offices in Parepare city related to the implementation of hygiene and sanitation of safe and healthy TPP, which includes (a) making and distributing handbooks containing guidelines for self-assessment and self-supervising for hygiene & sanitation of the TPP, (b) counseling and training on the implementation food management places, especially in canteens within government institutions in Parepare city, also (c) assistance in submission for labeling of being supervised and monitored for canteens who have met health requirements for healthy canteens in institution setting. Food management places (TPP), especially in canteens within government office in Parepare city, must become a role model in the implementation of safe and healthy food hygiene & sanitation principles in order to support the implementation plan of the Halal Product Guarantee System program in Parepare city.ABSTRAKSalah satu upaya dalam menjamin kehalalan suatu produk pangan yaitu dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip hygiene dan sanitasi pada tempat-tempat pengelolaan pangan (TPP) / kantin. Masih minimnya data dan informasi mengenai kantin yang menerapkan prinsip-prinsip hygiene dan sanitasi pangan di Kota Parepare menjadi dasar pemikiran pelaksanaan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini. Untuk itu dibutuhkan pendampingan bagi TPP/Kantin dalam menerapkan hygiene dan sanitasi pangan yang aman dan sehat. Kegiatan ini berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi pengelola kantin yang ada di kantor-kantor pemerintahan kota Parepare terkait penerapan hygiene dan sanitasi TPP yang aman dan sehat, meliputi (a) pembuatan dan pembagian buku saku berisi panduan penilaian dan pengawasan hyigene & sanitasi TPP secara mandiri, (b) penyuluhan dan pelatihan penerapan hygiene & sanitasi TPP pada kantin atau sejenisnya yang aman dan sehat, serta (c) pendampingan pengajuan label pengawasan/pembinaan bagi pengelola kantin yang telah memenuhi syarat kesehatan di kantor-kantor pemerintahan Kota Parepare. Tempat pengelolaaan pangan khususnya pada kantin di kantor-kantor lingkup pemerintahan Kota Parepare harus menjadi contoh penerapan prinsip-prinsip hygiene dan sanitasi pangan yang aman dan sehat guna mendukung rencana penerapan program Sistem Jaminan Produk Halal di Kota Parepare.

Mount Penanggungan’s watershed ecosystems, which play a crucial role in managing the water cycle, are in an alarming state right now. Community-based integrated water resources conservation efforts aim to restore the function of watersheds, particularly in terms of controlling the water cycle. The purpose of this article is to describe a variety of community-based water conservation efforts in Mount Penanggungan, Gempol District, Pasuruan, East Java. We encourage the local community to engage in integrated water resource conservation activities, such as engineering efforts, plastic waste processing, tree planting, education, and public awareness-raising. Community service students from UGM participate in these programs as live-in facilitators. Local communities now have the infrastructure necessary to engage in community-based water conservation, including both physical and non-physical infrastructure (biopore and rainwater harvester) but also non-physical infrastructure (awareness and knowledge). This activity must be continued in order to observe the growth and outcomes of the empowerment initiatives that have already been carried out.

Visual Acuity Improvement of Cataract Patients After Cataract Surgery at Sumbawa Hospital in 2018 2018年松巴哇医院白内障术后患者视力改善情况

A cataract is the most common cause of vision impairment and blindness worldwide. The Rapid Assessment of Avoidable Blindness survey held in 2014 - 2016 showed that the prevalence of blindness in West Nusa Tenggara was the second highest in Indonesia. This prevalence was expected to be higher in rural areas due to cultural barriers, patient education, and accessibility to eye-care facilities. This study aims to evaluate visual acuity improvement after cataract surgery and observe the sight restoration rate. The participants of this study were cataract patients who underwent surgery at Sumbawa Hospital West Nusa Tenggara between 27 - 30 August 2018 in a social service program held by the Sanglah General Hospital team. Surgery was not performed on patients who did not desire surgery, in cases where the surgery would not improve visual function, and on patients who were known to be medically unfit for safe surgical intervention. Demographic data and visual acuity at admission and postoperative day one were recorded and analyzed. The output of this program was qualitatively measured by analyzing the SRR. A total of 86 patients were included in this study. Visual acuity postoperative day one showed improvement, and the blindness percentage dropped to 51.16%. The sight restoration rate observed in this study was 58.14%. Although the benefits of cost-effective cataract surgery are straightforward, challenges to executing the procedure remain high, such as unaffordability surgery costs and accessibility to eye-care facilities and infrastructures. Equitable growth in other fields can automatically increase healthcare services in rural areas and encourage healthcare workers to spread evenly.

Empowerment of Santri in Efforts to Prevent Daily Emergency at Sidogiri Islamic Boarding School, Pasuruan, East Java 在东爪哇帕苏鲁安Sidogiri伊斯兰寄宿学校预防日常紧急情况的工作中赋予Santri权力

The number of Islamic boarding schools is increasing rapidly, leading to potential health problems, particularly emergency-related issues. This community service aims to improve the students’ health by preventing daily emergencies through the formation of a Healthy Santri Cadre. The benefits of this activity include improving the students’ health and preventing daily emergencies in the Islamic boarding school environment. This community service activity was held in collaboration with LAZ-Sidogiri during the COVID-19 pandemic, when the Sidogiri Islamic boarding school was in lockdown. The activity was divided into three stages: assessment, training of healthy santri cadres, and peer group training through healthy santri cadres. LAZ-Sidogiri staff trained 30 healthy santri cadres. The results of the study showed that all students had experienced emergency situations, with the most common being fever, falls, and cuts from sharp objects. The level of knowledge of the Healthy Santri Cadre before and after the training was statistically significant (p<0.05). The establishment of a Healthy Santri Cadre is essential in Islamic boarding schools as a means of preventing daily emergencies and increasing students’ ability to provide correct first aid.

Effective Health Screening Strategies for Overcoming Non-Communicable Diseases in Sambimulyo Village, Banyuwangi Regency Banyuwangi县Sambimulyo村克服非传染性疾病的有效健康筛查策略

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are chronic conditions that cannot be transmitted from one person to another. These conditions do not usually cause symptoms at first, but over time they can progress and damage the affected organ, leading to complications or even death. A lack of public knowledge about NCDs is a major contributor to complications and deaths from these diseases. To address this issue, a series of activities have been organized as part of the Movement for the Control of Non-Communicable Diseases. These activities focus on understanding the definitions, risk factors, prevention methods, and symptoms of diabetes, hypertension, and hyperuricemia. This study used a descriptive observational method, collecting primary data from pre- and post-test responses and health test results. In the first intervention, information about NCDs was provided and participants’ knowledge was increased by 31.25%. The second intervention was a health screening, which included measuring blood pressure and blood sugar levels. Uric acid levels were also measured at five points in Sambimulyo Village, with 129 participants. The results showed that 41.1% had high blood pressure, 29.5% were classified as diabetic, and 18.8% had high uric acid levels. These activities increased public knowledge about NCDs, provided information about the community’s risk factors, and improved communication, education, and information about how to manage these conditions.
