The author addresses the issue of paradoxicality of educational reforms implemented in Serbia since the year two thousand. The strategic goal of the reforms is democratization of the educational system which is meant to provide fundamental support for the development of a democratic society. However, the question arises of how to develop such a system in light of the fact that a democratic society is a precondition for the development of a democratic educational system. In this case the paradox lies in the fact that expected outcomes of educational reforms are also preconditions for their implementation. The paper also deals with actual outcomes of completed reforms of educational systems in our country. The author points out that apparent problems in strategic planning of educational reforms, among other, stem from obvious oversights concerning anticipation of economic, cultural and social development, as well as overall social and civilisational developments expected in the period ahead.

Due to the fact that film can be efficient resource in teaching the Spanish language if it is applied in a right way, we analyzed the organization of class of the Spanish language with a film. Working with film means a serious organization in a didactical sense. The organization of a class with the film presents a multilayerd process which has few phases, from the preparatory phase to realization phase, whereby various criteria should be kept in mind. In this paper we also illustrated the example of accompanying activities for the class of Spanish language with a film. The purpose of the paper is to bring this topic closer to teachers and to give them guidelines and support for its application.

Osnovne odlike upravljanja i organizacije skolom ukljucuju planiranje, odlucivanje, rukovođenje, vođenje i komunikaciju. Istraživanja sugerisu da uspesno upravljanje skolom zahteva razvijene ne samo menadžerske, vec i liderske funkcije, a visoke socijalne vestine predstavljaju njihovu kljucnu kompetenciju. U složenom drustvenom sistemu, dobro vođenje postaje temeljna komponenta uspesne organizacije ili ustanove. Iako se teoreticari i prakticari vec dugo bave objasnjenjem pojma vođenje, jos uvek je otvoreno mnogo pitanja iz oblasti menadžerstva i vođenja u skolstvu. U skladu sa Zakonom o osnovama sistema obrazovanja i vaspitanja, osoba koja može biti izabrana za direktora treba da poseduje odgovarajuce obrazovanje,kompetecije,licencu i iskustvo u vaspitno-obrazovnom radu. Propisanim uslovima moguce je obezbediti efikasnu obuku, ali cinjenica da licne predispozicije mogu biti prepreka ili prednost u sticanju potrebnih znanja i vestina direktora, ukazuje na neophodnost ukljucivanja selekcije u standardnu proceduru za izbor direktora. Demokratizacija i decentralizacija obrazovnog sistema pretpostavlja niz strukturnih, sistemskih i funkcionalnih promena koje se reflektuju na upravljanje skolom i ulogu koju obavlja direktor skole. U ovom radu ce se razmotriti dužnosti i kompetencije direktora u propisima i skolskoj praksi, da li je direktor skole menadžer ili lider i kakve su mogucnosti za obezbeđivanje profesionalnih resursa za upravljanje skolom.
学校的主要管理和组织包括规划、决策、管理、管理和沟通。研究表明,成功的学校管理不仅需要管理能力的发展,还需要领导力的发展,而高社会新闻代表了他们的关键能力。在一个复杂的社会体系中,良好的行为成为成功的组织或机构的基本组成部分。尽管理论界和实践界长期以来一直致力于解释领导力的概念,但管理层和学校领导力的许多问题仍然悬而未决。根据《教育和教育系统法》,能够当选董事的人必须在教育领域具有适当的教育、能力、执照和经验。规定的条件可以提供有效的培训,但个人倾向可能是处长所需知识和信息的障碍或优势,这表明有必要将选拔纳入标准选拔程序。Demokratizacija i decentrazacija obrazovnog system prepostavlja niz strukturnih,systemtemskih i funkcionalnih promena koje se reflektuju na upravljanje skolom i ulogu koju obavlja direktor skole。这项工作将审查主任在法规和学校实践中的职责和能力,无论主任是学校经理还是领导者,以及为学校提供专业管理资源的机会。

This paper explores tragic elements in Radoje Domanovic's short stories. Firstly, it stipulates the possible approaches to the interpretation of the phenomenon of tragic in literary works, with particular review of tragic as aesthetic and ethical phenomenon, as well as of the manner in which the tragic is shown in literary works. In the central part it describes basic characteristics of Domanovic's non-satirical prose. The exploration of tragic elements included the short stories A hleba...?!, Smrt, Razorena sreca, Promasena sreca, Idealista, Pevacev Uskrs, Na raskrscu. The interpretation of short stories in which the elements of tragic were most visible singled out the most frequent patterns: active actions, conscious sacrifice, suffering without guilt, excessiveness and conflict of values. The final part points out the importance of exploring the phenomenon of tragic in Domanovic's works and literature.
