AbstrakTujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui ciri dari pola tutur variasi akrolek, bentuk fungsi tuturan asertif, dan hubungan ciri pola tutur variasi akrolek pada bentuk fungsi tindak tutur asertif dalam siniar Deddy Corbuzier. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian adalah interaksi antara pembawa acara dan narasumber dalam siniar Deddy Corbuzier. Data yang digunakan yaitu kutipan percakapan antara pembawa acara dan narasumber yang mengandung variasi bahasa akrolek dan hubungannya dengan tindak tutur asertif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, yaitu melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) ciri pola tutur variasi akrolek yang terdiri dari bahasa yang berkonotasi tinggi serta bergengsi dan tidak sesuai dengan kaidah bahasa Indonesia. (2) bentuk tuturan asertif yang terdiri dari tuturan asertif mengeluh, menyarankan, mengklaim, membanggakan, melaporkan, dan memberitahukan. (3) hubungan ciri pola tutur variasi akrolek pada bentuk fungsi tindak tutur asertif menciptakan suatu respon serta memberikan informasi berdasarkan kenyataan.Kata kunci: tindak tutur, variasi akrolek, tindak tutur asertif. AbstrakPada artikel ini mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian dari kemampuan dalam penggunaan bahasa baku pada kalangan mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Medan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya penulisan mahasiswa yang mengerti arti pengertian dari bahasa baku tetapi tidak memahami penggunaaan bahasa baku yang sesuai dengan kaidah kebahasaan. hal ini terlihat dari mahasiswa yang masih sering sekali menggunakan bahasa non baku dalam menulis laporan dalam perkuliaha. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kemampuan mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Medan dalam berbahasa yang baku, yang menjadi fokus pada penelitian ini adalah pemahaman mahasiswa dalam penulisan bahasa baku yang sesuai dengan kaidah kebahasaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hanya hanya 60% mahasiswa yang memahami bahasa baku yang sesuai kaidah kebahasaan dan masih terdapat 40% mahasiswa yang tidak memahami bahasa baku yang sesuai dengan kaidah kebahasaan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan membahas tindak tutur dalam tayangan Bocah Ngapa(k) Ya kemudian menganalisis pranggapan yang terdapat dalam tindak tutur tayangan tersebut. Sampel data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak empat episode. Data analysis was carried out by discussing the speech acts in the show Bocah Ngapa(k) Yes and then analyzing the presuppositions contained in the speech acts of the show. The sample data used in this study were four episodes. Based on the research results, it was found that expressive speech acts contain lexical presuppositions, representative speech acts contain counterfactual presuppositions, directive speech acts contain non-factual presuppositions, representative speech acts contain lexical and existential presuppositions, representative speech acts contain factual presuppositions, and representative speech acts contain factual presuppositions. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penggunaan Whatsapp dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di masa Pandemi Covid-19. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian studi lapangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah Fakultas Syariah IAIN Metro. Untuk mengetahui antusiasme siswa dalam menggunakan aplikasi Whatsapp dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, maka dibuatlah Grup Whatsapp. Berdasarkan penelitian, aplikasi Whatsapp dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran online di masa pandemi. Using a cognitive semantic perspective, the meaning of di is not only limited to the five things mentioned in the online KBBI. This study observes the use of the preposition di by relying on the cognitive semantic paradigm of Tyler and Evans (2003) and Indonesian data from leipzig corpora (https://corpora.uni-leipzig.de/en?corpusId=ind_mixed_2013). The results state that the preposition di is used with a broader meaning than the five things mentioned in the online KBBI. AbstrakKeterampilan berbicara merupakan salah satu keterampilan utama yang wajib diajarkan pada semua jenjang pendidikan. Adapun ruang lingkup keterampilan berbicara yang diajarkan di sekolah terutama di tingkat sekolah Dasar salah satunya adalah bercerita. Pembelajaran bercerita khususnya pada indikator menceritakan kembali cerita yang didengar dengan kata-kata sendiri merupakan salah satu materi yang dianggap sulit oleh siswa sehingga banyak siswa yang kemampuannya belum memadai dalam bercerita. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan agar kemampuan bercerita siswa dapat meningkat. Dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini peneliti berkolaborasi dengan guru kelas. Dari hasil analisis data dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan bercerita siswa dengan menggunakan media film animasi. Hal ini dapat terlihat pada pelaksanaan siklus I kemampuan siswa meningkat menjadi 57,044 dibanding dengan sebelum menggunakan media film animasi hanya 49,27. AbstrakMedia massa memiliki peran yang sangat besar dalam menyebarkan informasi dan berita. Namun, media massa ini juga dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pihak-pihak tertentu untuk membentuk pemahaman atau ideologi bagi masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, media massa dikatakan tidak netral dan masih menggandeng pihak-pihak tertentu. Informasi tentang Papua masih dibatasi oleh mereka yang memiliki kekuasaan, maka masyarakat Indonesia pada umumnya tidak mengetahui apa yang terjadi di Papua dan sebaliknya, masyarakat Papua tidak mengetahui informasi tentang dunia luar. Penelitian ini akan membahas pemberitaan Tirto.id yang berjudul “Rekaman Kekerasan di Papua”. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pisau analisis wacana kritis model Teun A. Van Dijk. The data collection technique used the observation technique and note-taking technique. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman model. The results of this study indicate that the text structure analysis carried out on the news text “Recording Violence in Papua” is in according with the three structures of discourse analysis model Teun A. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi novel Little Bit of Muffin karya Aiu Ahra yang tergolong Yummy lit yang merupakan perpaduan antara sastra Teen lit dan kuliner. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan struktural, kajian genre sastra, dan gastrokritik. Data berupa kata, frasa, dan kalimat dikumpulkan dari novel dengan teknik mencatat. Data tersebut kemudian diklasifikasikan, diinterpretasikan, dan dianalisis dengan teori-teori yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap elemen struktural mendukung konstruksi narasi cinta yang menjadi fokus Yummy lit selain dunia kuliner. Yummy lit merangkul Teen lit dalam hal pembaca, tema, dan bahasa. Yummy lit juga bisa dikaitkan dengan literatur kuliner karena penulis mengeksplorasi wacana tentang dunia makanan secara masif dan konsisten. Dari tinjauan gastrokritis, terungkap konsep makanan dan kesenangan, makanan dan bricolage, makanan dan nama, serta makanan dan sejarah. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive with a structural approach, a study of the literary genre, and gastrocriticism. Data in the form of words, phrases, and sentences were collected from the novel using the note-taking technique. The data are then classified, interpreted, and analyzed with relevant theories. The results showed that every structural element supports the construction of the love narrative which is the focus of Yummy lit apart from the culinary world. Yummy lit embraces Teen lit in terms of readers, themes, and language. Yummy lit can also be attributed to culinary literature because the author explores discourse about the world of food massively and consistently. From the gastrocritical review, it is revealed the concept of food and pleasure, food and bricolage, food and names, as well as food and history. The relationship between the characters and food is shown through the production and consumption patterns of food of muffins and other pastries. AbstrakPenelitian memiliki tujuan untuk mengungkapkan makna dari puisi Ahmadun Yosi Herfanda yang berjudul Rahasia Cinta dan Resonansi Indonesia. Peneliti menggunakan Semiotika Pierce untuk mengkaji kedua puisi tersebut. Dalam kajian Semiotika Pierce fokus dalam kajiannya meliputi ikon, indeks, dan simbol. Pemilihan puisi Rahasia Cinta dan Resonansi Indonesia untuk dikaji dalam penelitian ini karena dari puisi Rahasia Cinta dan Resonansi Indonesia menggunakan pemilihan majas dan makna kiasan yang menarik dan menggunakan pilihan majas yang penuh dengan arti, sehingga kedua puisi tersebut sangat cocok untuk dikaji menggunakan kajian Semiotika Pierce. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan tiga unsur Semiotika Pierce dalam kedua puisi tersebut. Ketiga unsur tersebut ialah ikon, indeks, dan simbol. Unsur Semiotika Pierce Pada puisi Rahasia Cinta yang paling dominan ialah ikon sedangkan indeks dan simbol terdapat satu. The researcher uses Pierce's Semiotics to study the two poems. In the study of Semiotics, Pierce's focus in his study includes icons, indexes, and symbols. The selection of the Indonesian Secret of Love and Resonance poetry to be studied in this study is because the Indonesian Secret of Love and Resonance poetry uses an interesting selection of figurative language and figurative meanings and uses a choice of figurative language that is full of meaning, so that the two poems are very suitable to be studied using Pierce's Semiotics study. From the results of the research that has been done, three elements of Pierce's Semiotics are found in the two poems. The three elements are icons, indexes, and symbols. Elements of Pierce's Semiotics in the poem Secret of Love, the most dominant is the icon, while the index and symbol are one. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis nilai pendidikan karakter dalam film Rudy Habibie sutradara Hanung Bramantyo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan sosiologi sastra. Peneliti menggunakan film Rudy Habibie yang disutradarai oleh Hanung Bramantyo sebagai sumber data yang digunakan. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif dan teknik penganalisisan data dengan menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, terdapat nilai pendidikan karakter di dalam film Rudy Habibie meliputi nilai religius, kerja keras, peduli sosial, jujur, kreatif, gemar membaca, demokratis, tanggung jawab, dan cinta tanah air, dan dapat dijadikan pedoman bagi guru maupun peserta didik untuk bersikap yang baik dalam menjalankan kehidupan sehari-hari berdasarkan nilai-nilai kebaikan yang ada.
