This study aims to strengthen character education based on the local wisdom of Mandar Metabe' and Mepuang at State Elementary School 001 Campalagian Polewali Mandar, West Sulawesi. Researchers try to examine more deeply the management of programs that have been made starting from planning, implementation, and evaluation. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with an ethnographic approach and was compiled using primary and secondary data. In this study, researchers used the concept of local wisdom of Mandar culture and character education strengthening programs in linking existing theories and facts. Through this research it can be seen that there are four programs of character education strengthening compiled by SDN 001 Campalagian which are carried out through learning methods and routine activities (habituation), namely (1) one day speaking Mandarin, (2) greeting the teacher with the nickname Puang as a form of habituation of respecting elders, (3) integration of local wisdom material which is carried out during the learning process by inserting local wisdom material such as the virtues of Metabe' and Mepuang, and (4) ibda' bi nafsika which means starting from oneself which is done by giving examples of commendable behavior from the teacher towards students.

K.H. Maimun Zubair adalah tokoh Islam di Indonesia. Beliau adalah pendiri dan pengasuh pondok pesantren Al Anwar Sarang di Rembang, Jawa Tengah. Beliau memiliki peran ganda, sebagai alim ulama sekaligus sebagai politisi dan penasihat politik. Hal ini dikarenakan beliau berkeinginan untuk menyatukan prinsip Islam dan nasionalisme dalam politik Indonesia. Melihat figur dari K.H. Maimun Zubair tersebut, dapat ditunjukkan bahwa beliau memiliki nilai-nilai karakter yang dapat diteladani oleh generasi muda Indonesia saat ini. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Sumber data primer pada penelitian ini adalah testimoni, buku biografi K.H. Maimun Zubair, dan pesan yang disampaikan oleh K.H. Maimun Zubair di media massa. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang ada dalam diri beliau yaitu religius, toleransi, disiplin, gemar membaca, semangat kebangsaan, cinta tanah air, bersahabat/komunikatif, dan peduli sosial. The coronavirus disease pandemic has an impact on various fields of life, including education. The Integrated Islamic Elementary School in Garut Regency is one of the affected schools so that the teaching and learning process is carried out online. During online learning, schools continue to apply character values in all their activities as an effort to instill character education strengthening in students. This study aims to analyze the influence of online learning on strengthening the character education of integrated Islamic elementary school students. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sample used came from students in grades I-VI from two Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools in Garut Regency totaling 90 respondents. Collecting data using observation, literature study, interviews, and questionnaires. The research instrument used a Likert scale. Hypothesis test is used through t test, f test, and determinant coefficient or R Square. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence partially online learning on strengthening the character education of integrated Islamic elementary school students. Simultaneously online learning has a significant effect on strengthening the character education of integrated Islamic elementary school students.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik berbasis proyek siswa tunarugu kelas 1 SDLB di SLB Negeri Balikpapan; (2) Mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai karakter yang berkembang dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik berbasis proyek siswa kelas 1 SDLB Tunarungu di SLB Negeri Balikpapan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data diperoleh dari guru kelas, siswa tunarungu dan orangtua siswa. Pengunpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data selanjutnya dianalisis dengan model interaktif yang mengikuti format dari Miles Huberman, meliputi: reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemilihan model pembelajaran harus disesuaikan dengan materi yang akan diajarkan beserta kemampuan siswa juga daya dukung lingkungan sekolah. Dalam pembelajaran tematik berbasis projek yang dilaksanakan untuk siswa kelas 1 SDLB Tunarungu berdasarkan hasil observasi terlihat pengembangan nilai-karakter yang muncul dalam diri siswa meliputi nilai karakter religius, gotong royong, tanggung jawab, bernalar kritis, disiplin kreatif, mandiri, jujur dan kerjasama dan mulai berkembang dalam setiap aktifitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Nilai-nilai karakter yang diajarkan disekolah membawa pengaruh positif ketika siswa berada dirumah sehingga orangtua pun memberikan tanggapan positif dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik berbasis proyek ini.

This research is based on the problem of wayang purwa which is currently starting to not get the attention of the public, especially the younger generation. This study aims to explore the paradoxical aesthetics of the Punakawan wayang through symbolic interpretation. This study uses a qualitative approach with the Punakawan puppet as the object and Dhalang as the research subject. Sources of research data in the form of informants, places events, as well as documents or archives. Data were collected using in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The validity of the data was tested by means of triangulation of sources and review of informants. Data were analyzed using an interactive model with data reduction, data display, and verification procedures. The results showed that the outer structure of the wayang punokawan has distinctive features and characteristics. The inner structure is more about meanings and values that are integrated with the outer structure. In the study of semiotics, wayang punokawan represents or is interpreted based on the values and meanings contained (internal structure). The paradoxical aesthetic value of the opposite between the outer and inner structures of wayang punokawan in Javanese culture is essentially learning the noble values of humanity to be applied in school learning, lectures, and community life.

ABSTRAKPendidikan karakter menjadi pembahasan yang menarik dalam dunia pendidikan, apalagi dalam era saat ini moral generasi muda semakin terkikis dan menipis dikarenakan pengaruh budaya global.. Penelitian ini berfokus pada Pendidikan Karakter dengan menerapkan Pendekatan Agama yang dilakukan Di Pondok Pesantrren Al-Hidayah Desa Langgam, Kecamatan Langgam, Kabupaten Pelalawan, Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara langsung. Data dianalisis melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Fokus Pendidikan karakter yang ada di Pondok Pesantren Al-Hidayah tertuju pada peningkatan hafalan Qur’an dan memperdalam ajaran pendidikan islam serta menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Guru disana juga mengajarkan pentingnya berkarakter baik atau berakhlak baik, karena dalam pendidikan karakter bukan hanya mengajarkan tentang yang benar dan yang salah kepada peserta didik, namun juga menanamkan tentang kebiasaan baik, dapat merasakan dan melakukan hal baik. Dengan adanya Pendidikan Islam diharapkan menjadi alternative untuk membantu membangun dan menciptakan generasi muda yang berkualitas, berintegritas, memiliki rasa tanggung jawab, berkepemimpinan dan berpikir terbuka sehingga melahirkan karakter yang kuat dalam diri siswa. ABSTRACTCharacter education is an interesting discussion in the world of education, especially in the current era the morals of the younger generation are getting eroded and thinned due to the influence of global culture. Langgam, Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data were collected through direct observation and interviews. The data were analyzed through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The focus of character education at the Al-Hidayah Islamic Boarding School is aimed at improving the memorization of the Qur'an and deepening the teachings of Islamic education and applying it in everyday life. Teachers there also teach the importance of having good character or good morals, because in character education it is not only teaching students about right and wrong, but also instilling good habits, being able to feel and do good things. With the existence of Islamic education, it is expected to be an alternative to help build and create a young generation of quality, integrity, having a sense of responsibility, leadership and open thinking so as to give birth to strong characters in students.

Pandemi Covid-19 mengubah wajah pendidikan. Terjadinya perubahan dari sistem pembelajaran konvensional ke sistem pembelajaran daring yang berbasis teknologi bisa menjadi rintangan jika guru tidak mampu menintegrasikan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Selain itu di masa pandemi ini, guru hanya menekankan pada transfer knowledge tetapi seringkali melupakan sisi ruhani dan pendidikan karakter siswa yang menjadi esensi seorang manusia. Kecanggihan teknologi tidak akan mampu menggantikan peran guru sebagai pendidik siswa. Walaupun kegiatan belajar dan mengajar dilakukan secara daring, pendidikan karakter harus tetap menjadi prioritas dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menginterrnalisasi sikap hormat dan tanggung jawab pada siswa sekolah menengah melalui kisah hikmah dan keteladanan guru pada pembelajaran daring. Internalisasi sikap hormat dan tanggung jawab pada masa pembelajaran daring dapat dilakukan melalui keteladanan guru. Bentuk keteladanan guru dalam menanamkan karakter tanggung jawab dapat dilaksanakan dengan cara pembiasaan dan pendekatan kepada siswa untuk dapat menanamkan dan membentuk karakter tanggung jawab siswa. Selain itu internalisasi sikap hormat dan tanggung jawab dapat dilakukan melalui metode kisah yaitu dengan cara bercerita tentang peristiwa-peristiwa ataupun kisah penuh hikmah dalam upaya pembentukan akhlak. Kisah juga dapat memberikan stimulasi kepada peserta didik dan secara otomatis mendorong peserta didik untuk berbuat kebajikan serta dapat membentuk akhlak mulia.

Character education is an education system that aims to instill character values in individuals in which there are components of knowledge and awareness in acting. Character education is closely related to moral education where moral education also aims to shape and train individual abilities in realizing good ways of thinking and behaving. Character education aims to develop essential potential in humans where in the future they can become clever individuals in regulating all their actions and differentiating good and bad. Character education is an effort to form an honest, caring and loving character for the homeland. Character is a characteristic of each different individual. In humans, The formation of this character requires coaching to form a good character in order to become a generation that has advanced thinking. Developments in the 21st century have brought many changes, based on these problems, this study seeks to analyze efforts to instill character values in individuals, especially for the 21st century generation.The research method used is a literature review method from 20 sources in the form of journal articles and websites using a quantitative deductive approach by analyzing the data used in accordance with the themes discussed.the res b ults of this study finds how the effect of changes in the cultivation of character education due to the Covid 19 outbreak that occurred in the 21st century and how to use other information media as a means of planting.

Pada masa pandemi covid-19 penerapan karakter religius siswa dilakukan secara daring sehingga membuat siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam pelaksanaan penerapan karakter religius, karakter religius mempunyai posisi penting dalam pengendalian diri dari perbuatan yang melenceng dari ajaran agama. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan karakter religius siswa di masa pandemi covid-19, faktor pendukung dan penghambat di SD Muhammadiyah Karangkajen II. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data model Miles dan Hubermen. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Perencanaan kegiatan mengedepankan nilai-nilai religius, menyusun kegiatan tadarus Al-Quran, tahfidz Al-Quran, dan ibadah sholat. (2) Pelaksanaan kegiatan religius mendata dokumen daftar target hafalan dan presensi jadwal sholat, mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter religius didalam pembelajaran seperti berdoa sebelum dan sesudah belajar, integrasi pengembangan diri kegiatan rutin melakukan ibadah sholat, tadarus Al-Quran, hafalan doa dan surat pendek Al-Quran. (3) Pengawasan kegiatan religius dilakukan kepala sekolah, kepala bidang KHI, guru kelas, dan guru pendidikan agama islam. (4) Evaluasi program berkonsultasi dengan kepala sekolah dan berkoordinasi dengan setiap guru kelas. (5) Faktor pendukungnya yaitu kerjasama, kedekatan, dan peran orang tua sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu terkendalanya pengawasan.

This study aims to describe the perspective view of Albert Bandura's behaviorism on scouting extracurricular activities at SD Negeri 1 Simo Boyolali. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. This study uses an interactive model of data analysis techniques. The results showed that the implementation of Albert Bandura's theory of the process of observing and imitating can influence a person's behavior. Changes in the behavior of students who initially acted less disciplined, became more disciplined. Students can build their knowledge based on their experiences which can be seen in their characteristic behavior. In an effort to build character, students can take part in scout extracurricular activities at school. Scout extracurricular activities in Indonesia are mandatory extracurricular activities in the 2013 curriculum (K13). The implementation of scout extracurricular activities is guided and coached by scout coaches, teachers, and also the principal as a cameraman who is responsible for all activities in the school including scout extracurricular activities. Scout extracurricular activities are interesting, challenging, and fun. These activities are a form of character representation that will be formed by scout extracurricular activities. So that it can construct student characters that have an impact on students' daily lives.
