This study aims to analyze the cognitive development of early childhood in the Qurota A'yun Gandrungmangu Cilacap Playgroup through concrete objects. This research is qualitative research with research subjects being school principals, teachers, and students of the Qurota A'yun Gandrungmangu Cilacap play group. The instruments in the research were interview sheets, observations, and documentation. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model which consists of four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that: 1) the cognitive development of children in the Qurota A'yun Gandrungmangu play group has developed as expected; 2) through concrete objects such as color balls, puzzles, natural materials can develop early childhood cognitive abilities.

Manajemen Pendidikan Karakter di SDN 1 Karanggayam SDN 1 Karanggayam的性格教育管理

This research is based on the importance of character problems in students. In this regard, this study aims to determine the management of character education in moral student realization in SDN 1 Karanggayam. This survey is a qualitative survey. Data collection through interviews, observations and documentation. Validity of data using triangulation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display, and inference drawing. This research led to his five conclusions: (1) Instill in students a sense of values ​​and morality, and aim for character education. These values ​​and morals align with the Madrasa's vision and mission. Instilled character stats include: Religious, sincere, hardworking, smart and caring. (2) The organization of character education, where teachers are role models for madrasah students, is working well. These values ​​and morals are implemented in different ways depending on each teacher's style. (3) Character education leadership includes activities that improve teacher-student relationships, provide students with opportunities to voice their opinions, and motivate students. (4) The control of character education is done by providing students with the development of moral values ​​and literacy. These skills are: Critical thinking, creative thinking, clear communication skills, listening skills, and good moral habits.

Kajian Peranan Partai Politik dalam Manajemen Penetapan Anggaran Pendidikan 回顾政党在教育预算管理中的角色

This paper aims to determine the extent of the role of political parties in the management of budget decisions, especially budgets in the education sector. This paper is qualitative in nature by conducting studies and analysis of relevant laws and regulations, as well as juxtaposing them with a number of relevant scientific writings. The results show that the position and role of political parties is very significant in the management process of determining the budget.

Apakah Sikap Bermazhab Berperan Terhadap Kesehatan Mental Remaja Nadhatul Ulama ? Bermazhab的态度对纳达图尔青少年的精神健康有影响吗?

This study wanted to determine the relationship between the attitude of memorizing mazhap and the mental health of Muslim youths of Nadhatul Ulama. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, namely religious attitudes and mental health. The number of subjects involved in this study were 43 people (17-22 years, M = 19). Data analysis techniques with correlation and regression tests. It is known that there is a relationship between religious attitudes and the mental health of Muslim youth Nadhatul Ulama (r = .566, p = .000, p <.000). Likewise, it is known that the contribution of religious attitudes towards mental health is 32%; and there are other factors of 68%. Furthermore, the results are discussed in this article.

Pelayanan Pendidikan yang Prima Melalui Learning Management System (LMS) Berbasis Moodle untuk Mewujudkan Sekolah Efekitf pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di SMP Negeri 1 Kebumen

The aims of this study were (1) to describe and analyze excellent educational services through the Moodle-based Learning Management System (LMS) at SMP Negeri 1 Kebumen and (2) to find out the impact and results for creating an effective school during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is a qualitative research method. Sources of data used are informants, namely principals, teachers, students, and parents of students as well as documents. Data collection methods used are observation, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative techniques, with the validity of the data using triangulation of data collection techniques and sources. Excellent educational services through the Moodle-based Learning Management System (LMS) at SMP Negeri 1 Kebumen with steps (1) planning, by forming a work team, preparing Standard Operating Procedures (POS), preparing facilities and infrastructure, and preparing development instruments, (2 ) dissemination and capacity building for teachers and administrators, students, school committees and student guardians, (3) implementation trials, (4) implementation, and (5) monitoring, evaluation and follow-up. The application of the Moodle Learning Management System (LMS) at Kebumen 1 Public Middle School can create an effective school, which is characterized by (1) efficient use of inputs, (2) effectiveness of implementing learning and management of education, both planning, outreach, testing, implementation, and monitoring, evaluation, and follow-up), (3) output productivity, namely learning and management of education that is accountable, and (4) outcome relevance, namely implementation, involvement, and student satisfaction in Learning From Home (BDR).

This journal discusses the leadership approach and leadership model applied by the Head of Madrasah MI Ma'arif Kemangguan. The purpose of this study was to find out the leadership approach and leadership model that was carried out and applied by the Madrasah Principal Ma'arif Kemangguan. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the leadership approach adopted by the head of Madrasah MI Ma'arif Kemangguan in carrying out his duties as a leader. In addition, this study also examines the leadership model carried out by the Madrasah Principal of MI Kemangguan. In this study, the authors used qualitative methods, by conducting interviews with informants. The main resource person in this study was the Head of Madrasah MI Ma'arif Kemangguan. Apart from that, as information or supporting data in this study, namely conducting research on two administrators of MI Ma'arif Kemangguan and one guardian of students of MI Ma'arif Kemangguan. The results of the study were to find out the leadership approach and leadership model used by the Head of the Madrasah MI Ma'arif Kemangguan. The leadership approach taken by the Head of Madrasah MI Ma'arif Kemangguan is to use a situational approach, namely the pattern of behavior shown by a leader when leading and being able to influence the activities of others, both as individuals and groups. Meanwhile, the leadership model adopted by the Head of Madrasah MI Ma'arif Kemangguan is a participatory leadership model where the leader has little control in the decision-making process, here the leader only presents the problem which is then discussed with his subordinates. .

In modern times Siyasa Idariyah is a way to achieve good governance. The study of Siyasah Idariyah is related to government including authorities, organs, agencies, government public bodies and so on. State power that controls all areas of centralistic state life in one power will produce ineffective and efficient results and even tends to deviate from the constitution and applicable regulations. For this reason, this fact encourages philosophers to find solutions regarding efforts to distribute power so that it is evenly distributed and does not accumulate in one person or institution of power. One of the ideas born by these philosophers is the theory of Trias Politica. This theory states that state power needs to be separated into three parts, namely legislative, executive and judicial powers.

The study of Siyasah Idariyah is related to government including authorities, organs, agencies, government public bodies and so on. State power that controls all areas of centralistic state life in one power will produce ineffective and efficient results and even tends to deviate from the constitution and applicable regulations. For this reason, this fact encourages philosophers to find solutions regarding efforts to distribute power so that it is evenly distributed and does not accumulate in one person or institution of power. One of the ideas born by these philosophers is the theory of Trias Politica. Integration of Fintech and Islamic Banking in Indonesia: Opportunities and Challenges 印尼金融科技与伊斯兰银行的融合:机遇与挑战

This paper is intended to analyze the opportunities and challenges of collaboration between the fintech industry and Islamic banking in Indonesia. This research is a descriptive qualitative study of literature review, by collecting information, identifying problems, and making evaluations. Data analysis using SWOT platform. The results of the study show there are opportunities, that the digitalization system in Indonesia is developing very quickly, so that it can be used as a means to improve services in Islamic banking. In this way, Islamic Bank services can reach remote areas, reduce costs, and increase the Islamic financial inclusion. The biggest challenge is related to regulators. The Indonesian, which is predominantly Muslim, requires definite sharia rules regarding services at several types of fintech, which until now do not have a sharia fatwa. Fintech will continue to develop, or contrary, Islamic fintech may sink and be replaced by other technological innovations.

Dialektika Agama dan Budaya: Tradisi Kenduri Sebagai Ekspresi Religius 宗教和文化辩证:作为宗教表达的kenthorn传统

Tidak dipungkiri, agama di Indonesia berkembang melalui proses akulturasi dengan budaya lokal, seperti agama Islam yang berakulturasi dengan budaya Jawa dan dikenal sebagai Islam Jawa. Secara empiris, fenomena dialektika tersebut tampak dalam tradisi keberagamaan yang dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat muslim lokal seperti tradisi kenduri, nyadran, rebo kasan atau ekspresi religius yang lainnya. Lahirnya ekspresi religius yang sangat variatif tersebut merupakan indikasi adanya fenomena dialektika agama dan budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pola dialektika dalam tradisi kenduri di Desa Kedungcino, Jepara sebagai ekspresi religius. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua pola dialektika dalam tradisi kenduri, yaitu teologis-kompromistis dan teologis-humanistis.

Internal challenges and external challenges in the development of the Islamic education curriculum are the background to the importance of conducting a study of KH.
