This article presents the results of the author's inspirational research which provides an overview of the management of educational institutions within the Ministry of Religion of Purbalingga Regency. The aim of the study was to find out the efforts to increase the Managerial Competence of the Head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah in Purbalingga in Madrasah Work Planning. The approach in this study uses a qualitative approach through case studies. Data collection was carried out through the stages of both open and closed interviews, observation and documentation studies. The research results show that various efforts have been made by school heads at MIN 3 Purbalingga and MIS Maarif Purbalingga in improving their managerial competence in the planning aspect. This can be seen from the various steps taken to increase competency through improving educational qualifications by continuing to Masters and Doctoral degrees, education and training, MoUs with various tertiary institutions in increasing the managerial competence of Madrasah Principals, sharing good practices, and through comparative studies. As a result, the increase in these activities helped the Madrasah Principal plan a programmed Madrasah work plan starting from the preparation stage, identifying and reflecting on the results of the Madrasah Quality Report Card to the formulation of a Madrasah work program plan that involved all Madrasah residents. The recommendation from the results of this research is that it is necessary to increase the managerial competence of Madrasah Heads in Scheduled and Programmed Planning in order to improve the Quality of Ibtidaiyyah Madrasahs under the Ministry of Religion.

Management is something that should be applied in various ways, especially in educational Institutions. This article aims to find out about the fundamentals of Islamic Boarding School Management. Management in islmaic educational institutions, one of which is islamic boarding schools, is very important because to be able to regulate, manage and improve all process that occur in islamic boarding schools. The components in the pesantren are kyai, student, book, dormitories, ceregivers, and administrators who work together to achieve common goals. While in management theory themanagement function consists of Planning (Planning), Organizing (Organising), Actuating (Implementation), Controlling (Supervision). With the application of more ideal, dynamic and structured islamic boarding school management, education in islamic boarding school is increasingly advanced and can achieve the goals that have been planned.

This study aims to describe the academic self-efficacy of students at SDN X Taman Sari, Lelea District, Indramayu Regency, West Java. This research was conducted on 148 male and female students aged 9-13 years from grades 4-6 elementary school. The measuring instrument used in this academic self-efficacy research is part of the measuring instrument for the Faculty of Psychology, Tarumanagara University in 2015 in Indonesian. Through correlation analysis techniques with the SPSS version 25 program. It was found that the dimensions of the highest level were compared to the dimensions of generality and or strength. In addition, based on analysis of additional data, it can be concluded that there are differences in the level of academic self-efficacy in terms of gender. This journal discusses the approaches and models of leadership in an institution or organization that we often encounter. The purpose of writing this journal is to find out and understand and implement knowledge about leadership approaches and models that are much needed in educational institutions, both formal, informal and non-formal. Writing this journal in order to add insight to students and students in studying leadership. This is very important and will be experienced by students and students. Because by studying this journal it is able to prepare and shape leadership character with various approaches and leadership models that can adapt to the circumstances of society. So it can be easily accepted. A person's leadership greatly influences other people, especially his subordinates. Data from various references were analyzed using descriptive analysis to support the propositions and ideas in this article.

Education is one of the breaker ropes of poverty. But has every citizen received education to the highest level? What about the education for all program? The basic conception of educational equity aimed at equality in education and equity in education does not seem to go hand in hand and can even be said to be opposite each other in order to educate the nation's life. The principle of education for all that is often echoed is also still dealing with discrimination against society on the basis of class and status in obtaining justice and educational opportunities. Various assumptions are put forward starting from government policies which are considered to change frequently, public awareness of the importance of education is still not optimal, the process of providing education is felt to be too expensive, and on the other hand free education policy propaganda offers public wishful thinking which is sometimes not in line with the reality of the cost of education that must be paid. issued by society. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) is in an effort to improve the quality of student discipline at the An-Nahdlah Student Islamic Boarding School, Kebumen. The informants in this study were caregivers, administrators, and students of the An-Nahdlah Kebumen Islamic Boarding School. The method used in this study is using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study include three methods, namely: observation, interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model which consists of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that efforts to improve the quality of the discipline of students at the An-Nahdlah Kebumen Student Islamic Boarding School use PDCA. In the planning process, improving the quality of the rules regarding obligations and prohibitions. In the implementation process, socializing and monitoring the implementation of obligations and prohibitions. In the monitoring process, checking and analyzing the quality of the implementation of the code of conduct and determining the priority of corrective action. In the repair process, make improvements to the rules regarding obligations and prohibitions so that new rules are created.

Technological advances have recently become the concern of all human beings, especially with this broadcasting institution, Radio Kardopa 99.4 FM. One of the things that must be able to compete with the development of an era that is increasingly rapid in its growth is technology. Initially, this radio only distributed information in a traditional way, such as through accessing only FM transmitters. Which in this day and age is considered old-fashioned and less effective because not everyone is interested in listening to radio on a frequency transmitter. So a live streaming radio and social media platform was created to convey information. On this occasion, the author uses a digitalized marketing strategy using access to social media as an information distribution strategy. So wherever they are they will always be able to listen to their favorite radio. To increase its audience, the broadcaster has evaluated the strategy used. Where this broadcasting institution, namely Kardopa Radio itself, already has a Tiktok account which aims to increase listeners, namely young people or millennials and gen-z. This is done because Kardopa Radio knows very well that information does not only belong to certain groups, but belongs to all groups, including the young people. It can be seen from the follower insight data that many follow the @radiokardopa.kdigi account, the age of 25-34 is 39.0% and the age of 18-24 is 32.0%. It is clear that the target to be achieved has been accomplished during the author's internship at this place. In this study the authors used a qualitative method with a descriptive case study approach, this aims to increase the interest of young listeners and is designed through an effective approach.

The key output of the teaching process is the material provided by the students themselves,therefore it is important to conduct research. The methodology used in this investigation is aclass of investigative action. Methods of data collection using interviews, tests, observation,and documentation. Data validation using triangulation. Data analysis methods used in thisresearch include quantitative analysis, especially reduction analysis, presentation, andconclusion or verification analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) teaching Englishuses the ICARE system to teach one continuous monologue that is descriptive in nature andincludes four learning objectives: Introduce (Introduce), Connect (Connect), Apply (Apply),Reflect (Reflect), and Expand (Expand). (2) The results of Section I show that there are 16 or43% of participants who have completed the course and 27 or 67% who have not; the overallparticipation rate was 68. In Part II,

Warga muslim Desa Sumurber masih menjaga eksistensi tradisi sinoman malam Jumat legi sebagai ritus ibadah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemaknaan ritual sinoman malam Jumat legi bagi warga muslim Desa Sumurber. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi dan wawancara, serta dianalisis dengan teknik analisis konten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sinoman malam Jumat legi dilaksanakan dalam bentuk tahlilan, yasinan, ziarah kubur, khotmil quran, dan sholawatan. Hal ini karena mayoritas warga adalah pengikut Nahdlatul Ulama. Lebih lanjut, masyarakat memaknai ritual ini sebagai metode untuk berdoa untuk keselamatan di dunia dan akhirat, dan sebagai media untuk mempererat silaturahmi antar warga desa Sumurber.
