MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DI MADRASAH BERTARAF INTERNASIONAL AMANATUL UMMAH PACET MOJOKERTO 国际伊斯兰学校的人格教育管理AMANATUL UMMAH PACET MOJOKERTO

Globalization in addition to carrying positive impacts also carries a negative impact. Many of the parents complained about the unrulable behavior of his teenage children. Similarly, daily teachers have to deal with the behavior of very complex adolescent students. Once the students still uphold the values of honesty, now the values are shifted by instant values, among others no need to learn hard to get good grades, because by cheating on good grades it will be achievable and up class. " Social demands and the desire to maintain self-esteem in the eyes of peers have encouraged cheating activities to be a regular and mandatory thing to do. Fast paced value has replaced the value of honesty ". Not only cheating, but other deviant behaviors such as smoking in school, liquor and drugs, engaging in brawl, as well as other behaviors that threaten the destruction of the fundamental development of value, are a matter or problem that haunts young people. A great responsibility to help the youth face the above problems is generally left to the school. The school is expected to be a community change laboratory or place of mental revolution. The school bears the duties and responsibilities of continuing the basic education given in the family. Because of the importance of this responsibility, the school needs to have a good planning, implementation, and evaluation related to character education. This research aims to describe and analyse (1) Character Education Planning (2) Character education Implementation and (3) Character Education evaluation applied in Amanatul International Madrasah Ummah Pacet Mojokerto. This study used a qualitative approach with this type of case study research. The data sources specified are MBI coordinator and co-ordinator representatives. Data collection using interview techniques, documentation, and observations. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data interpretation, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. Validity of data using triangulation, and discussion between friends. The results of the research in MBI Amanatul Ummah Pacet Mojokerto is 1) Character education planning is a) Grand idea covering the vision, Mission, foundation of establishment, commitment of Madrasah, 7 keys to the success of students and the purpose of future students, B) Pre working meeting, c) work meeting. 2) Implementation of character education is a) coaching new learners B) Program Coaching and Development talents C) Program coaching organization students D) program Coaching E) The annual agenda of the Madrasah F) Implementation of the curriculum program Muis g) program Implementation Kepesantrenan 3) Evaluation of character education consists of a) evaluation takes place on the spot or directly on the scene B) direct evaluation by teachers in Class C) weekly evaluation conducted by functionaries and homeroom. d) monthly evaluation e) annual evaluation F) evaluation based on input, criticism, and advice from both students, studen

Manajemen Stres Menghadapi Covid-19 Dalam Pendidikan Islam 伊斯兰教育面临Covid-19的压力管理

The corona covid-19 virus phenomenon is very shocking the world. Almost all people in the world experience uncertainty and many receive information from social media whose truth is uncertain. This has unwittingly caused panic for some people. The number of hoax news that caused panic and the appeal for social distancing by the government without any proper counseling to the community, which resulted in panic. Not only this it also affects the mental health of a person to unwittingly cause stress. The purpose of this study is to find out how to manage stress in dealing with covid-19 in the perspective of Islamic education. The research approach used is a form of research obtained from the literature in the field of Islamic education and stress management. Data collection techniques by searching related literature both online and offline. Data analysis techniques using data analysis techniques from related literature. The results of research conducted are stress management to deal with covid-19 in Islamic education is to think positively, avoid hoax news, avoid excessive panic, pray and worship Allah, and always pray to Allah.

MANAJEMEN MUTU PENDIDIKAN DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KEMANDIRIAN MADRASAH 教育质量管理,努力改善伊斯兰学校的自力更生

Penelitian ini disusun berdasarkan pentingnya pelaksanaan manajemen mutu pendidikan dalam suatu madrasah. Fokus penelitian ini pada pelaksanaan manajemen mutu delapan standar nasional pendidikan. Sehubungan hal tersebut, penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut manajemen mutu pendidikan dalam upaya meningkatkan kemandirian madrasah di. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi data. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan manajemen mutu pendidikan sudah dilakukan dengan baik. Perencanaan diawali dengan rapat bersama untuk menentukan tujuan yang akan dicapai melalui realisasi program. (2) Pelaksanaan manajemen mutu pendidikan di sudah dilakukan dengan baik. Dalam pelaksanaan, kepala madrasah mampu menggerakan pendidik untuk menjalankan pogram sesuai rencana. (3) Evaluasi manajemen mutu pendidikan sudah dilakukan dengan baik. Kepala madrasah menjamin terlaksananya manajemen mutu pendidikan melalui supervisi dan rapat evaluasi pelaksanaan untuk mencari kekurangannya. (4) Tindak lanjut manajemen mutu pendidikan sudah dilakukan dengan baik. Kepala madrasah menggunakan dasar tahapan evaluasi untuk menentukan langkah tindak lanjut yang akan dilakukan.  Kata kunci :  Manajemen, Mutu, Pendidikan

Potret Pandangan Warga Pesantren Terhadap Pro-Kontra Pelaksanaan Shalat Jum’at di Tengah Pandemi 反映出伊斯兰教人民对星期五全球大流行中支持反宗教祈祷的观点

The spread of the Corona virus outbreak has caused a lot of polemic in various elements of life, both social, cultural, economic, political and religious. In the religious field, a problem that has arisen and is widely discussed is the prohibition or suspension of Friday prayers. This policy cannot be separated from the pros and cons of the Indonesian people in particular. The aim of this research is to find out the responses and views of Islamic boarding school residents towards government policies in general and the prohibition of Friday prayers in particular. The research uses a qualitative approach to provide a complete and comprehensive description. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews/interviews and direct observation. Then, the data that has been obtained is analyzed descriptively. The results of the analysis indicate that most pesantren residents regret government policies because they are considered not optimal. Regarding the suspension of Friday prayers, they are of the view that Friday prayers will still be carried out even with the health protocol, they agree if the ban is applied to areas where it is "absolutely clear" the spread of the virus is virulent.

Penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya permasalahan karakter peserta didik yang masih belum memuaskan. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pendidikan karakter dalam mewujudkan peserta didik yang berakhlakul karimah di MIN 04 Banjarnegara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan lima kesimpulan: (1) Perencanaan pendidikan karakter dilakukan dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai dan moralitas kepada peserta didik. Nilai-nilai dan moralitas tersebut disesuaikan dengan visi, misi madrasah. Nilai-nilai karakter yang ditanamkan antara lain: relegius, kejujuran, kerja keras, cerdas, dan peduli. (2) Pengorganisasian pendidikan karakter telah berjalan dengan baik, dimana para guru sebagai model teladan bagi peserta didik di madrasah. Nilai-nilai dan moralitas tersebut dilaksanakan secara bermacam-macam sesuai dengan gaya guru masing-masing. (3) Pengarahan pendidikan karakter dilakukan meliputi kegiatan meningkatkan hubungan pendidik dengan peserta didik, memberikan kesempatan pada peserta didik untuk mengemukakan pendapat, dan memberikan motivasi kepada peserta didik. (4) Pengendalian pendidikan karakter dilakukan dengan memberikan keterampilan kepada peserta didik untuk pengembangan nilai dan leterasi moral. Keterampilan tersebut antara lain yaitu: keterampilan berpikir kritis, keterampilan berpikir kreatif, keterampilan berkom

Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pendidikan karakter dalam mewujudkan peserta didik yang berakhlakul karimah di MIN 04 Banjarnegara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan lima kesimpulan: (1) Perencanaan pendidikan karakter dilakukan dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai dan moralitas kepada peserta didik. Nilai-nilai dan moralitas tersebut disesuaikan dengan visi, misi madrasah. Nilai-nilai karakter yang ditanamkan antara lain: relegius, kejujuran, kerja keras, cerdas, dan peduli. (2) Pengorganisasian pendidikan karakter telah berjalan dengan baik, dimana para guru sebagai model teladan bagi peserta didik di madrasah. Nilai-nilai dan moralitas tersebut dilaksanakan secara bermacam-macam sesuai dengan gaya guru masing-masing. (3) Pengarahan pendidikan karakter dilakukan meliputi kegiatan meningkatkan hubungan pendidik dengan peserta didik, memberikan kesempatan pada peserta didik untuk mengemukakan pendapat, dan memberikan motivasi kepada peserta didik. (4) Pengendalian pendidikan karakter dilakukan dengan memberikan keterampilan kepada peserta didik untuk pengembangan nilai dan leterasi moral. The Relevance of Akhlaqi Sufism to Economic Behavior: Thoughts of Shaykh Abdul Qodir Al-Jailani 阿克拉奇·苏非主义与经济行为的关联:谢赫·阿卜杜勒·库迪尔·贾拉尼的思考

Sufism and economics are not the same thing. Sufism, according to popular belief, only teaches moral beliefs toward God and has nothing to do with the world, whereas economic behavior, on the other hand, is a worldly activity that has nothing to do with God. This is a huge oversight that humans are currently making, particularly in economic activities. As a result, the relevance of Sheikh Abdul Qodir Al-Sufism Jailani's thought to economic behavior is discussed in this study. This study will take a qualitative approach with a literature review. Sufism is very relevant to be applied and becomes a motive in economic activities, according to the findings of this study. The three concepts of Al-Jaelani, takhalli tahalli tajalli, will be the driving force of Islamic business ethics, directing good economic activities and bringing closer the concept of work as worship, for good in this world and hereafter.

Theological Stage of Islamic Studies in the West 西方伊斯兰研究的神学阶段

Islamic studies is a distinct field of study in the West, particularly in Europe, that is both complex and integral to the larger intellectual current. Even in its early stages, Islamic studies became inextricably linked to political currents in Western countries, giving rise to the term 'orientalism.' The purpose of this research is to consider a variety theological stage that have occurred in the development of Islamic studies in the West. This study reveals that there are three stages in Western-style Islamic studies, namely theological, political, and scientific stages, through a review of the literature. In the West, the study of Islam begins with the paradigm that Islam is a religion that can be studied from any perspective and with such freedom. The issue of dar al-Islam versus dar al-harb, understanding the text and sources of basic and contextual principles, understanding and application of governance Islamic courts (Usul al-Fiqh), the concept of Islam as a universal religion, and ijtihad issues are among the theological issues and Islamic legislation related to the issue of European Muslim identity.

Leaders and Leadership: An Overview of Abdul Rani Mahmud's Thoughts 领导与领导力:阿卜杜勒·拉尼·马哈茂德思想综述

From the perspective of an Islamic scholar from Pontianak, Abdul Rani Mahmud (1912 – 1993 AD), this study aims to reveal the character values that should be attached to leaders in carrying out their roles, duties, and functions. The main source for this study is a typed text by Abdul Rani Mahmud, which was analyzed using a qualitative method. According to the findings of this study, a leader is someone who genuinely wants to be the mouthpiece of the people he leads, and who sincerely wants to be able to fight for what has become a common goal and benefit. A leader's leadership character should include eight characteristics: 1) intelligence (fathonah), 2) trustworthiness, 3) fairness, 4) honesty (shidiq), 5) hard work (ikhtiar), 6) religiosity, 7) responsibility, and 8) populism.

Settlement of Non-Performing Financing without Collateral: An Analytical Study on Islamic Rural Banks 无担保不良融资的结算:对伊斯兰农村银行的分析研究

Financing through Islamic banks carries a high risk of not being paid according to the contract's terms. As a result, Islamic banks must adhere to a stricter prudence standard. This research looks at the problem-solving model of non-collateral financing, which is influenced by both internal and external factors and carries a higher risk because the client lacks a material legal bond. The research sample consisted of 30 Indonesian Islamic Rural Banks' (BPRS) directors and commissioners. Questionnaires and in-depth interviews were used to collect data, which was then analyzed using content analysis techniques. The findings of this study show that the non-performing financing settlement model is implemented with early business assistance and then followed by financing relaxation. If no solution is found or the client declares bankruptcy, they may be released with a write-off using reserve funds from the account of writing off accounts receivable or social funds.

Moral Hazard in Market Activities: A Textual and Contextual Perspective Review of Hadith 市场活动中的道德风险:《圣训》的文本与语境视角

The purpose of this research is to analyze at the moral hazard of market activity in the Prophet's hadith. The market is a place where traders can engage in economic activity in order to make a profit. Some traders are forced to compromise their morality due to profit motivation. This is a qualitative descriptive research. This study employs the hermeneutic method, which entails examining the text and context in order to fully comprehend the prophet's hadith. The findings of this study show that Allah despises the market, which is an expression of the prophet's feelings about the types of market activity carried out by traders that are prohibited by Shari'a. Usury, gharar, and maisir are examples of traders' moral hazard behavior, which causes injustice and harm to third parties.
