Technological advancements have brought innovation in the financial industry with various platforms. Although these platforms are easily accessible, some Indonesians are still reluctant to use them, hence the need for proper introduction and information delivery. Peer-to-peer (P2P) lending platforms need to develop and implement applications that can monitor the activities and increase the productivity of direct sales agents (DSAs) to gain the trust of potential borrowers. This study analyses the influence of perceived usefulness, ease of use, risk, and information quality on the actual behaviour of DSAs when using sales productivity applications with behavioural intention as an intervening variable to be statistically processed using the Structural Equation Method. The questionnaire was distributed to DSAs of Modalku platform. The results showed that DSA's actual behaviour in using the application was significantly influenced by intention to use, perceived usefulness, ease of use, risk, and information quality. Perceived risk has the highest influence.

This study aimed to examine the influence of organizational culture and competence on organizational commitment in BUMD Binjai. The purpose of this study was to determine, assess, and analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of organizational culture and competence on organizational commitment. This study used a quantitative method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to 124 respondents using random sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and verification analysis. The results of the study descriptively showed that organizational culture was considered strong to very strong, competence was considered good to very good, and organizational commitment was considered good to very good. Meanwhile, the results of the study verifiably showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment, competence had a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment, and organizational culture and competence simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment.

This research is motivated by changes in organizational culture, high work pressure, shifts in individual values, and attention to the workplace which are common causes of decreased affective commitment. By paying attention to these factors and implementing appropriate steps, organizations can increase employee affective commitment. This study uses a quantitative perspective with the factorial method for problem solving, taking into account the interaction of each factor in the variables used. Research participants used FKIP Pasundan University graduates who worked for at least two years unless they were self-employed. The results showed that affective commitment can occur due to the interaction between workplace mindfulness and individual factors, this reflects the level of satisfaction, loyalty, and emotional attachment that employees feel towards their organization. Circumstances where employees are satisfied with their work and the organization provides sufficient attention will create stronger emotional bonds and higher commitment to the organization.

The objective of the research is to analyze how Smart University Image can be a marketing strategy in private universities. The paper proposed a revised construct of brand image in smart university domain that is Smart University Image (SUI). The new construct of SUI will contribute to more appropriate university marketing strategy in highly competitive market in digital era. In addition, the research is aimed to discover SUI influence toward students’ satisfaction. This study employed a quantitative methodology, supported by study literature. Structural Equation Method is applied to analyse relationship between variables. The paper reveals that SUI able to increase student satisfaction by mediating it from Value Co Creation. It also means that SUI can be used as marketing strategy by promoting advanced technology toward Gen Z as the student’s candidate. Furthermore, the proposal of a new construct, namely SUI, becoming a more appropriate and integrated term for marketing strategy in the SU domain.

The purpose of this study was to examine and assess the impact of Good Corporate Governance and Knowledge Management on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through the mediation of Job Satisfaction. Quantitative research using questionnaire collection techniques and SEM Smart-PLS, with a saturated sample of 86 employees. Finding, Good Corporate Governance has no effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Knowledge Management has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Good Corporate Governance and Knowledge Management has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of good corporate governance on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, but is able to mediate the relationship between Knowledge Management and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Interestingly, good company GCG does not necessarily increase employee OCB. GCG which still seems to be carried out only by decision makers in a directed manner so that employees do not feel they are part of the GCG implementation in the company.

Indonesian workers one of the highest employees in Malaysia. Although complementing one another, managing the Indonesian workforce is not without challenges. Among them is the type of work not in accordance with the employment agreement, over time work with no additional allowance, termination of employment and repatriation of employees without their rights granted. Therefore, the main point of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality on Indonesia's level of satisfaction. This is to see the extent of the influence of dimension of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy towards employee satisfaction. This study was conducted using quantitative methods, while the respondents were Indonesian workers in Malaysia in the services and manufacturing sectors. This study shows that 5 dimensions of service quality have an influence on the level of satisfaction. However, the dimension of responsiveness has a big impact on Indonesia's level of job satisfaction.

This research aims to explain the Job Stress, Achievement Motivation, Work Discipline and Emotional Intelligence on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk. Diponegoro Center. A quantitative study using a saturation sample methodology was conducted on 56 employees, and multiple linear regression analysis and SEM PLS were used for data analysis. The results indicated that both emotional intelligence and job stress have an effect on job satisfaction, partially showing the same results, i.e., emotional intelligence partially has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and job stress has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Using SEM-PLS produces the same result: emotional intelligence has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Research results can be a company's input to improve performance with variables in research. Research only at PT. MayBank Indonesia Therefore, the data collected is limited to only one company.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the level of effectiveness, growth rate, and contribution of hotel tax, restaurant tax, entertainment tax and advertisement tax to Karanganyar District Original Revenue. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data required is an overview of the Karanganyar Regency Regional Finance Agency, the Organizational Structure of the Karanganyar BKD, the 2018-2022 Budget Realization Report of Karanganyar Regency. Source of data in the form of secondary data and primary data. Data collection techniques with interviews, literature, and documentation. The analysis technique uses effectiveness ratio analysis, growth rate ratio analysis, contribution ratio analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the average effectiveness ratio of hotel tax revenue is 120.64%, restaurant tax is 128.12%, entertainment tax is 113.12% and advertisement tax is 121.12%. Which means the taxes are very effective. The average growth rate for hotel taxes is only 15.64%, restaurant taxes are only 14.53%, entertainment taxes are 17.76% and advertisement taxes are 16.26%, which means that these taxes are included in the unsuccessful category. The average hotel tax contribution ratio is 1.66%, restaurant tax ratio is 2.24%, entertainment tax is 0.24% and advertisement tax is 1.16%. A ratio of less than 10% indicates that the tax contributes very little. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang diperlukan adalah gambaran umum Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Karanganyar, Struktur Organisasi BKD Karanganyar, Laporan Realiasasi Anggaran Tahun 2018-2022 Kabupaten Karanganyar. Sumber data berupa data sekunder dan data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis rasio efektivitas, analisis rasio laju pertumbuhan, analisis rasio kontribusi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata rasio efektivitas penerimaan pajak hotel sebesar 120,64%, pajak restoran mencapai 128,12%, pajak hiburan sebesar 113,12% dan pajak reklame mencapai 121,12%. Yang artinya pajak-pajak tersebut sangat efektif. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam tentang pentingnya literasi keuangan, investasi, dan pasar modal dalam pendidikan di SMAN 1 Bengkayang dan SMAN 3 Bengkayang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan beberapa tahap, yaitu studi literatur, observasi dan pengumpulan data, analisis data, interpretasi hasil, serta kesimpulan dan rekomendasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kebutuhan yang besar untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang pasar modal dan investasi. Edukasi pasar modal di lingkungan pendidikan di Bengkayang memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk bibit investor masa depan yang memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang memadai. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya pengenalan aplikasi online trading kepada para siswa di SMAN 1 Bengkayang dan SMAN 2 Bengkayang. Pengenalan ini membantu pelajar memahami konsep dasar investasi, mengembangkan keterampilan praktis dalam membuat keputusan investasi yang cerdas, dan memberikan pengalaman langsung dalam berinteraksi dengan pasar keuangan. Selain itu, pengenalan aplikasi ini juga bertujuan untuk mengajarkan pelajar tentang pengelolaan keuangan pribadi dan meningkatkan minat dan partisipasi mereka dalam bidang investasi dan pasar modal. Kerjasama yang baik antara pihak pendidikan dan lembaga keuangan lokal juga menjadi faktor kunci dalam berhasilnya kegiatan edukasi pasar modal di lingkungan pendidikan. Edukasi pasar modal di Bengkayang diharapkan dapat menyemai bibit investor masa depan dengan peningkatan literasi keuangan dan pemahaman yang memadai. This introduction helps students understand the basic concepts of investing, develop practical skills in making intelligent investment decisions, and provides hands-on experience interacting with financial markets. In addition, the introduction of this application also aims to teach students about personal financial management and increase their interest and participation in investment and capital markets. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan keterikatan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan beberapa hotel di Kota Yogyakarta. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner hardcopy yang dibagikan secara langsung dengan mendatangi tiap-tiap hotel tempat responden bekerja. Hotel-hotel tersebut meliputi delapan hotel dengan kriteria Bintang 2 dan Bintang 3 di kota Yogyakarta yaitu hotel D’kayon, hotel Orlen, De Laxton hotel, Puri Artha hotel, Grand Kangen hotel Urip Sumoharjo, Tickle hotel, Favehotel Kusumanegara dan Grand Puri Saron Hotel dengan total sebanyak 80 responden. Data penelitian diolah dengan bantuan program SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science). Sampel dipilih menggunakan simple random sampling, yang dilakukan secara acak tanpa mempertimbangkan strata yang ada di dalamnya. Hasil uji analisis linier berganda dan uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; sedangkan keterikatan karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja; Keterikatan Karyawan; Kinerja Karyawan Hotel ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the influence of work environment and employee engagement on the performance of hotel employees in Yogyakarta City.
