The purpose of this research is to examine Mojokerto Regency's priority sector development plan. In this study, a qualitative, descriptive approach was used. Secondary data, collected by the researchers themselves from sources like websites, journals, bulletins (such as those found at the Statistics Agency), company or organizational documents, newspapers and magazines, and so on, are the basis for the analyses conducted in this study. Mojokerto Regency's agricultural industry is expanding at a quicker rate than most others right now. The tourist, agriculture, and industrial industries are the current focus of this leading sector development plan. Mojokerto Regency's rural setting, with all its potential assets like its natural resource assets, lends itself well to the growth of these two possible sectors or sub-sectors, which will ultimately boost the regional economy of Mojokerto Regency.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah variabel, Kualitas Produk, Brand Image dan Gaya Hidup berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Tolak Angin Sido Muncul di Kota Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah membeli Produk Tolak Angin Sido Muncul, sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 100 responden dengan teknik penentuan sampel yaitu teknik Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui google form dan pengukuran variabel menggunakan skala linkert. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linier Barganda, dengan terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji instrument penelitian yaitu uji validitas, dan uji reliabilitas. Analisis data ini meliputi uji koefisien determinasi R2, uji F, dan uji t. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini ialah Kualitas Produk, Brand Image dan Gaya Hidup, sedangkan variabel terikat ialah Keputusan Pembelian.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data didapat bahwa hasil uji koefisien determinasi R2 yang menunjukan bahwa variabel bebas Brand Image, Kualitas Produk, dan Gaya Hidup mampu menjelaskan sebesar 57,1% terhadap perubahan variabel terikat yaitu Keputusan Pembelian, sisanya sebesar 43% variabel yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t menyimpulkan bahwa variabel Brand Image, Kualitas Produk, dan Gaya Hidup berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Jamu Tolak Angin Sido Muncul di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. The independent variable in this study are Product Quality, Brand Image and Lifestyle while the dependent variable is Purchase Decision.The results of data analysis, it was found that the coefficient of determination Adjusted R2 showed that the independent variables Brand Image, Product Quality, and Lifestyle were able to explain 57.7 % of changes of the dependent variable, namely Purchase Decision, the remaining 42.3 % of the variables not examined in this study. Prior studies have mainly attributed the reason for suboptimal economic growth rate in Sub-Saharan Africa as home-made majorly caused by misguided economic policies which have distorted the flow of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) inflows to the region despite efforts of Transnational Corporations in the region and its growing presence in her core sectors. In view of these, the main objective of this study is to examine the relationship between Gross Domestic Product and economic growth in Nigeria. The study is anchored on Internalization Theory. The study relied on secondary sources of data obtained from CBN Statistical Bulletin and National Bureau of Statistics for the period 1999-2018. The data was analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results revealed a significant positive effect of FDI inflows on Gross Domestic Product in Nigeria. Based on this, the study recommends among others that the need for government to woo more of transnational firms in the various sectors of the economy in order to gain the advantage of technology transfer to Nigeria.

The importance of environmental accounting basically requires complete knowledge of companies and other organizations that have benefited from the environment. Seeing this phenomenon is homework for all of us to take responsibility for providing solutions for MSME actors in the Cibuntu tofu industry center in Bandung Kulon District about the importance of environmental accounting for sustainability in waste management. The method used in this study is a mixed methods method. This research is a research step by combining two forms of research that have existed before, namely qualitative research and quantitative research. The result show that green accounting has a positive and significant effect on waste management. Waste management has a positive and significant effect on environmental sustainability. This shows that waste management can affect environmental sustainability in the Cibuntu Tofu Industry Center in Bandung Kulon District.

Supervisor behaviors have implications on employee emotion. Ideally, a supervisor can create a conducive working environment that supports the positive psychological states of employees. Emotional exhaustion is one phenomenon that becomes a focus of this study. In this research employee emotion exhaustion can be related to abusive supervision. This study proposes to investigate the relationship among abusive supervision, emotional exhaustion, turnover intention, work performance, and organizational commitment. Emotional exhaustion is treated as a mediator. A total of 161 employees were involved as participants. Results showed that (1) abusive supervision was positively related to emotional exhaustion, (2) emotional exhaustion was positively related to turnover intention, and (3) emotional exhaustion was negatively related to work performance and organizational commitment. In addition, emotional exhaustion could mediate the relationships between the independent variable and the three dependent variables. Contributions of this work are addressed. The limitations of the study were also described.

This study aims to find out how the Organizational Citizenship Behavior Model Based on Organizational Culture is mediated by Learning Organizations and Organizational Commitment. The sample size in this study was tailored to the analytical model used, namely Structural Equation Modeling utilizing the Maximum Likelihood Estimate (MLE) estimation model requires 100-200 samples. As a result, the sample size for this study was 200 permanent lecturers at Private Universities in North Sumatra. The data analysis method used Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed that Organizational Culture, Learning Organization, and Organizational Commitment had a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational Culture and Learning Organization had a significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment. Learning organizations mediated positively the effect of Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Commitment mediate the effect of Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Sri-Kehati Stock Index contains shares of companies in Indonesia that apply the principles of Sustainable Responsible Investment (SRI), as well as environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles. These three principles are indicators of the company's CSR implementation. This study aims to prove the role of corporate social responsibility in moderating the effect of profitability, leverage, and size on firm value. This research uses the descriptive associative method. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling on the Sri-Kehati stock index for 2017-2021. The number of samples selected was 15 shares. The data analysis technique uses Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).The results of this study show that leverage has a negative effect on firm value, while firm size has a positive effect on firm value. However, profitability does not affect firm value. Disclosure of CSR can moderate the effect of profitability and firm size on firm value. Nevertheless, CSR disclosure cannot moderate the effect of leverage on firm value.

This research uses the descriptive associative method. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling on the Sri-Kehati stock index for 2017-2021. The number of samples selected was 15 shares. The data analysis technique uses Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).The results of this study show that leverage has a negative effect on firm value, while firm size has a positive effect on firm value. However, profitability does not affect firm value. Disclosure of CSR can moderate the effect of profitability and firm size on firm value. The increase of coffee consumption encourage a small scale enterprise, Cijambe Coffee to identify the current business performance to face the challenge. The research purposes are 1) to evaluate the feasibility of Cijambe Coffee business, 2) To interpreted the evaluation result in recommendation that help enterprise to decide the strategy. The research method is quantities and qualitative approach. The evaluation results: 1) the product has distinctive quality, 2) Technical factor is feasible in terms of producing good quality, 3) financially feasible that is proven by the parameters: NPV (IDR 2,350,000), PP (2.9 years), IRR (27.88%), and unit BEP (169.23 units), and the value of BEP ( Rp. 5,076,923.07), 4) Recommended strategy are : expanding market and production capacity with accurate forcast and strategy; the shifting of B to C into B to B market strategy or mix of both; acquiring business partners with good bargain and productive resources.

This study aims to analyze how the influence of labor welfare on employee performance is mediated by morale at PT. Area PGE Kamojang, either directly or indirectly. The research method used was a descriptive and verification method with a total sample of 74 employees. Data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires, and observation. Data analysis methods used in this study include path analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that the welfare of the workforce has a direct effect on morale. Labor welfare has a direct effect on employee performance, just as work enthusiasm has a direct effect on employee performance. Then, the results of the analysis also show that morale can mediate the influence of labor welfare on employee performance.

This study aims to measure the factors that can affect customer loyalty in using the mobile taxi service application using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The research model used involves several variables, namely perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude, customer loyalty and customer satisfaction as additional variables. The analysis used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and respondents numbered 105 people from the city of Bandung. This research proves that in addition to the variables contained in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), in achieving loyalty the users of the mobile taxi service application must achieve customer satisfaction first. The results of this study indicate that the presence of customer satisfaction as an additional variable can increase understanding in technology acceptance by completing variables that are part of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).
