Engineering support for improving quality of layer-by-layer laser sintering 提高激光逐层烧结质量的工程支持

Quality improvement problem has been considered for a laser sintered surface layer. Purposely built experimental setup was decribed together with a four-factor experiment design on laser sintering PMS-1 copper powder. A mathematical model describing the effect of laser sintering process parameters on the surface roughness has been proposed. Practical recommendation for improving the quality of the surface layer is given.

Effect of advanced thermal management systems on hybrid electric drive units 先进热管理系统对混合动力驱动装置的影响

In recent years, a significant interest in hybrid electric power unit has arisen globally due to its reliability and efficiency. This paper will discuss the benefits of using advanced thermal management systems in hybrid electric drivetrain, and the different control strategies that can be used to enhance system performance. A detailed one dimensional (1D) simulation model for power split hybrid electric system was developed which consists of three cooling circuits. This model is characterized by a complete modularity and permits the simulation of any new design configuration to investigate the effect of advanced thermal management on system performance. Proportional Integration Derivative (PID) module was used to apply the control strategies. The system behavior has been optimized using Design of Experiment (DoE) method. The simulation results showed a superb fuel economy (4:11) % that solves the problems of high operating costs, also decreasing time of cold start by 50% and increasing the high temperature of the coolant up to 125°C. The motor and generator temperature controlled to the optimum temperature which operate them at the maximum efficiency. These results can be used to be the basis of the final system layout and thermal management strategy.

Parallel switching in multistage systems 多级系统中的并联开关

In the paper, the problems of design of the parallel space switching systems is considered. The shortcomings of crossbar switches are analyzed as well as the possibilities of design of parallel switching in multistage systems. There is also a description of the structure of parallel cross switch, which is the basic one in building the ladder circuits. The structure of the switching elements of the parallel space switching systems is described as well. The parallel space switching systems based on such switch cabins will allow to reduce the connection time and losses caused by the congestion of the general control unit.

Optimization of linear alkyl benzene production 线性烷基苯生产工艺的优化

Computer modeling system has been created, based on the physical-chemical model of the linear alkyl benzenes production, to predict the activity and stability of dehydrogenation catalysts - rate-limiting step of the base products production, evaluate numerical effect of process parameters on the product chemical composition, that allows to predict the efficiency of chemical-engineering system devices of dehydrogenation and optimize this process.

Preparation and luminescent properties of Sr2(P2O7):Tb3+, Ce3+ Sr2(P2O7):Tb3+, Ce3+的制备及其发光性能

We have successfully prepared the luminescent material of Sr2(P2O7):Ce3+, Tb3+ by the method of the chemical co-precipitation. The phase structure, surface morphology and fluorescence properties were investigated by the scanning electronic microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and photoluminescence (PL). It showed that the luminescent material is composed of the pure Sr2(P2O7) phase, and there no phases of rare earth phosphate appeared. The SEM micrographs showed uniform particles with good crystallinity of luminescent material synthesized at 1100°C. PL spectrum showed the luminescent material fluorescence effect best with nSr: nTb= 100: 1, nTb: nCe=2:3, sintering at 1100°C, the optimal heat preservation time was 3h.

Stress analysis of stiffener plate at the base of the overhanging traffic sign post under effect of vehicle-induced gusts 车辆阵风作用下悬垂交通标志柱底部加劲板应力分析

This research is an analysis of stiffener plate dimensions at the column base of the overhanging traffic sign post under effect on vehicle-induced gusts. The finite element analysis (FEA) result is compared with the result form computation using mathematical equation and an experimental result which cited from Fongsamootr T. and Chartpuk P. [2006]. It is found that the FEA result has deviation about 1% and 8% respectively. Traffic sign post structure is exerted by three forces in the same time; body force, Vehicle-Induced Gusts and wind load. The higher stiffener plate leads to decrease of maximum stress at the column base. Height extension of stiffener plate from 250 to 350 mm with fixed thickness and base width leads to increase in the safety factor of column and stiffener plate. Rectangular stiffener plate with cut off a corner (type C) is the best type for supporting the base of traffic sign post column. Cutting of a corner of rectangular stiffener plate results increase of stress in itself but less than maximum stress in traffic sign post column.

Engineering analysis and research of MPLS VPN MPLS VPN的工程分析与研究

In recent years, VPN (Virtual Private Network) technology has become one of the most important services in multinational companies around the world because of its security, convenience, real-time and low construction cost. However in traditional VPN technology including overlay VPN (ATM, Frame-Relay) and Peer-to-Peer VPN (IP-routing), more and more disadvantages have emerged such as complex management and implementation, lack of availability and expansibility, customer address-overlapping, etc. Compared to traditional VPN, MPLS VPN (Multi-Protocol Label Switching VPN) is a real good solution and has its own technology features and functions such as FEC, VRF, MPBGP, VPNv4 address and so on to overcome the disadvantages above. In this paper we analyze and research the features and functions of MPLS VPN as well as the weaknesses of traditional VPN mentioned in detail, later a vivid experiment is given to demonstrate the excellent performance of MPLS VPN.

A localization algorithm for miners underground of coal mines based on ZigBee technology 基于ZigBee技术的煤矿井下矿工定位算法

Coal mine underground work is a high risk of work. To guarantee the safety of miners' life and the positioning of a miner's location exactly on real time are important tasks. ZigBee technique, for its low power consumption, low cost and convenience, is proper to be used in the positioning system for underground coal mine [1]. In this paper, a new positioning algorithm for coal mine underground based on ZigBee technology is proposed, in which NNSS (Nearest Neighboring signal strength) is adopted for preliminary location, and then DTM (dynamic triangular measurement) locating method is employed for precise ranging and position. The system with the algorithm for coal mine enterprises provides personnel tracking, monitoring and other functions [2]. When an accident happens, the system can determine positions of miners and numbers of miners in time, to ensure emergent rescues and guarantee the life safety with high efficiency.

Anomalies of dielectric properties in a lithium-titanium ferrite ceramic 锂钛铁氧体陶瓷介电性能的异常

For the first time a dielectric hysteresis is observed in a polycrystalline lithium-titanium ferrite in the temperature range 475-575 K. A thermal Barkhausen effect is detected during heating and cooling of ferrite specimens prepolarized in an electric field. The results provide evidence on the formation of properties similar to ferroelectricones in lithium-titanium ferrites under certain conditions.
在475 ~ 575 K温度范围内,首次观察到锂钛铁氧体的介电迟滞现象。在电场预极化铁氧体试样的加热和冷却过程中,检测到热巴克豪森效应。研究结果为锂钛铁氧体在一定条件下形成类似铁电子体的性质提供了证据。
