The growing trend goes today to the production of metal-free denture. On the one hand, the reason for this is the rapid development of the CAD/CAM technology and on the other hand, the best aesthetics and biocompatibility of ceramics - in particular the titanium dioxide ceramics - in comparison with metals. The possibility of using titanium oxide with additives of different compounds for dentistry is studied in this work.

Modern intellectual information systems make use of web ontologies for greater flexibility. The number of ontologies in the Linked Open Data cloud grows every year. There are many tools related to web ontologies, e. g. editors, inference engines, triple stores. Ontology development is now done by groups of people including ontology engineers, domain specialists, quality assurance staff and others. This paper discusses the problems and tasks of collaborative development and maintenance of web ontologies and introduces a system that facilitates these tasks. We suggest an approach based on using issue tracking systems together with distributed source code management systems for ontology development and maintenance. This approach permits collaborative working on semantic web ontologies, versioning them, posting and discussing issues linked to specific versions of ontologies and much more. Compared to other approaches (like web-editors), our approach allows using of any customary ontology editor and gives all of the advantages of distributed source code management such as creating new versions without network connection. There are, however, some problems which do not allow using just source code management systems with ontologies. We also discuss these problems and propose a solution which utilizes the ability of source code management systems to be extended.

In the paper, the block diagram and some highlights of transfer microwave radio pulse module based on Gunn diode of 3A768 is considered. Dependences of the diode current and output power on bias voltage are investigated. Characteristics of transmitter are resulted. Output power of 10 Wt in a range of temperatures of ± 50°C is reached.

This paper deals with an adaptive control problem based on output-feedback. The objective of this problem is that the output of nonlinear system using this adaptive control technique should follow a given command, which is continuous and differentiable in time. In this approach, relative degree of the output is assumed to be known. This approach introduces error state observer and single hidden layer neural network to the adaptive control structure. The update law of the neural network weights is obtained from ultimate boundedness of error signal through the direct method of Lyapunov stability. This technique is applied to an example of `Van der pol' problem to demonstrate effectiveness of this technique.

Mongolia has less raw material resources for the face brick, only a few of clay deposits (2-3) located far from the main consumers. We have a few one layered face brick industry, which have difficulty to make good face materials. So, we did the studies for obtaining two layered face brick technology using the mass of simple milted clay, by-product of metallurgy and mining factory, limestone and brakeage of glass. We worked out a technology of obtaining an engobe layered color brick and fixed an appropriate recipe of basic and engobe layer's mass for sintering dark and light brown color. We put forward a hypotheses about the color of mass in the manner of idiochromatic or to cause of self-coloring crystallizing of the face and basic layer's color; and in the manner of allochromatic or being a colorful ingredient to make a direct influence to the mineral's and material's color.

The paper considers peculiarities of the Russian sign language grammatical system which should be taken into account when developing a computer sign language translator. We draw a conclusion that the Russian sign language has its own grammatical system which includes word formation, morphology, and syntax, and may be described in terms and categories of the Russian language. The stage of the Russian text analysis, including morphological, syntactic, and semantic analysis, is characterized in detail.

The article describes the research work on obtaining high-diathermic ceramics from industrial powders of aluminum nitride and yttrium oxide used as a baking additive. The optimal content of yttrium oxide was defined. The properties of the obtained ceramics and its structure are studied by XRD, XRF methods and SEM method. Ceramics with the heat conductivity of 160 W/m-K was produced during the experiment.

In the work we develop programs for computation of the system of atoms at every step and visualization of that data, also we research of thermodynamic properties and conditions of formation of different carbon nanostructures, try to predict existence of new materials. Nowadays we have two separate programs: one for computation and one for visualization. We continue to collect statistical data, investigate behavior of the system under different conditions. Also we go to the parallelization of the algorithms using MPI in order to work with large quantity of atoms with less time of computation.
