Model predictive control of vector controlled induction motor drive 矢量控制感应电机驱动的模型预测控制

In this paper the application of the model predictive control (MPC) technique for controlling the speed of the induction motor drive has been presented. Vector control principle has been used for decoupling between motor speed and rotor flux. A simple model of induction motor is employed in the MPC structure so as to minimize the computational load. The MPC controller design is taken into account the effect of uncertainty due to motor parameters variation and load disturbance could be reduced. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme has been successfully verified through simulations. The performance of the system including the MPC controller is compared with the corresponding one using the traditional PI controller. The results proved that the induction motor with the MPC speed controller has superior transient response, and good robustness in face of uncertainties including load disturbance. Moreover, accurate tracking performance has been achieved.

Study case of the adsorption unit in the treatment of associated gas for burning 吸附装置处理燃烧伴生气的实例研究

The burning of petroleum gas as fuel in simple burners under field conditions as a rule occurs in the detonating regime with low efficiency coefficient and is accompanied by incomplete gas combustion and a considerable emission of pollutants into the atmosphere. The use of an adsorption unit with zeolite filler as a part of fuel pre-burning preparations proposed as a solution to this problem. This paper presents data and information on the application of an adsorption unit in electric power installations for the pre-burning preparation of associated gas in locations of petroleum production. A comparative analysis of the associated gas used before and after the adsorption unit is also described. Methods of research on the effectiveness of the adsorption unit are to determine the service life of zeolite filter depending on the amount of regeneration and time of work in the given conditions. Adsorption unit will clean the gas from heavy hydrocarbons, dry and level out the differences in the composition of the gas associated with the changes in ambient temperature.

Alteration of 30CrMnSiA steel phase-structural state in the result of deformation 变形导致30CrMnSiA钢相组织状态的改变

Fragmentary substructure of 30CrMnSiA steel after rolling deformation has been studied. It was stated that in the material under test the volume share of anisotropic fragments makes 25% and isotropic - 75%. It was found out that martensite structure is completely broken in the rolling process.
研究了30CrMnSiA钢轧制变形后的断片亚组织。结果表明,在所测材料中,各向异性碎片的体积份额为25%,各向同性碎片的体积份额为75%。结果表明,在轧制过程中,马氏体组织完全断裂。

A numerical simulation of dynamical processes in the gas-liquid absorption of landing gear during landing is carried out in this paper; questions of software model specification in the textual form in a specialized language and by behavior maps are considered; application of hybrid systems for discrete-continuous processes modeling is justified, advantages of this approach are shown.

The basic results of plasma etching of silicon in CCl2F2/O2 in quartz reactor with teflon polymer by a covering are considered. The uninconsistent model of plasma chemical of etching (PCE) of silicon in plasma CCl2F2/O2 in conditions of active delivery chemically active particles (CAP) is constructed at the expense of etching teflon polimer.

Mechanism of the directed destruction of metals by cutting 切削直接破坏金属的机理

In the given article, on the basis of the standard hydrodynamic representations, the physical model of the directed destruction of metals by cutting is offered. Process of cutting of metals is considered as process of the directed destruction, i.e. process of deep plastic deformation of metal always led up to destruction on surfaces of the cutting, defined by process kinematics. The design of the metal-cutting tool for part removal liquid-alloy (in the form of a ridge) from an internal contact zone of shaving is presented. Physicomechanical properties of ridges both their geometrical form and the sizes testify that they are formed of a stream of the melted metal owing to fast cooling in environment. Identity of mechanical properties of ridges and the modified layer on a tool surface of shaving testify to identity of conditions of their formation from liquid metal. The experimental evidence of the offered physical model is produced.

On the base of data on rigidity and density constants for Sm1-xLaxS (0≤x≤0.35) crystals with intermediate valence elastic properties (elastic moduli, Poisson's ratios) are studied depending on lanthanum impurity concentration under the standard conditions.

Optimization of Roll forming process using the integration between Genetic Algorithm and Hill climbing with neural network 基于遗传算法和神经网络的滚压过程优化

Knowledge-Based Neural Network (KBNN) model is one of the most useful methods which is used to predict every single variability to perform the parameters on data of the Roll forming (RF) process. It is true that the quality of product and the parameters in RF process depend on the reliability of the training in KBNN. To achieve this, the new novel of the optimal algorithm including integration between Genetic Algorithm (GA) and Hill climbing Algorithm (HCB) was proposed to train the KBNN model. Initially, the GA is applied to find the local optimal region, then, the HCB will detect the best location area in which the training error of the KBNN model is less than 8%. In addition, the Finite Element Analysis (FEA) results of the high fidelity FE model were used to obtain the trained data set of the KBNN model. From simulation results, it can be concluded that the efficiency of the proposed method is higher than that of the conventional methods in optimization of the RF process.

A new approach in the development of advanced coating deposition and ion implantation method including an application of filtered dc metal plasma and high-frequency short-pulsed negative bias voltage with a duty factor in the range 10%-99% are considered. The ion energy spectrum for different negative bias potential pulse duration (120-1100) ns was measured. The map of different methods of ion beam and plasma material treatment using high-frequency short pulse metal plasma immersion ion implantation or deposition depending on bias pulse duty factor and amplitude for Cu plasma is presented. The ion assisted coating deposition depending on samples conductivity and thickness, plasma concentration, pulse repetition rate and amplitude and duty factor has been examined.

An innovative concept in the development of advanced coating deposition and ion implantation method including an application of filtered DC metal plasma source and high-frequency short-pulsed negative bias voltage with a duty factor in the range 10 ÷ 99% are considered. The regularities of ion implantation and metal plasma deposition for dielectric samples are theoretically and experimentally investigated. Experimentally has been shown that metal plasma based ion implantation as well as high-concentration metal plasma ion implantation with compensation of ion surface sputtering by metal plasma deposition as well as ion-assisted coating deposition can be realized by variation of bias potential ranging from 0 V to 4 kV, pulse repetition rate smoothly adjusted in the range (2 ÷ 4.4)×105 p.p.s. and pulse duration ranging from 0.5 to 2 μs. Special features of the material treatment method depending on plasma concentration, pulse repetition rate and duty factor has been examined.
