Badinsk zeolite application for ground water treatment 巴丹斯克沸石在地下水处理中的应用

In this paper the natural zeolite from the Badinsk deposit (Byryat Republic) was tested as adsorbent for Fe2+, Fe3+ removal from aqueous solutions and Kozhevnikovsky ground water (Tomsk Region) under dynamic conditions. The physicochemical and adsorption properties of the zeolite were studied by XRD, TGA, DTA, FTIR spectroscopy and chemical analyses. It is found that Fetotal removal efficiency achieved from 69 wt% to 100 wt% depending on the initial concentration.

There is the model for predicting the competitiveness of high-tech products according to changes in consumer preferences. It's improve the technical characteristics of products, based on catastrophe theory. The manufacturer will consider that those changes in the characteristics of products. The module using have greatest impact on the competitive level. It providing the necessary competitiveness of the products in the presentation of a particular consumer.

Semi-solid microstructure of AZ91D magnesium alloy recycled from waste chips during heat treatment 废屑回收AZ91D镁合金热处理过程中的半固态显微组织

In this paper, waste chips of AZ91D magnesium alloy were recycled to prepare semi-solid billets. The chips were hot compressed into billets. And then, the billets were subjected to a series of isothermal heat treatment for various holding times. Its semi-solid microstructure evolution was investigated during heat treatment. A semi-solid microstructure with highly spheroidal and homogeneous primary particles can be obtained after partially remelting. With increasing heating temperature, the diffusion of Al element from eutectic Mg17Al12 phase to α-Mg first took place, resulting in the primary dendritic grains coarsening into interconnected non-dendritic grains. With heating continuously, the residual interdendritic γ-Mg17Al12 at the edges of the primary grains melted in succession and the primary grains separated into small polygon grains. Increasing the heating temperature can reduce the solid volume fraction. During the semi-solid isothermal treatment, with the increasing of the holding time, the solid particles became more globular and the amount of liquid increased until the solid-liquid system reached its equilibrium state. At the same time, owing to the decreasing of interfacial energy and the effect of interfacial tension, the particles gradually spheroidized and began to grow with a further increasing of the holding time.

Dielectric properties of epoxy/Al2O3 nanomposites derived from Al2O3 nanoparticles 由Al2O3纳米颗粒衍生的环氧/Al2O3纳米复合材料的介电性能

Al2O3 nanoparticles have been successfully synthesized by hydrothermal process. Subsequently, epoxy (EP) nanocomposites incorporating the Al2O3 nanoparticles have been fabricated. The morphologies of the Al2O3 nanoparticles and the nanocomposites were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Dielectric properties of these nanocomposites are strongly related to both the morphology of the filler and the dispersion quality. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) reveals an enhanced thermal stability of the EP/Al2O3 nanocomposites as compared to that of the pure EP due to the strong interaction between the nano fillers and the polymer matrix.

In this paper the results of theoretical and experimental studies of the operation modes for the plasma module on the basis of high-frequency torch plasmatron, intended for plasma disposal of combustible compositions on the basis of oil waste in the conditions of nonequilibrium air plasma of the high-frequency flare discharge are presented. The description of the industrial facility for plasma-catalytic disposal of oil sludge is provided.

The results of investigations of applicability of the method of high-frequency short-pulsed plasma-immersion ion implantation and (or) coating deposition using vacuum-arc and ablation plasma to conductive and dielectric substrates are presented. It is shown that ion implantation with the ion sputtering compensation by coating deposition from plasma and ion-assisted coating deposition can be realized for the metal and dielectric samples through alteration of the negative bias potential within 0-4·103 V, with the pulse repetition rate of (1- 4.4)·105 pps, pulse duration 0.5-2 μs and duty factor of 0.1-0.9. It is experimentally established that at coating deposition from ablation plasma obtained by the influence of the high-intensity ion beam (j = 3·102 A/m2, E = 350 keV, τ = 90 ns) on the target, the micro-arc effects on the substrate surface are observed at a dc bias potential of more than -60 V. The transition to pulses of 0.5 μs duration enabled to increase the bias potential up to -4 kV. The possibility of application of the high-frequency, short-pulse bias potentials for the formation of coatings from vacuum-arc and ablation plasma with high adhesive strength and improved exploitation characteristics is discussed.

Nanosystem in the building materials technology 纳米系统在建筑材料技术中的应用

The examples of obtaining nanodispersed systems and materials have been given. It is shown that nanodispersed systems are formed at hydration of binders, clay minerals, immediate silica dissolution in soda, different carbonates dissolution in carbonic acid etc. Control of nanodispersed system formation process and using materials obtained artificially in these processes is the main task of structural material science.

Detector of optical vortices as the main element of laser system of data transfer 光涡旋探测器作为激光系统数据传输的主要元件

The method is proposed of optical vortex topological charge detection along with a design of a corresponding detector. The developed technique is based on measurements of light field intensity. Mathematical model simulating performance of the detector is described in the paper and results of numerical experiments are presented which illustrate recognition of a vortex in the presence of amplitude and phase noise in the registered radiation.
