The first years when children, who will be the next generations, meet sports are the critical years in adopting the values related to sports ethics. The key person in ensuring children’s internalization of ethical values related to sports is the physical education teachers working in schools. The aim of this study is to determine the opinions of physical education teachers working in secondary schools on sports ethics. In the literature, quantitative studies on this area have been reached, but no qualitative study has been found. This is a qualitative study that aims in depth the views of physical education teachers on sports ethics. The data of the study were collected with 14 volunteer physical education teachers working in Ankara, Sivas and Düzce in 2019. Findings categorized under four themes as "providing a safe lesson environment", "develop respect and honesty in games and competitions", "contributing to the development of sports of children" and "suggestions on the development of sports ethics in schools". The necessity and importance of having a gym where children can do sports safely in schools is the most general result reached.

In this study, it is aimed to examine the effect of digitalization on various fields with technological developments. In this context, education and technology, digitalization and the digital world, digitalization and artificial intelligence in education, online education and effects of digitalization on school management were discussed. The topics and context are designed to examine technological developments, artificial intelligence studies and their effects on education which are an essential part of the age we are in. The dimensions of the effects mentioned in the field of education were examined and considered one by one in terms of education, training and administration. In addition, the changes caused by digitalization and artificial intelligence in the field of education during the pandemic process, which has different reflections all over the World, are mentioned in this study. In this study, document analysis method was used among qualitative research method. While collecting data, articles, and books print and such as official documents and reports about to topics were used. The data obtained were reported under the headings presented as themes.

Bu cercevede, okul yoneticiligi mesleginin aday olusturma (recruitment) asamasindan baslayarak secilmesi, atanmasi, yetistirilmesi ve gelistirilmesi surecleri belli standartlara baglanmistir. Ornegin Eyaletler arasi Okul Yoneticiligi Lisans Konsorsiyumu standartlari ulke capinda 45’ten fazla eyalette universite egitim yonetimi programlarina temel olusturmustur. Oyle ki bu eyaletlerde bu standartlari karsilamayan okul yoneticisi adaylarinin okul mudurlugune basvurmasi soz konusu bile olmamaktadir. Turk Egitim Sistemine gelince maalesef son yonetici yetisme yonetmeliginde bile okul yoneticiligi ogretmenlige ek ikinci bir gorev olarak yer almakta, ogretmenlikten ayri bir uzmanlik, ayri bir meslek olarak gorulmemektedir. Son yonetmelikte sadece “egitim yonetimi formasyonuna sahip olmak” olcutu gec de olsa, arzu edilen icerik ve kazandirilma stratejileri ile alana katki getirici olarak degerlendirilebilir. The effectiveness of school principals is crucial as they are required to coordinate activities in and outside of school, are influenced by internal and external stakeholders, and are responsible for the school’s academic success and management. The effectiveness of school principals can be achieved by the synergy of the power of the internal and external stakeholders. In other words, it may be right to consider efficiency with a system approach. This study assesses teachers’ views regarding the provide solutions to factors limiting principals’ effectiveness, and provides recommendations regarding how to improve it. This research was designed as a case study, and qualitative research methods were used. The study group consists of 10 secondary school teachers from different branches working in Düzce in the 2019-2020 academic year. The data was gathered using semi-structured interview questions; the responses were subjected to content analysis. At the end of the research, the factors that teachers believed were limiting the effectiveness of school principals were collected under two subthemes: organizational and environmental obstacles. The last point was how to increase the effectiveness of a school principal. The three subthemes in this category are personal, organizational, and school environment remediation. Recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of principals were included.
