An Algorithm of Optimizing Neighbor Cell List in CDMA System CDMA系统中邻居小区列表的优化算法

In the CDMA cellular mobile communication system, the order of neighbor cell list (NCL) determines whether the mobile station can make a success handoff to the best neighbor in time. Therefore, the success rate of handoff depends on the suitability of the NCL's management, which directly affects network performance. Traditional NCL algorithm used the method of manual observation and was adjusted by the long-term performance data. This paper presents a new algorithm of optimizing NCL, which based on the pilot signal interference ratio (Ec / Io) from daily test data and realizes it in a real CDMA network. The simulation results show that this algorithm reduces manual labor and also considerably has reference value for daily optimization.

Face Recognition Based on Biomimetic Pattern Recognition by High-Dimensional Geometry 基于高维几何仿生模式识别的人脸识别

High-dimensional geometry is a vehicle to achieve biomimetic pattern recognition, which is a new model for recognition science and always to construct convex cell bodies for covering samples points in the space. By this way, in this paper, some k- dimension simplex were constructed for the purpose of covering the sample points of each class in the feature space, and then computed each the shortest distance between a sample waiting for recognizing and each simplex for face recognition. The method was applied for some famous face database, and the experimental results indicated that it was better than that of SVM,and indicated its effectiveness and feasibility.

Research on the Impetus Mechanism of the Evolution of Knowledge Networks 知识网络演化的动力机制研究

The article studies the internal principle of the evolution of knowledge networks. Firstly, it analyses the evolution characteristics of the knowledge network. The knowledge network displays a series of self-organization characteristics during evolution. Then, it researches the impetus mechanism and points out that competition and cooperation among organizations are the fundamental impetus for the evolution of knowledge networks.

MOM Oriented Mesh Partition for Antenna and Scatter Body Structure 面向MOM的天线和散射体结构网格划分

Communications system with more antennas carried in vehicle, plane and ship is regarded as antenna and scatter body structure. Wire antenna and scatter body structure with faceted triangle and quadrangle surfaces are taken into consideration. An partition approach consisting of three steps is presented. The first step is to partition all surfaces of the scatter body by recursively bisecting each triangle and quadrangle to get the required sizes of all elements, neglecting the presence of antennas. The second step is to partition the elements connected with the wire antenna into smaller areas. The third step is to partition the narrow elements to improve their shape quality. Engineering applications show that this algorithm is stable, reliable, fast.

Despite the large-scale adoption of enterprise resource planning (ERP),attaining the expected benefits is still a challenging task.Organizational culture,a representative of holistic organizational context,is always neglected by prior studies when focusing on ERP assimilation.Through analyzing relative literatures, this paper drew upon five dimensions (interpersonal harmony, outcome orientation,innovation,control,and efficiency) of organizational culture in Chinese context,to explore its impact on ERP effective assimilation through the mediating roles of user participation.And then,a comprehensive research model was built, and then was tested.(Abstract)

This paper presents a simple and useful entertainment robot hand gesture recognition algorithm,for the scissors. Stones. Cloth of three hand-type,camera capture an image of each participant in the game,integrated use of image processing in the form of treatment study and image synthesis method to distinguish the specific hand each picture type. Experiments show that the method has good recognition rate.

HAR Model and Long Memory in Financial Market HAR模型与金融市场的长记忆

With the development of nonlinear science, the existence of long memory in the financial market volatility has been found, which is inconsistent with the weak form of Efficient Market Hypothesis. With the brief introduction of Heterogeneous Market Hypothesis and Fractal Market Hypothesis, the long memory behavior of Shanghai Stock Index's returns volatility is tested, based on H/S analysis and GPH method. By using the realized volatility to measure the true volatility and combining with the analysis of ARFIMA-RV and HAR-RV model, Shanghai Stock Index's RV series' long memory behavior is confirmed, and HAR-RV model behaves better in the prediction of volatility.

High Resolution Radar Data Fusion Based on Clustering Algorithm 基于聚类算法的高分辨率雷达数据融合

High resolution radar system usually has a massive amount of raw data, so we have to carry out data fusion as quickly as possible. In this paper, we propose a fast clustering algorithm based on single dimensional distance calculation. The proposed algorithm divides raw data into subsets by single dimensional distance, and then merges subsets according to single dimensional distance and set-density. At last we apply the proposed algorithm to carry out data fusion for airport scene surveillance radar system. Experimental result shows the proposed algorithm has high execution efficiency and is not sensitive to noise data; it is useful for high resolution radar data fusion.

Incorporating Domain Knowledge into Multistrategical Image Classification 领域知识在多策略图像分类中的应用

Medical image classification is an important part in domain-specific application image mining because there are several technical aspects which make this problem challenging. In this paper, we firstly quantify the domain knowledge about medical image (especially the symmetry), and then incorporate this quantified measurement into classification. We propose a multistrategical image classification method which utilizes various features by integrating two base classifiers. In our method, a base classifier is trained using the examples misclassified by another base classifier. Therefore, both base classifiers can be collaboratively trained. This complementary method gets a more efficient classification.

We have analyzed the structure of antenna from the point of view feedback system's structure and functions in this paper.We have designed the operation method of duplexer in accordance with the basic requirements of antenna feed equipments.We have studied polarization changer,especially the tracking and antenna structure of satellite communication earth station.
