Model-Based Fault Detection Using Parameter Estimation in Automotive EPGS Systems 基于模型的汽车EPGS系统参数估计故障检测

This paper presents a unique method for self- fault detection and diagnosis in automotive electric power generation system. The presented model-based approach using parameter estimation allows detecting the change in the dynamic behavior of the main variables in correlation to the presence of fault. The approach employs the available measurements in the vehicle to detect the mechanical faults and enables self-diagnostic and communication on a higher level. The results of this approach are compared with the ones provided of the conventional signal-based methods to show the discrepancies and provide a proof of concept for further analysis.

Comparison of Diode Rectifier and Active-Front-End for Synchronous Generators Suppling DC Loads for Maritime Applications 船用直流负载同步发电机二极管整流器与有源前端的比较

DC propulsion systems are a trend for Offshore Mobile Platforms (OMPs), such as offshore supply vessels, drilling rigs, and floating production storage and offloading units due to their merits of low emission, high efficiency, and high reliability. Rectifier are used to convert AC voltages from synchronous generators to DC voltage for the DC propulsion systems. The paper presents two rectifier solutions: diode rectifier and Active-Front-End (AFE). In maritime applications, both the two rectifiers are used in different configurations in variety of the OMPs due to their merits: diode rectifier has simple construction and AFE is easy to integration with rest of the power system. Comparison of the two rectifiers is done for their topologies, implementation details, short-circuit issues, harmonics to the generators, and stabilities issues, etc. Simulation results from a 1.8 MVA rectifier are presented. From the comparison, the paper concludes that the diode rectifier is suitable for the synchronous generators that were designed for supplying diode rectifier load; the AFE has faster dynamic response in voltage control and protection of short circuit current and is suitable most types synchronous generators of the OMPs. This paper provides a technical base for electrical engineers for developing electric propulsion systems for vessels.

Performance Evaluation of Constant Voltage Charging Mode of Secondary Side Controlled Inductive Power Transfer System 二次侧控制感应输电系统恒压充电方式性能评价

In this study, secondary side controlled (SSC) inductive power transfer (IPT) system is presented. In order to improve efficiency performance of the IPT system, pulse density modulation (PDM) is applied to the switches of the SSC rectifier. Since the operation frequency of IPT system is fixed in PDM control, soft switching conditions can be achieved for all semiconductor devices. In addition, the output regulation can be performed without communication modules. The performance of PDM control compared with phase-shift modulation (PSM) and frequency modulation (FM) methods by simulation. According to simulation results, the efficiency of the PDM control is obtained approximately 2% higher than the PSM and 4% higher than the FM control method at the 25% load condition.

Design Optimization and Prototyping of a Double-Rotor Axial-Flux Spoke-Type Ferrite-Magnet Micro-Wind Generator 双转子轴向磁通辐条式铁氧体磁体微型风力发电机的设计优化与样机制造

This paper presents the design optimization and prototyping of a three-phase double-sided axial-flux ferrite-magnet micro-wind generator with inner coreless stator and two twin spoke-type ferrite-magnet outer rotors. Sensitivity analysis of the initial basic design is first conducted with respect to changes in stator and rotor geometries by using comprehensive magnetic-field finite-element analyses (FEAs). Then, genetic algorithm-based design bi-objective optimization is carried out, and FEA-computed results for initial and optimized are comparatively assessed. The optimally-designed micro-wind generator prototype fabrication technology is further described. Lastly, experiments on the built prototype under active rectifier –resistor load operating conditions are performed by using laboratory test bench with implemented maximum wind-power extracting control technique.

Phishing as a Service Campaign using IDN Homograph Attack 利用IDN同形词攻击的网络钓鱼即服务活动

The aim of this paper is to demonstrate the method for implementation of a Phishing as a Service (PhaaS) architecture and an internationalized domain name (IDN) homograph attack (using a similar top-level domain) in a real phishing campaign. The official campaign targeted students from "Transilvania" University of Brasov in an official phishing campaign approved by the information technology department, as part of a cybersecurity informative campaign. The paper describes the implemented platform, tools and methodologies used for checking the level of awareness for this type of attack, evaluated by the number of users that will submit their confidential data that could compromise one or more systems.
